Hello, I just wanted to complain how deeply appalled I am at the service I received getting gas one evening. I tried to make my way into the store and noticed the door had been locked, I knocked but no one came. I looked through the glass and noticed the employee I believe her name is amber
Giving sexual interaction with a gentleman in the back of the store. He came out and her soon after.
I don't know how other stores are run but I was furious that this was happening, I will not return to the store and will detour anyone else from going to this store.

I stopped in to prepay for gas on two different pumps and buy cigarettes and the guy working was wearing headphones and said what to me loud and rude because of his headphones in his ear. Is it normal business practice to wear headphones while you are engaging with customers? I ended up getting what I needed at a gas station across the street and the worker was outside smoking a cigarette and staring me down as I drove off.

I've been customer for this branch #7808 at 77-33 Queens Blvd elmhurst NY 11373 for abt a year and half I put gas from this station at least twice a day since am a commercial driver. But whenever this stupid employee his name is iqbal i get hard time buying an item or putting gas always says that my card is not working but when the other guy is there I've never had an issue with him everything goes smooth and nice. But the worst thing that just happened to me with this Iqbal is today i wnated to buy cigarets and he asked me for my ID and I did as most of shops ask for an ID it's a policy and i do understand that when I showed him my ID was saying that it is not me on the picture and I was like maybe I have my sunglasses on let me take them off still insisting that is not me on the picture I told him I've had that driver licence for more than 13 years how come that is not me and I've never had such a bad experience in this whenever I get ask for my ID i show it and i get it back normal no issue. But this guy this is the 3 rd time he is giving me hard time last two times he was saying that I don't have money on my card and he refused to let me put gas this is rediculas this is the last time I will put gas at this station no more at all
Your complaint is difficult to read due to your grammar and run-on sentences. It is certainly rude to call the employee stupid, especially when your complaint is so poorly written. Have you tried asking for his supervisor?

Yes I was at the speedway and Goff Mountain and Cross Lanes West Virginia and a cashier he was a black gentleman so you saying something and I couldn't hear because there were several other customers there was talking amongst their self kind of off to the side repeat itself the second time I heard him say loud as can be can you not hear me you [censor] white boy don't make me repeat myself again I heard it and at first I thought I might have been mistaken but as I've seen the other people in the store cuz here it just as much as I did everyone was shocked this happened November 26th around 8:30 a.m. and this gentleman is always rude I've seen you know talk to elderly customers it was a little slower in the rest awful and I just really think there should be something done about that so far I don't know if the management scared of him or what exactly it is but if something's not done I will take it further

I shop at speedway daily. 2-3 times in fact, lately employees have been getting to work late and I depend on speedway for my breakfast. When employees are late, breakfast doesn't get made causing myself and numerous other coworkers of mine not to eat. This has happened many times at the ONLY speedway in my town. Please help. This problem would not only help us as customers, but would better your business

Hello, my name is Donovan and I work at Hawk Ford Dealership on 95th right by your speed way located at 6030 95th St, Oak Lawn, IL 60453. I had an encounter with an employee name "Chiquitta" or something in that sort. She charged ford dealership twice with the same ordometer number because the first time she marked me up and a fill up when I came in there for $25 on pump 6. She had said her register can't come up short after doing it. And she gave me nothing but attitude and had the nerve to tell me "that's why you got charged twice". Which can potentially harm my job instead of trying to solve the problem. They charge me $25 initially and charged an additional $30.33 because it went over $25 which wasn't my fault.

The manager at this location is Amber and she doesn't get off the computer to help customers she even told a employee that said he was off the clock to help the line cus she was to busy and so he did due to he didn't want to get introuble. This managers behavior is unacceptable and beyond lazy. She can't get off the computer to help someone even when shes the only one there she says one second and then is rude the whole time cus she actually has to help people how can you be rude to me when I've been waiting 5 mins for you to turn around and help me. This really needs to be addressed immediately!
It sounds like you have a more personal relationship with this person than just as a customer. If not, you cannot be 100% certain of the situation and what is going on behind the scenes.

I went to speedway at 1877 W Ridge Rd, Greece, NY 14615 around 8pm today and I walked in asked for item I have coupon for and I am a quite speaker and I was asked to speak up so I did and he just got mad and said I don't gotta speak like that to him and I said speak to you like what. I spoke up like u asked and I even tryed showing him the coupon and he yelled at me saying I can't see that I don't have my glasses with me. And I said what coupon was for again he finally got it for me then when he turned around saw my money on counter then assumed while he was turned around I threw a 5$ bill at him? And yelled at me and said not to throw things at him even tho my 5$ bill was in middle of counter and. My friends saw me set it their as i go to put my wallet away after I set it down and then refused to cash me out took items away and told me to get out his name was steve-0 on name tag and mid 40-50s and I was being as polite as possible and was offended in process

We went in to get a couple of drinks at a speedway in Raynham Massachusetts 02767. As soon as we walked in the cashier named Shirley yells across the store to Mitch the manager that we walked in. Shirley was rude and not polite. Mitch the manager told us to get out and that we had to leave and not return, all because I get blamed for accidently making a little mess on the floor in the bathroom that I couldn't clean up because of no paper towels. I got blamed for a mess I didn't even do. Mitch was also rude and being an [censor] about it. Then we have mangers and employees leaving while on the clock to go get something to eat or go to their house.. we also have managers and employees that like to take a half hour to an hour break to leave, deal their drugs on the side of speedway building, and smoke their weed while they are on the clock. They go back into work high as a kite. Then u have Shirley the cashier that don't move from the spot in front of the cashier and is always eating and drinking in front of customers, and yes I see it all the time. Then you have employees texting or talking on their phones while on the clock not cleaning or anything. You also have these employees the have their phones playing music with inappropriate language as customers are coming in. There is always cold coffee in the mornings

