At this time, I have my driver's license suspended because no had the right insurance at time of an accident occurred on11/26/2021.Also, the judgment ordered paid losses and others fee in 21days beginning 08/28/2023.The situation is Why Spark approved me work as delivery driver without right insurance?
Please I need help Iam a single mother I am a good citizen with my driver record clean until this terrible mistake occurred. Spark need to resolve this situation as soon as possible.

I am Julia Ayala.
Driver at Spark Delivery walmart since 11/11/20 until I had many issues with app and a car accident on 11/26/21 and I had to have resigned.
In this case my liability insurance denied to pay losses because I was working as deliver driver. When I reported this situation to Spark Delivery Driver walmart they also denied to pay losses because I was working as an independent driver or contractors. I asked them why? they approved to me work as driver without right insurance.? But ignored me.
At this time I have my driver suspended because no had the right insurance and on 8/28/2023. The judgment ordered paid the losses and others fee.
Please. I need help. Court give me 21days to respond (begin on8/28/2023). I am single mother I can't to acept this situation. I am good citizen with my driver license clean until this situation happened. I need Spark Delivery Driver at Walmart acept this very dangerous mistake on me

Spark deactivated me for no reason I filed a appeal3 times I have called almost every day . I even spoke to a supervisor and they still can't tell me why I was deactivated. The day I was deactivated I was having app issues and I explained that to them but no one can tell me why I was deactivated. I want to get reactivated. I loved to spark and I could make extra money to feed my family . I think they are just heartless and don't care

Hi. I recently applied for employment as a spark delivery driver for Walmart. I got denied because of 2 accident reports that showed up in my license when they did the background check. Both I was found not at fault and the other driver paid. I drive a lot as an instacart driver and last year (2022) one driver ran a stop sign and another rear ended me when I wasn't even moving. CLEARLY I was not at fault and the police agreed and both drivers took full responsibility of their actions. HOWEVER now I got denied from Spark because of these 2 reports! I tried explaining it to them over the phone. I got an email stating the same..that they won't hire me because of those 2 accidents. I kept these emails for proof. This is incredibly unfair and discrimatory. This is America. How is this possible? Please help me get justice and make employers be fair.

I got deactivated from spark around or about the 29 of august. I’ve been doing this for about 9 months. This is my everyday job that I depend on to pay my bills. I’m single mother with two kids. I got no explanation as to why I was deactivated. To my knowledge I did nothing wrong. It’s so unfair that we get treated like we don’t work hard and don’t deserve an explanation. I’d like to be reactivated so I can get back to work. I’ve email driver support ,driver notices ,and driver Walmart I’ve got no response.
Desired outcome: I’d appreciate a response and to be reactivated.
Didn't follow directions, Rude and demanding a tip
William out of grand rapids didn't follow directions I was supposed to sign for my order he just left it outside and then send me an email about how difficult my order was and demanded a tip I let him know I paid with a food card and had no way of paying for a tip he still insisted I pay him a tip this made me feel as though I was a bother to the sparks team as I have no money living in a hotel very disappointed

I have been waiting since March 2023 to get approved..They keep telling me they are waiting.on my background check..They tell me they have escalated the issue to the right department and each time they say it will take 1-7 days before its fixed..I have completed and all the other requirements .Please someone help me.get passed my final step so I can get started sparking!
I can not get an answer or satisfaction when I call the support line. It's the same answer each time..( Their working on it)..My husband was approved and working in 2 weeks...my son in 1 week...what is the issue here!

The negation of responsibility or ownership is definitely a drawback when you add an independent contractor are injured on the job. To say that we knew this going into the role is very demeaning from people who have not been injured and didn’t face severe repercussions because they were out of income and can’t pay their bills. I pray it doesn’t happen to you.

Spark did not give me the reason why I was deactivated but I know the Walmart Store #1377 did that as a retaliation, accusation, and discrimination (against a deaf person saying that I can't use my phone for Marco Polo, FaceTime, to read my Facebook, or watch my DiscoveryPlus App etc...assuming that I was 'videoing' when I was not.). Walmart Spark delivery driver app recently did an update on their application that forces driver's to verify themselves by scanning their drivers license and facial Recognition but here's the catch they are more than aware the state of Florida is where most of all the fraud is happening within their platform and Walmart Spark Purposely left Florida out of this new implementation. So yes you heard right Walmart Spark delivery driver's in Florida are 99% percent are all unidentifiable unauthorized individuals using pirated fraudulent accounts and bots to cheat the system.
Desired outcome: For Walmart Spark to stop playing dirty games and clean up all those corrupted accounts in Florida.
Job accepted for less than paid
On August 9th, I accepted a batch order for $44.77. I was paid $31.72. I'm being told that the missing $13.05 was a customer tip (for a batch order?) and that I accepted the order for $31.72. I did not. I accepted the order for $44.77 and the order was completed at $44.77. I have the screen shot. I have filed several complaints, and keep getting the same answer - that I accepted the order for $31.72. I did not. I would like this looked into in more detail.
Desired outcome: I would like to be paid, in full, for the order I accepted.

