Sono Bello Not ever getting a follow up call for refund-

I have spoken to Teresa manager at Bellevue location several times after trying to initiate a refund on a procedure. I've emailed the salesperson per her request, spoken with the receptionist, the bookkeeper...no one ever contacts me back and I 'm now only waiting for small claims court and for that I have all of the time in the world. Teresa has been rude and dismissive.

I was diagnosed with a Lupus over a year ago and I really don't think this procedure is smart and I am tired of waiting for a response -it's not coming, so I am. I'm pissed. Really crappy business practices.

This was for a leg lipo and I paid for it and then covid hit.

Please follow up with me.

Sono Bello Booking a surgical procedure, canceling within 24 hours of booking, and not being refunded

I had my consultation 24 hours ago and decided to book the procedure. They were able to work me in pretty quickly. I put $2000 down for the procedure and was not told it would be nonrefundable. After doing further research, I felt like I needed more time to think about having the procedure done so I cancelled my appointment and asked for a refund. The lady I'm speaking with has been very wishy washy and told me I cannot get a refund unless I go for the pre-op appointment and meet with the doctor. This appointment is 5 hours away.. I'm not sure what to do and feel like this is being handled very poorly. I don't understand how they can keep $2000 from me when no procedure is being performed. People are allowed to change their minds about getting surgical procedures.

Desired outcome: I would like to get my $2000 back asap.

Sono Bello cancelling my surgery

My name is Zoila Esmeralda Hernandez I am writing you to express how I feel about your staff at the Ontario, CA location. I will start by saying I decided to get information on how the procedures your company has and the price I call and they book me an appointment with Miranda Abney on July 21st, 2022 as she is the patient care coordinator at this location. When I meet with her she explained the processes and how the payment system works. The total of the surgery I decided to do was $12,249.53 and she told me I need to give her half of the amount for the deposit which I did I paid with my credit card and the other rest will be on a payment plan with alphaeon . So she book my surgery appointment for September 15th for the upper, lower an, and waist. I asked Miranda how fast the recovery will be she told me with the treatment I was getting I will have my surgery on Friday, September 16th and I can return to work on Monday, September 19th. I signed some paperwork that day that stated it I agree with the treatment. I don't recall when exactly I received a call from her stating that my surgery will be canceled because Dr. Steward got into a car accident. So she reschedule my surgery for October 5th and my pre-surgical evaluation with another doctor. On the day of my pre-surgical appointment, I got into a car accident I called and explained to her what happen she book me for another pre- surgical appointment when I saw the doctor I explained to her what happen because the doctor noticed I was very nervous and I was sweating a lot the Doctor told me that if I was not comfortable with the surgery I should it do it I told her, to be honest, I am not anymore. The doctor send me to go talk to Miranda I explained to Miranda what happen and what the doctor had told me I was sweating when I was in Miranda's office and her comment was "calm down you act like if your surgery is today which to me is not professional. I told her I want to cancel my surgery she told me you can't no more and you can't get your money back either. Please keep in mind that this was September 8th my surgery is not into October 5th. She told me to go home and think about it better. I call her the next day and she never returns my call I call her again on Monday, September 12th and I told her that I decide I don't want to do my surgery she told me again that I couldn't cancel or get my money back the only options I have is they can hold my money for a year in case I change my mind or do different procedures which I told her no I don't want to do anything anymore after my car accident I been having a lot of back pain so I don't want to put my body to more pain that I don't have too. I told her I want it to speak with her manager or her supervisor she told me she didn't have one which is very hard for me to believe. I call the office again and I ask to speak with Miranda's boss they told me she was in a meeting and that she will call me back another 2 days pass by I call today and I talked to Maritza she told me she was at the practice manager for that location when I spoke with her I got the same answer like Miranda I ask Maritza if I can speak with her boss she told me she didn't have one. I am writing to you to please help me and understand my situation is not easy everything I have been and $6,000 dollars is not a little money is a lot and I work very hard for my money. Please help me or guide me on what is the next step I need to take Thank you in advance for taking the time to read my email and for your help I look forward to hearing from you. Lastly with employee like these two makes your business look so bad.

