I went into my local speedway store at 2131 Forest Hills Rd. Wilson, NC 27893 on Saturday. September 22nd, 2018 at 4:59 pm to pay for my gas. There was an older lady in front of me using her rewards card and I saw the register print out a coupon and a receipt for her points. I am a loyal speedway customer, I love speedway but I have a 1 year old son and I have never found a speedway gas station that has a baby changing table. Why is this? It upsets me every time. I stop at speedway for a drink or gas and I have to change my son's diaper and I'm forced to do it in my vehicle or outside in the grass. This is degrading. I think it should be mandatory for every gas station to have baby changing tables. There are lots of baby's in the world!

Girl with blonde hair who works the gas in the morning is way to slow and takes forever. When I am going to work and see her there I will NOT stop! I will go down the street to another gas station. If my husband goes to speedway during the day to get gas for the lawn mower, she will start the pump and walk away! She will NOT fill the can even if she does not have another car

Hello, I have contacted almost everyone i know to contact and no has got back to me at all! My problem is i worked at the fishcreek speedway store# 3686! I was having trouble working in the environment because of the employees and the drama! So one day i just had enough of all the drama so i said " I can not wait to get out of here or be transferred" THAT WAS MY EXACT WORDS! So because the store was trting to get me fired anyway i was takin off the schedule for that an was told as i was working my shift "Go ahead and leave we except your resignation! So i was very upset and called my store manager 'MONICA" Her words was your off the schedule an i asked why, she just kept repeating we except your resignation and i repeatedly told her i didnt resign nor did i ever say i was resigning! So i was getting no where with her so i then call the district manager Jerry and he said my managers say you gave them an ootion wich was either transfer me or i quit an as i told him repeatedly i NEVER said that at all an tried to explain how much drama and how hard it is to work with the people at that store his exact words where " where not going to change just to satisfy Erika! Wich to ne that was very disrespectful! He should change to improve the store! But anyway can someone please get back to me on this matter because i have alot i need to say as to why it was hard to work at that store and why i wanted to be transferred because honestly NO ONE should have babies in the back around chemicals for starters and that's not even the half so please have someone that can hell me contact me! I dont know what to do or who to call anymore PLEASE HELP ME!

The food that I ordered was completely wrong, my 2 chipotle wraps were chicken bacon ranch wraps and my burgers had none of the ingredients that I ordered on them. I had to hand write my order due to their system being locked out and after I placed my order all I heard was complaining from the staff about how my order was to big and honestly it wasn't. My exact order was 2 wraps, 2 panini burgers, 2 tornadoes, a large fry, and a frappe, which they had no whipped topping for... Giant Eagle is right up the street! I spend money in this store everyday because of the convenient location but if I continue to get this type of service it would be worth it to take my business elsewhere. This is the third consecutive day that I've had issues with my order or with the behavior of the staff. I would kindly liked this to be righted. Thank you

6:00 PM, Monday September 17, 2018. I walk into this speedway store with my daughter so she can buy a Gatorade for basketball practice. There is a big sign in front of the Giant Slim Jim's that says "Giant Slim Jim 3 for $3.00." I think "hey, why not? That's a good price," and I grab three of them.
I get in line at the register. There is one cashier, an African American female, and one customer in front of me. The other customer just wants to pay for his purchases, but she won't let him. Instead, she says "I hate to ask this, but can I bum a cigarette?" With that, myself and the customer behind me all have to wait for this poor guy to VERY uncomfortably dig through his pockets to find his cigarettes and supply your cashier's habit.
As this is going on, another cashier comes up. He offers to take the next customer, because the original line is stopped while that cashier bums cigarettes from customers. I walk over to the new cashier, an African American male. He rings me up, but the 3 for $3.00 price does not ring in. I explain the mistake to him, and point at the sign. tbe sign was unmistakeable, it said ALL GIANT SLIM JIMS, and I was buying Giant Slim Jim's.
This kid walks out from behind the register, and spends 5 minutes... stumped... just starting at the sign, like he can't read it
I walk over to help him, and explain to him what it says. He says to me "well, I'm not going to change the price." I asked him for his reason, and he said (get this), "because it's not worth it and it's too much trouble."
At this point, I have had enough. I tell him he. An keep his slim Jim's and all of the other items I had planned to purchase, and he replied "do you think I give a [censored]?" That's when I knew I had to report him.
So I asked for his name. This little jerk says "I am not going to give you my name." I said "Son, you are getting reported. They can identify you by the time and the schedule. trying to skate out by not telling a customer who has asked your name is only going to make this worse."
Then he got loud. "I SAID I AINT TELLIN YOU MY DAMNED NAME!" I replied in kind "And I said that'd be the biggest mistake you could make right now. Now you WILL give me your name."
That was when he pretended like he wanted to fight me. He pretended to pray, so everyone in the store could hear: "Lord, be with me, and stop me from kicking this man's [censored] right now!"
I just laughed, and informed him that he would soon be fired, and then wrote the report from the bleachers of my child's basketball practice.
My name is Kennedy McGovern, and I am a professional. driver. my contact number is [protected]. I buy $700.00 worth of gas every week, and probably $300.00 per week on your convenience store items... and unless I hear back from you that these two idiots were fired, I will not buy a penny of it from speedway again. You simply cannot make an argument for continuing the employment of people THAT BAD, and expect to keep me as a customer or keep me off of social media about it.

