Spark Driver review: Deceptive and dishonest

Please get spark app to change the way offers are displayed.

Customers are allowed 24 hrs to change tip- fine- then DO NOT send an offer for $25 if a customer gets to change the tip to 0.

Reality is im working for $6 or $7, i would rather work for that then think that 9am tmrw ill have a full $25. I feel betrayed the next day when i think i can fill up my gas tank but i cant.

Also if an update for the app is not issued BEFORE drivers are allowed to sign on- that shouldn’t be held against me if my app is out of date. Spark should work harder so that I dont have to. Im already doing all the grunt work getting mistreated and misled for $6.

Also, if a tip was changed because of customer complaint towards me- then you need to let me the friver know ehat the issue is so I can rectify my actions.

If im losing tips because the app malfunctions or because the customer cannot give clear directions to their home then i need to have an understanding of what the issue was and if i can change what im doing wrong.
