I ordered another copy of a book I made a few years ago. The original book was perfect; however, the copy I just requested had a serious problem. They used a different type font (face) which was a bit bolder and took more space, resulting in not having the full text on two pages. I've been trying for two days to reach someone at Snapfish. Their online live chat DOES NOT WORK! I've waited for two hours without an agent ever coming on line. They offer no phone number or even an email address for help. The only phone number I could find with their name in looking on the internet was actually a scam for medicare products. Does anyone out there have a phone number or email that I can use to contact these people? Their earlier products I ordered were good quality and prompt. But they sure fail on costumer support. Of course, my recourse will be having my credit card withdraw the payment.