Speedway cashier's would not allow me to get points during point of sale of $80.00 for fuel purchase.
I asked her can she cancel the sale and start over so my complete alt number can be entered again the cashier told me no that cannot be done, she stated that she been on the job for 3 weeks and do not know how to complete the transaction.
I asked the cashier to refund my $80.00 for the fuel purchase.
the cashier refunded my money and I paid for my cup of tea but she would not allow me to purchase the fuel that I needed the cashier stated that she has the right to not serve me and asked me to leave the store.
this is the first time this has ever happend to me. I purchase on average $30, 000-$50, 000 in fuel from Speedway locations in Ohio every year that's about to change today after this incident.

I just had an incident in this gas station. The funny thing is that no customer was rude at any time but the manager's assistant was giving attitude at clients and rolling her eyes at them. All I wanted was $20 of gas and go home. Lorrielle G was the one who assisted me, gave me attitude, did me wrong on the gas pump TWISE and she also disrespected my mom who went in there to see what was going on. The owner of this gas station should take a close look into who he hires, or else he will end up with no customers because of the employees he's got. This got me on my nerves and I am still furious to think how the employees are treating customers. Btw, if something happenes to me or the baby I'm expecting, there could be consequences.

I was at one of your stores just the other morning and couldn't help but over hear that a young women was being threatened by what I assume is her boss. I was appauled. And to shame the girl right by the front door where everyone is passing by. The poor girl looked so scared and under duress.

We went to our local speedway as we do on a nightly basis for gas and other things and there was a note on the door saying be back in 10 min this happened two nights in a row ? We have been living here for 20 years and have never saw this before was wondering if this is a normal thing or just careless acts of employees we spend an average of 30 to 40 dollars nightly but this is a real pain when your on a routine schedule?
employee smoking right outside entrance doors
I spoke with the GM at the speedway in Valparaiso on the corner of rt6 and 149 about one of his employees smoking right outside the door a few weeks ago. I told him that I came to him first before contacting corporate to address the issue. He thanked me for coming to him because he said he would get in trouble for that. I went to this location and the GM was present while this employee again was smoking outside the door. I know that it is illegal to smoke by the door like this. Not to mention the smoke that gets blown in your face as you walk through the door. I'm a smoker myself but don't like smoke being blown in my face. I hope someone corrects this before the company gets fined or lose customers.

