I just left your speedway store here in Bowling Green KY. I wanted to get 2 packs of cigarettes, $20 in gas, and a mountain dew. I had a one hundred dollar bill. It is 10:30 am here and it just seems foolish to keep to me to turn away that money and make me go somewhere else. It's not like I am coming in at 1:00AM. This is the second time this has happened...

I went into the store around 12am and the cashier smelled like he just got done smoking weed. It made me sick to my stomach and I had a bad headache that night. Its very unprofessional to come to work smelling like Marijuana.(weed)..And this isn't the first time that sone of your employees smelled like weed. Just wanted to inform you. The speedway at 3211 murdach street patkersburg wv, the general manager when I was there was rude to her, employees made one of the mangers cry it was not professional for her to yell, and carry on the way she did and to see the other manger cry, I will not visit another speedway again it was inhuman the way she spoke and yelled, never again will I spend money at your store again
two managers
I'm complaining about two managers on Emerson Ave store in Parkersburg, WV. Celeste the Speedway Cafe manager is loud and obnoxious. You can here her all over the store even using profanity. Sonya an assistant manager very rarely helps when busy and if she does then she constantly complains. Both of them together are rude and talk about other employees and hinder new employees from learning there job. Both are very unprofessional for Speedway.

The manager of this store in New Jersey is not so great. He has a way with customers that make him look great. To the employees he has 2 sides. He degrades the employees on a daily. Will talk about them to their face. Example: If you cant handle the job I'll replace you. Your just like so and so. The person that is the most slow or bad. He doesn't acknowledge what hard work we put in. If we back up anytime while pumping cars. even if it's long since the last time. He throws it in our face. Claims that we dont work. Everybody at the store wants to resign because of him.

I visited the location at 123 freeman's bridge rd. In Scotia by on 11/12/18 at about 9:40 am. I as well as another customer approached the register at the same time. I approached the correct register. The other customer approached a register that was not open. The cashier then proceeded to ignore me. Yelling out I can help whose next. While looking at the other customer. I said to her that I was next. And she told me that the other customer had been at the other register first. I thought it was very rude of her to make me wait. And we both we at the register at the same time. I am African American and I feel like that played a big part in the situation. I would appreciate it if the video is viewed to get to the bottom of this. I work in customer service and that was not ok at all.

I go to speedway every morning before work, spend about $20 a day here..always buy the same thing..well this morning i got a breakfast item like always..got to work to eat my food n there some kind of plastic in it..lost my appetite for the morning.
There's a piece of plastic left of the food..really didn't taste all that great and i will probably no longer purchase them or any hot food items again.
unethical behavior
The assistant manager mike I believe his name is, has an awful attitude. He has been rude and aggressive on several instances. I have personally witnessed people threatening him because of things he has said to customers. After speaking with the manager and other employees, I am certain you are losing money because he refuses to serve people after they lose their cool for being disrespected and I know customers avoid going there when he is working. I have already stopped my work fleet from gassing up there and will continue to not support this location.

I used to the Speedway on Rt. 19 in Washington, PA almost every morning. I would get a cinnamon sugar twist donut and a cappuccino. The store says corporate has made them change the donut to now just being a twist with glaze on it. The cinnamon sugar twist was the most popular donut there. I don't understand why you would change such a popular donut and not even replace it with any sugar donut. I am very disappointed and now have to go to a different store for my cappuccino and donuts.

October 28 2018 about 6pm I came into the Rocky Mount NC sunset Ave store to purchase a ginger ale and a pack of Newport 100 pack of cigarettes the cashier named Dee waited on me but acted like it was a problem I used my cash card for the transaction but it only had 6.34 cents on it leaving a remaining balance of a 1.28 that needed to be paid in cash I did not have any money on me so I told her to take the soda off and just keep the cigarettes as I told her she got an attitude and said to the other cashier I am going outside to smoke a cigarette after this she didn't swipe the cigarettes to void or refund my money and she got even louder with me when I had asked them to call my sister in law who works there so that we could get it straightened out she refused to call her and told me to leave the store I left with no pack of cigarettes and no money on my card she told me I needed to take that up with my card issuer I have had the same card for 3 years and not once have I ever had a problem with it I work as a manager of a Subway and I know with a refund you have to hit more than one button on the register this employees is rude and shouldn't be working with the public she was more concerned about smoking a cigarette than dealing with a customer I did get loud with her only because she got loud with me and acted like she didn't want to wait on me

If you want bad customer service just go to 3270 vineland road and visit sonia her customer service is horrible she is very rude from snatching money out your hand to cursing infront of little children it's just unbelievable! I went there yesterday and I can honestly say I would never so back as long as she is working there very bad customer service just horrible!