I have been delivering for Spark since november 22 and have always kept good metrics. On july 1 23 I was deactivated after a costomer complaint. The customer was on the porch when I arrived and I asked her if she was expecting a package and she said yes. So I proceeded to take the package to her and she was gone. Well this is not a good neighborhood so I went to open the door as it was an appartment building and I wanted to put it in the hallway as to prevent it from being stolen. When I could nto open the door I set it down on the porch whe she started to screaming foul names at me saying she would have my job. Spark deactivated my account that day. I did nothing to this person but I had no say. Still not able to deliver 8/14.23 Metrics at 100 percent on time arrival 0 percent dropped trips 84 accepted offers 4.8 customer rating 96 percent itoms found.
Desired outcome: This income was to suppliment social security. I would like to be able to go back to work!
Item not delivered
The drive called me and stated that my address took her to Brookshire Brothers in Diboll. When my address is entered in the GPS it does NOT take you to Brookshire Brothers. I have the driver specific directions. Then I received a text message that my item was delivered to BIG convenience store. I attempted to call the drive and the driver would not answer. I went to the convenience store and they told me there was nothing delivered to their store for me. I would like something to be done about this drivers poor performance. Her number is [protected]
Desired outcome: I expect them to be professional and I would like an apology from that driver for the inconvenience she has caused.
Multiple accounts
As a spark driver I am working for more than one and a half year.Few months ago everything was ok in my zone ie Gainesville, Florida.I mostly work in the store #1081.Here drivers are using multiple accounts which are not in their name.They are using other’s people identity for deliveries.It is completely illegal.They using Bots too to get good offers.I talked to spark customer service 3-4 weeks ago but still it is same.Nothing has changed.And this is affecting other drivers.There are 6-7 drivers who are using fake accounts.
I hope Spark will address this problem as soon as possible.

They won't Spark has Purposely left FLORIDA out once again from updating the app with id scanning and facial Recognition. They know all about the corruption going on within the app in Florida and they're turning a blind eye.
Service associates
Aug. 3, 2023 Chesapeake sq ring rd walmart Virginia. 11pm-1pm. Order should be pick up at 11:45pm waited for 30mins and another 45mins just to pick up the order. Talked to Walmart associate explaining to him that I have waited for almost 2hrs already then came back to saw him giving orders to another spark drivers. I got my alarm clock set just to know how much time I have waited! I don’t see any clearer reason why than intentional. They need to review those cameras around them at parking spot spark drivers deserve to work in an environment where fairness is given. Poor service and unprofessional associates! No accountability and doesn’t give an F! Especially to sparks drivers! Ending cancel the order without talking to chat support! I had another order and waited anothe 45 mins the associate says its not on the system but on my app says ready!
Desired outcome: Accountability!!! Let them have a name tag so they would they’re being monitored. Walmart is so bad for customer service i hope they will improve and held them accountable.
Oh yes, that Walmart is horrible. I stopped accepting orders from them. I thought by now they would have figured out a solution. The part I hate is after waiting 30 minutes you only receive around $2.00-$5.00 dollars of you cancel the order.
Company and orders for pickup
Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Filed complaints with corporate office they had a manager from local Walmart call and say they are aware of the pickup crew wasting time on the clock, not bringing orders out on time, forcing drivers to cancel orders after waiting for a hour or more then when the order is canceled they only compensate $2. They send out orders for ASAP and when you check in the order is in a getting ready status and then you call to get a status and order has not even started being picked. It's 100 degrees outside and entirely to hot to be waiting on orders that are not ready and ultimately have to be cancelled. It is a waste of the drivers and customers time, gas and money seeing as $2 won't even get a gallon of gas. They are continuously lowering the delivery trips rate. They close out tickets unresolved. The metrics is a joke because unless you wait the 30mins for a order before cancelling due to a store associate telling you the order is 2hrs behind the system penalizes the driver. Corporate DOES NOT take accountability, the store and management DO NOT take accountability, Spark DOES NOT take accountability.
Desired outcome: Better pay, better delivery platform, accountability from all companies/departments.
Spark delivery driver
I just started Spark delivery today July 25th 2023. I delivered my first orders this morning no problem. This afternoon I took 2 more orders. I waited outside after checking in my numbered parking area for the pickup order that I accepted. I sat there for an hour both times only for the order to be cancelled both times. This is ridiculous that they hire drivers to drive to the store, check in the app that you arrived and are waiting outside for the order that says it's ready only to sit and wait for an hour then tell you the order is cancellled. I should be paid for the time and gas I use to drive up there and sit for an hour only to have the order cancelled in the app. This is the most ridiculous delivery service I've ever seen. I'm not sure if this is just my area but something needs to be done. Walmart is a multi billion dollar company and they can't do any better than this? The workers who bring the orders out should be bringing them out in the order someone checks in. I saw people who arrived after me, leave before I did while I'm still waiting on the order to deliver to the customer. Absolutely ridiculous 🙄 If you're a customer you should be aware it's not always the delivery drivers fault. Walmart needs to get it together if they're gonna continue delivery service for their customers.
Desired outcome: Make sure your drivers get the orders they've chosen and not cancel them. If you do cancel them then the driver should be compensated for their time and gas for something that wasn't even their fault in the first place.
Spark incentives
Completed an incentive for 35 dollars. They swear I was paid. I have my bank records to indicate otherwise. It's been almost a month with no resolution. Called earlier 5/25/23 and someone closed my ticket. I earned this money and yet they refuse to pay it out. I guess it's time to contact my lawyer and get something done. None of their customer support people speak legible English. I want my money!