prepay pump
Stopped at station to get gas and snacks. My husband stayed outside intending to pump gas. Knowing its prepay I ask if she could turn pump on while I was in store getting snacks as to pay all at same time. No not happening. Awesome, then card reader was messed up on terminal had to grab money from atm and yet again stand in line behind 5 other customer just so my husband could pump gas. I then had to go grab snacks and drinks and again stand behind 5 customers to pay for the snacks all the while the cashier has to stop to get money from the safe as she is out of 10s and 5s and the other employee is cashing out her register. What should look old have been a quick stop on out way to frankenmuth turned into a 15 min nightmare from a company that I normally swear by.. disappointed to say the least. Next time I'll go to 711 in frankenmuth.
pay at the pump
I had trouble on Thursday Aug. 30th at about 6 p.m. I tried to use my credit card outside at the pump twice with no luck, I went inside, waited in line to ask for help. The cashier was very rude, almost threatening. I do speak in a loud tone, probably from dealing with my nearly deaf mother. He said I should stop yelling at him. I was not abusive in any way. Just asked for help. I was so upset when he began making facial expressions and yelling loudly as I left the store. I will admit to speaking loudly, but it did not warrant his over reactions. He actually scared me. I don't think he should be dealing with customers. He did not seem stable to me. I really wanted to report this because, I think he may have a problem dealing with people. When you are working with the public you need to stay calm in different circumstances.
lost credit card
Not to happy when I left speedway around the corner from my house I had left my debit card there I visit this sppedway daily i returned with in the hour come to find out the only means to my money was locked into a safe which I appreciate the safe keeping. What I didn't appreciate was the fact that I have to wait till morning to get my card back I need this card as soon as possible and has me agrivated that there was no way for them to get me my card I feel as though they shouldn't put it somewhere where they cannot get to I will no longer be using this speedway as I go there everyday there should be a person to be able to get into the safe if that's where they put things very displeased with this service it would be a different story if I had other ways to spend money but I do not like to keep cash on person.
fountain drink.99 special for august 2018
Speedway has a special on fountain drinks, any size up to 32 oz. for .99 for the month of August. Today, August 31, 2018 at 3:38 p.m. I went to the Speedway in Kendallville Indiana (there's only one) and purchased two fountain drinks (32 oz. size). The male attendant charged me $1.39 for each one. I remarked that they're .99 for the month of August. He stated, with a negative attitude, "we changed it on the first".!I told him today is the 31st of August. He got even more of an attitude and said, "well, it's labor day weekend". At which point, I left with my purchase, rather than continue arguing with a negative person who won't admit he's in the wrong. Can we spell "false advertising"? The Better Business Bureau can!
Update: After posting the above complaint, I called the corporate number - which FYI is [protected]. All else fails, talk to someone who cando something about a problem. They're going to lookinto the matter and take whatever action they deem appropriate. Customer service and satisfaction is a priority with Speedway.
manager is rude and I think he is racist
There is a white male manager at the speedway in grandville on chicago dr, and on several occasions has been rude to me. And today a white man was in front of me and paid with a $100 bill and did not check it for being real at all, right afterwards i went to put $20 in my gas tank and paid with a $100 dollar bill and he kept looking and it and made sure to mark it with the marker about 4 or 5 times and i had just got the money out of the bank. I feel like he was discriminating against me because of my mexican background because i have noticed he is a lot nicer to cacausion people. And i never was going to file a complaint about it until today's incident
It's probably because the marker was dried out. Anyway, get $20s. A $100 bill is just asking for drama. Either they can't cash it, will cash it but have to mark it or check it or whatever, but in any case they hate seeing them. It's gotta go in the safe right away, which takes time from the next customer, and it can't be used as change. Just get $20s, it's easier on everybody.

Someone stole my gas from the Speedway gas station on 130 and the Conduit Blvd and the Assistant manager told me there is nothing they can do about it that they are not responsible if someone steals your gas You have digital cameras in the parking lot but cant pick up who stole my gas So now I lost $40 dollars and they said they are not responsible I have been coming to speed way for years even before it was speedway when it was Hess but now Im completely disgusted and dissatisfied with there customer service and will noy be coming here anymore

Was a manager on duty? Regular employees don't have access to the cameras. If a manager is not on duty, you're going to have to arrange to come in when there is one. I know you've been robbed, and that sucks. They don't know that and can't prove it until afterwards, so they honestly don't know if you're a victim or just trying to rip them off. I believe you, but I'm just saying there's no way they can know that unless they were watching... and they don't have time to watch, unfortunately.

the employee is smoking weed in your parking lot
Employee was smoking weed in front of store on Glenway ave in western hills Cincinnati Ohio and when I said something he refused me service and continued to belittle me because I'm not a drug addict and I want something done about this ASAP and except my patronage to be respected this is Unexpected unacceptable behavior he continued to call me names as I was leaving and I told him I bet he would not talk to me like that if he was not behind the counter because he had me so mad I was ready to hurt him not to mention I go to this speedway a couple times a day everyday and I demand that something is done about this

I have been at loyal customer at stop 6503 Mckeesport Pa, recently they got a new girl Octavia who works night shift. Every time I go in she is rude and disrespectful. She doesnt ask us for reward cards, if we ask her a question she gives a horrible attitude she is always on her phone talking to someone ignoring us. One day i went in and she was screaming at someone on the phone so loud saying f this and that and using the N word threatening to go beat someone up screaming ignoring customers. I was so scared i left the store. She is always outside smoking weed i always smell it and one day i said something to her about the bathroom and she told me why don't you go clean it. I know a few customers who stopped going because of her. Something seriously needs done i been going there since the store opened and i stopped cause of Octavia owens.