My husband just visited the Henrietta, Ny location on West Henrietta rd. He was having a emergency with our car and the employee asked him to move the car that was not blocking or in anyone way! My husband said he was just running in to get oil and the cat was not in the way of anyone or anything and then he proceeded to call him a Honkey and he would not sell him anything along with other profanity and giving him the finger. This is disgusting behavior and 911 has been called on employee.

I stopped at the speedway on Dorchester Rd to get gas at 4:50pm there was two lady's in the store working one had on regular clothes one was from behind the counter talking to a guy the other one was at the register taking very loud on her cellphone I was never greeted never even spoke to the whole time I was in the store as I got to the register the lady on the phone said nothing to me I said can I have gas on pump one she took my money look at me still said nothing as she turn the pump on. This is the first time I've ever experienced poor customer service here they shouldn't be aloud to have their phone out while they're working it was horrible

I travel from Wheeling Wva to Marietta Ohio 5 days a week and stop every morning at the Old Washington Store #64279 for gas and coffee, I spend alot of money at your stores but if the unprofessional behavior from your employees doesn't stop I will never spend another penny in another Speedway again. From day one the women who work in this store from the hours of 7 a.m. and beyond are just rude, the first time i stopped here about a year ago i encountered two ladies speaking about a supervisor pissing them off, hardly acknowledged that i was their, did not look me in the eye and was just caught up in [censored]ing about her coworker. Since then i have encountered several incidents of being rude to customers, talking about personal [censored] and non stop complaining about EVERYTHING. Two weeks ago i walked in to get my coffee and one of those same women is standing over by the coffee station telling another coworker how a customer pissed her off and she almost told them to take there business across the street (GoMart). I also had an encounter with what i think is a Supervisor/Manager on a Saturday morning back in September, she was a older lady and i entered the store for coffee, i put cappuccino in my coffee and the French Vanilla was a mess, along with everything else on the station, so try to fill up my cup with slime from this machine and she walks over and says to me "Whats the problem" and i nicely said there is something wrong with this machine and she starts running her mouth, doesn't at all apologize for the mess and acts like it was my fault. She was extremely rude so i turned around and walked out and went across the street to GoMart and still to this day every time i enter this store and she is in there she looks like a miserable human being that has no business working in customer service. This morning i walked in to get my coffee and a different woman is in there who looks like she may being wearing a managers shirt, she is mopping the floor at 8 in the morning when it is pretty busy and she too is not saying excuse me and looks freakin miserable. If she was mad that we are in the way of mopping floor then maybe you should do that from midnight to 5 a.m. when you are not so busy and how about smiling and making people feel welcome instead of being annoyed that people are walking on a floor you should of mopped earlier, you know before you got busy. Tonight i stop on my way back home, again there is a young lady who look to be a supervisor/manager who i have seen in there before and she is always sitting and talking about her personal life, so today i ask a question to the young man who was waiting on me and she interrupted and rudely answered the question and then a coworker enters the store and she goes off yelling and chanting that she was working with her tonight. There is absolutely nothing professional about this Speedway, along with the remodel you need to work on getting a whole new staff and teaching customer service skills. I think after today i am DONE!

On October 18, 2018 at approximately 2:40pm, I entered the SpeedWay Store located at 5019 Okeechobee Blvd West Palm Beach FL 33417. I purchased $25 dollars of gas for my vehicle and then I entered the store to redeem my lottery tickets and to purchase additional lottery tickets. I waited in line until the customer that was in front of me completed their transaction and then as I stepped up to the counter an African-American female asked me to step aside because she said her line was backing up because there was approximately 4 people standing in line behind me. I have never experienced anything like this before. I complied however; (1) I felt belittled when I was asked to step to the side as if I wasn't a valuable customer and (b) as if I was annoying her by simply giving her my lottery tickets to redeem and (c) as if I am a nobody. So when I stepped out of line as instructed she immediately serviced the lady behind me who happened to be caucasian and who also purchased lottery tickets. At that instant I was not happy and I told her that I was going to report her and she said "Go right ahead. My name is Cindy." That was not good customer service and I did not deserve to be treated in that manner especially as a loyal paying customer. This store clerk's behavior and treatment of me is totally unacceptable. I will be looking forward to hearing from some one from your corporate office in the near future.

gas pump issue
I had made a purchase inside the store since I was also ordering food.
When, I returned to my car to pump the fuel, it didn't clear the pump.
I hit the HELP button several times, also called inside the store, with no answer several times. I asked the person that was at the pump next to me to inform the cashier that the pump want clear. I waited another 5 minutes and nothing. I, will say by now I am getting inpatient waiting and went in the store and inquired with the clerk, he informed me that the gas purchase made when charged to the wrong pump. Well, how was I to know that. He was very, very rude. And, I told him that he is the person behind the counter, he printed me a receipt for the purchase of my gas. I, felt like that was wrong way to go about making things right. I, took the receipt and left. He informed me that his name was Zack and he was the manager of the store, customers were looking at him like wow.