Sono Bello Scarring uneven body contour

I got my lower back upper back waist and bra roll done May of 2021. Healing was ok but after the swallowing went away my left side was smooth and my right side was big and uneven. All of the Mark's from where I was cut never heel they darkened up and some keloid. I got my upper and lower stomach plus extra skin cut off August of 2021. I am unsatisfied overall. I went to follow up appointment and I let them know I didn't like the way my cut from hip to hip was healing because the stitch wire was hang out and they only cut it off and told me the swallowing at the cut would go down but it didn't it keloid turned extra dark. Continue to Express my dissatisfaction about the unevenness. I was told by 3 different nurses that it was scoliosis my body was even to start with and one shoulder sit higher than the other. I finally was able to express my dissatisfaction with the doctor that did my surgery because he wanted to do injections at keloid scars. I Express to him that had I been told that I had unevenness before surgery and my results would have unevenness I would have never went through with it. He stated to me well that's my fault if I didn't tell u but we are here now so what can I do to make it better. I ask if he could make it even he said no I can redo your right upper back and pay for your hips to get done and that should help. I'm left with a dark keloid cut from hip to hip my right side larger than my left and I have a knot under the skin of my upper right stomach and right side in which the doctor said because the skin tight the organ may protrude but it's only on right side. I feel like had I knew my body would look cut up and uneven I would have never gotten anything done and the only thing being done about it is me being told spend more money and maybe that will help. Sono Bello dont care about the patient satisfaction just their own and money. I'm more self conscious now than when I had the fat.

Desired outcome: I would love to get raid of this ugly scar and my body to be even.

Sono Bello Liposuction

I had my surgery on May 25th. It was the worst experience EVER. The nurse poked me about 10 times trying to find a vein to insert the IV. After a while, she gave up and told me "you're young you will not need an IV." I complained that I did need one and she kept reassuring me that I did not. During the procedure, I got very hot and light headed. I felt like I was going to pass out and of course I had no IV to replenish me. The nurse had to give me a ton of water. That is just the beginning of this nightmare.

During the surgery, everything in the surgery room was unplugged. Dr. Mucci was yelling at the nurses to plug everything in. I had the worst experience. All I could do was lay on the operation table and wait for everything to be over with.

After my surgery, I did not see any results at all. I paid over $6,000 to look the exact same but weigh 2 pounds lighter. I was and still am disappointed with my results. I wish I never went to sonobello and I wish I would have read more of the horrible reviews before getting the procedure done.

Not to mention, Dr. Mucci is very rude. At my three month appointment I asked for a revision and explained how unsatisfied I was and all he could say is, "Well you look great to me," then left the room. I am so mad considering I live over an hour and a half away. I just want a refund at this point.

Sono Bello Tummy Tuck and Lipo

After losing a considerable amount of weight, I finally decided to have some work done to take care of troublesome areas. Why not Sonobello?! They’re advertised all over so they must be good, right?! WRONG!

First, the office setting. There were 386 front office staff standing around all morning long (my daughter was in the waiting room for about 5-5.5 hours). Conversations weren’t office appropriate nor professional. Neither was the music being blared. They caused a scene if a patient didn’t have a mask but theirs were around their chins.

Next, we have the procedure. I’m assuming all went well. While not fully out from anesthesia, I was not really aware of what was going on! No doctor ever went to speak to my daughter. They simply gave a call saying she’d be down in 30 minutes. Yes. They called her from the front desk…as she sat in the waiting room. I was told they called my medications (pain, antibiotic, anti-nausea) into my local pharmacy.

Once home, I was still loopy. My daughter came to check on me as I was using the bathroom and, out of nowhere, yelled, “Are you f*cking kidding me?!”. I was startled and then she pointed out that they left the TIED OFF IV AND PORT IN MY ARM! Over an hour in post op and NO ONE noticed?! Such a high level of care! Corporate office reached out to me. They offered a $500 gift card to basically keep my mouth shut. Hush money. Pathetic and insulting. When the doctor called a few days later to check on me, I told him my nausea was bad. He told me to take the nausea meds (duh like I’m not smart enough to figure that out?!). THEY NEVER CALLED THEM

IN! Again, superior care.

I’m 6 days post op and my surgical site looks absolutely horrendous. One hip looks like it has a giant goiter sitting in it…literally bigger than a softball…and the suture job looks like a blind, one-handed man did it with a severely puckered incision.

I spent 14k for this and feel like I’ll be left disfigured. Had I taken time to properly research, I never would’ve used Sonobello and will shout from the rooftops to all that will listen about what a terrible experience it was and you’re risking your appearance by going there. I have plenty of photos but I am not lying when I say they are gruesome so I’m not posting them.

Sono Bello Sono Bello

I want to file a complaint; my stomach is lumpy my fat is back I have loose skin . their service with the doctors was a horrible experience the doctor is always a different doctor who does not know your history reads your chart and moves on that is when you can get an appointment wish i was entitled for one and then kept pushing it out further and then said I cannot make one I 'm very disappointed especially when i was fully paid up did not owe anything. the doctor clearly said go get skin removal and did not even fully examining me just turned his head and said pretty much go somewhere else. I was furious.

this issue has been going on my last review was supposed to have been in November of 2021 they canceled due to covic , then they were waiting on a new doctor then the doctor was away for a month. lastly, they wouldn't let me make an appointment.

