I am writing regarding one of your employee in SM Trece Martirez city. The incident happened today March 14, 2020 at SM supermarket counter number 9 around 6:40PM. As I'm about to start buying my usual needs I took a blue cart however I didn't notice that I had bought many groceries that almost took both baskets to almost full then when I was done I decided to line on the big cart counter because not only that I bought a lot but there was an overflowing of people lining up at the blue cart area. While I was in the line I saw the cashier staff named Carla V. Lee serving the customers who were also using blue carts. When finally came my turn she suddenly refused to account the things I bought and told me to transfer to the blue cart designated area. I told her why did she entertain the two customers who were ahead of me who were also using blue cart? mind you both were not senior citizens nor disabled.in fact there were two ladies and a guy whom she first served. What makes it more displeasing was the said employee was frowning and making face which is a far cry from what I experienced in the past on how sm employees treat their customers. I would like to file an incident report regarding this employee who is not in any way upholding SM's customer service oriented values. I would appreciate for your good office to give me an update regarding this matter. Thank you.