I'm not happy with the results or the doctors.

Sono Bello Lack of Communication give me the runaround about High Blood Pressure

My name is Carmilia Edwards I have requested my full refund of 500.00.After seeking a Doctor advice and scheduling a Appointment for High Blood Pressure.This has been going on for months trying to schedule an appointment.The Doctor told me that he check my Blood Pressure and it was normal.Therefore I submitted the test results to Sono Bello and still will not Schedule a date for Surgery.

Sono Bello Refund

I was suppose to have surgery June 1st and I went into my pre opp with the doctor the day before and he denied me and said I did not have enough fat and cancelled my procedure and here we are July 23rd and called a 100 times to get my full refund back because I paid in full and it was $7846.00 and I now have to despute the charge with my bank because they give me a run around every time! I feel like they could care less about patcient, take your money and say screw it! This is unfair and crazy! They said they sent the check and it never came because they LIE!

Desired outcome: I want my full refund NOW OF $7846.00 it’s your fault I couldn’t do it so pay me back for God Sakes!!!!

Sono Bello Concerned over losing my refund/customer service is trash

Dated 7/21/22 — 6 days before my pre-op. Called multiple times today regarding the cancellation: my pre-op/procedure/refund of my deposit. Typical salesman runaround-3 calls to get in touch w/"manager"- stated 2 weeks for refund. I followed policy. Definitely disputing. Customer care? What care. It shouldn't be this annoying to get my refund.

Desired outcome: Give me my FULL $2000 deposit. I followed the procedure policy of canceling BEFORE my pre-op appointment -- called, confirmed, documented cancellation of refund requests. Dated today, 7/21/22 -- Six business days before PRE-OP.

Sono Bello Refund not received

On March 24, 2024 at 6am I was expected to go into surgery for my upper arms , the day before I went in I was unsure about going forward with the procedure so I called and spoke wit Ms. Trina who was the person I had been working with. I told her I didn’t want to proceed with the surgery and I was told I wasn’t able to get my refund back but I NEVER received the surgery. My bank account has now been closed due to the negative balance I have on my account from Sono Bello.

Desired outcome: I paid $5060 upfront for the procedure, it says that $1995 is non refundable. I would like to have my full amount of $5060 or the detectable which is $3065

Sono Bello My results are not at all what I was promised.

So, I feel like I only got half of what was promised to me. My surgeon actually patted my stomach and said “ yes, you are going to get great results and your stomach will flatten out really nicely “ I had my procedure on 09/03/21.

My stomach is a lumpy bumpy mess. I’m embarrassed

I feel like everyone was great until right after my procedure. Then I was an afterthought. I got a horrible smelly infection and the nurse that did my post operative appointment just looked at me from across the room and said ,no that’s infected. I asked to see a doctor and she stated that I wasn’t going to see the doctor again.

I had to go see my primary care physician, and yes it was infected!

I called my clinic and the office manager was so nice she got me an appointment with the surgeon. The same surgeon that promised me great results then told me I had a “ beer belly “ and the only solution was for me to pay for another procedure! I already paid $6500.

This was after I weighed less than I did on the day of my procedure.

I have never been so mortified at a medical office and several times.

Desired outcome: I want a refund. They promise you a refund if your results are unsatisfactory.Mine are not what I was promised at all.

Sono Bello Liposuction

I paid to have liposuction done almost 2 years ago. I was told I was a great candidate and was recommended to get five areas done. I was told later that I had to get one procedure done first and schedule the second one. After the first

procedure was completed.. I was in severe pain and had to take off for a week. I was told you could go back to work in a few days. Because I was caught off guard and was in more pain then anticipated and the results were very disappointing, I requested a refund for the second scheduled procedure . I was told to wait and I will see results eventually. I told them I was not having the procedure. Long story short, I sent an email over a year ago regarding this problem. I called and have asked for the manager and spoke to her several times, however 2 years later, I have not had the second paid procedure nor have I received a refund. I am still paying on this bill.

Sono Bello Refund

I was unable to do my second procedure due to medical factors with my health! Everything was ok until she was talking about refund and giving me also a check for my time! I received my check for my payment of the procedure that I want to receive but the other check never arrived for my time and such! I called the business in Charlotte, NC several times and sent messages and one lady named Elizabeth was just hateful! I may have been messaging the wrong person but she didn’t have to be so rude. When I called up there to speak to someone about the other check that I was promised! I was told they would send my message back to the responsible part and I would hear back within 24-48 hours. I waiting days, weeks, but I still haven’t gotten a response back from the first time I spoke to the lady that promised me that the check would arrive in between 10-14 days! I still haven’t received anything in the mail after my procedure check! I never got the check for my time as they promised!

Sono Bello Abex and trisculpt surgery pre op appointment

I had preop appointment scheduled for 2/23/22 at 2:30pm. I was advised by my Sonobello consultant that I should arrive early. I drove 1 for 35 minutes from job in N Fort Worth and got to the Addison office at 1:45pm and checked in. Around 2:30pm I spoke with the desk clerk again to ensure I was checked in for the appointment and she reassured me that I’d be seen shortly. It is now 3:30 and I have not yet been yet been seen by the doctor. I complained to the receptionist at which point she stated that she would take me to a room, and directed me change and wait for the doctor. Around 4pm, I stopped a nurse in the hallway and asked when the doctor could see me since I had been in the office since 1:45 but waiting from a 2:40 appointment. 20 minutes later, now 4:10pm she is speaking with the doctor in the hallway who says I was never on his list for a preop appointment. That explains why I was never being called back or checked by the doctor. I got dressed and immediately reported it to the receptionist and asked for a refund. I called Jasmine about the refund and she said she would call me right back with no call. I have texted her and called her without a response. I also reported my request for refund to the customer service with no response. They said a ticket would be created and I would get a call back in 40 minutes. I made that call at 4:58 with no return call. It is now 7:19 pm and I’m B angry. My deposit is $3000 and I don’t my financing for the 10k balance to be sent through! This whole process has been horrible right down to not being seen by the doctor for s simple preop appointment. I definitely don’t want a surgery at this point.

Sono Bello Refund policy

The company appears to display the same practices in every location when a customer decides not to go through with the service, they hang the phone up on you or lie and pretend as though they are going to resolve the request for a refund only to never return your phone calls or have you talk to someone who wants to prolong the process by asking you to think about it and pick another day to perform the procedure. I wouldn't think a company like sonobell would have such poor business practices. I'm looking to join a the next class action lawsuit against them regarding this matter.

Desired outcome: I would simply like a refund since they didn't lose any potential clients behind me cancelling well prior to the refund period.

Yes I remember when I was there. My surgery was suppose to be at noon I sat there in a hospital gown with a paper bra and panties for about 8 hours. I tried to leave and each time I did someone got in my way and stopped me. Kept telling me it would not be much longer. Then during surgery my blood pressure was two high so they just kept putting blood pressure pills in my mouth trying to get it to go down. They then told me I may have to come back. I told them I had no plans to come back. They then knocked me completely out and 20 minutes later I woke up and they said I was done. I do not know what they did but my body looks horrible and has not gotten better. I also went in with C cups and left with double D's. When I went back for my first visit I heard one of the girls talking about me and laughing because of what they did to my breast. (I think they took fat out of my stomach and put it in my breast from the conversation I heard). I never asked them to do anything to my breast. They said it was swelling but it never went down. I am still a DD several years later. I also got a sarcoma. The hospital called them and they stated to the ER doc they did not have the ability to take care of that. The ER doc would not touch me not any other doctor so I just had to suffer and hope for the best. I reported them to the BBB because they refused to make it right and the BBB closed the case. I just wanted my money back and they refused to help. It is horrible the things they get away with. I really hope one day they get fully investigated and shut down.

Sono Bello Refuse to refund for incomplete treatments

I had a treatment done with SonoBello at the Tacoma WA location beginning 2020. My overall procedure was supposed to be completed in 2 phases. I was able to go through phase 1, but because of COVID restrictions my phase 2 was postponed. After a year of waiting, I requested a refund for what had not been done yet. At first, I was told yes and I would be getting approx. $3,800 back. But then they called me back the next day and said the would not make any exceptions due to COVID and my only option was to get it done whenever I could. Now I not only had to move to a location in which SonoBello isn’t close to me at all, I’ve been in treatment for heart failure for months. I do not see any reason why they cannot give me my $3,800 and let me move on because now I’ll never be able to get my procedure (phase 2) completed (and they didn’t even treat the area I went for to begin with so the whole thing was a complete waste of money to me).

Desired outcome: I just want a refund for areas that were not completed because phase 2 never happened.

After my horrible experience at Sono Bello Norfolk people definitely need to know whats going on. I went to Sono Bello in Norfolk, VA. There are so many issues but ultimately I prepaid for services, including an almost 3k deposit, for services I never received. Additionally I never got medicine and after care I paid for, my procedure was never completed...

Sono Bello Refund

I had a consultation in April 2022. The advertisement I saw was $3,000 for ABeX. I put a deposit of $1,000, but the total ended up being $13,000. The very next day I canceled the surgery and asked for a refund. And there are absolutely no other services they provide that costs $1,000. So the money is just credited to my account, and I can't use it, for ANYTHING. They will not refund my money and keep asking do I want to go through with the surgery. No! I do not! I want my hard earned money returned to me!