Today (11/8/2017) I went to Speedway #0008540 on Van [censored] Ave.in Warren, MI. I had a "Free Speedy Spuds" coupon printed out from my email. It entitled me to a free Speedy Spuds with the purchase of a sandwich. On my receipt (Transaction #1016382) I ordered 2 grilled cheese sandwiches & a large Speedy Spuds with cheese (coupon did noy mention how big or what kind). The person at the register did not know anything about this offer. She called out to the manager (?) who also didn't know anything about it. The clerk then rang up the purchase totaling $9.39 - the Speedy Spuds were not taken off!
I went to the food check out with my eyes on the manager - I guess she found some busy work to do. I did this for several minutes as my sandwiches arrived but not the spuds. It turns out they were prepared, just not in the same bag. Apparently the food preparer had forgotten about it.
This has happened before at this location where clerks &/or managers didn't know about these special offers. The food preps could be more aware too.
What I would like from Corp. is to give me credit for $2.29 plus MI sales tax. I believe I followed the terms & conditions of this coupon offer, but this was not accepted at this location.

Little oriental lady. RUDE! She yelled at the guy in front of me because he was trying to get gas. When she rang me up, she keep giving me the stink eye "like I was bothering her". No hello, thank you, how you doing, nothing! Just a really bad attitude! She dang near threw my Chang at me too. When I stepped out into the lot I made a comment about how rude she was to a group of guys that went through the line before me. And they said " she's always like that and they won't be coming back"

I had purchased two bags of beef jerky that was advertised two for four dollars. I asked for the receipt, I was given a reward statement but not the actual receipt. I was already in the car and there was another customer in line, so I left. The next day I checked my bank statement and was charged almost thirty dollars for the beef jerkys. I call the store where I purchased them and wanted a refund for one of the bags of beef jerkys that I did not open. One of the employees apologized and said sorry I don't know why they put the sign there. I then talked with the manager that kept on saying it was a customer that put the the false advertisement there and not one of their employees. And would not give me a refund with out an receipt even though I asked for one and was just given the reward statement. He said you don't get a receipt without asking for one because it cost money to print them out for each customer and they need to save money. I was very upset and will not go to speedway anymore. I was always a good customer to this store but now refuse to shop there cause of this manager for not giving me a refund for the unopened beef jerky that I got over charged for cause of the false advertisement that an employee had displayed. I go to speedway store number 8132 and this manager name hillary is always rude I think she should not be working there if she do not like her job I try to ask her a question but every time I do she just rolled her eyes and act like she don't hear me I will not be going back there again I will go to another speedway I had went inside to get some gas and paid for it she ask what pump I was on I told her left out the store to pump my gas which I paid 25 dollars for it would not pump it was like I didn't even pay for my gas went back inside to ask what the problem was and she start laughing in my face and call me a dumb [censor] and said she put it on my pump which she didn't when I ask can I speak to a manager she said she was the manger and that she could not give me my money back because it said that I had already use the gas which I did not this need to be handle because now I am out of 25 dollars and I am unhappy about the managers y'all are hiring they are not friendly at all just rude and that is not a good look on your store

I go in this speedway regularly, almost everyday. There is this girl in there, she's new or at least I've not seen her in there before. This is at Shelbyville IN 46176. The store is located on the corner of Pike Street and Harrison Street. She worked on Halloween night. She has got to be the rudest and snottiest person ever to have worked in there. She's only been in there the last couple nights. There is no call for a person to be like this especially working in the public. She should change her attitude really fast...she has a problem..

I have worked for Speedway 10 plus years. I am underpaid and get screwed out of my raises over BS. I have not done anything different than any other employee. I have been reprimanded for something that another employee did without consequences. My boss did my appraisal while he was mad at me. They expect us to be mind readers.
CSR's get raises and the minimum wage goes up yearly, we don't. In don't even make a dollar more than a CSR with the same longevity of service. But, if I was to go back to a CSR I would lose a dollar of pay. Not fair. I discussed this once with one of your DM's and he told me to blame the government. We go through so many DMs they don't even know me, they make evaluations on the managers words.
My GM is hot headed and unfair. They need to pay us more and show us some respect. We are hard working employees and try our best. I come into work when someone calls in. I have even canceled plans to report to work on an emergency basis. I have put forth a good effort and still get dinged out of my full raise. My opinion is if the GM wants to beat me out of a nickel or a dime, then he can work for the no shows. He was so mad at me for something he thought I did, someone else was at fault.
It is the GMs job to see that qualified and responsible people are working every shift. When people call in every time they get a hang nail or just plain don't get the scheduled chores done that should reflect on them. 3 rd shifters apparently are a sacred species. Our part time 3rds are not doing their jobs We has shift leaders come in and play catch up on there stuff before we start are own.
It is my believe that raises are for employee retention and cost of living increasing. Its a huge disappointment when you don't get your full raise. Feels like your being punished and have no clue why. I have never got a full raise. But was moved to 3 other stores to work for awhile .They told me I was a great employee They would never move a problem worker . But still no full raise.

Shoping at the speedway that I goto every day as I am checking out the anomonious girl says, " I can see that you have something under your shirt". Now to make it more embarrassing i show the young woman that i have a medical condition, a hernia. Now she is denying that she even said it. This store is in Clearwater fl. On Mcmullen booth rd. It was 2 to 3 minutes before i got a apology, whitch is all i was looking for. I tell all my friends to shop here and love your store. This is the only bad experience that i have had here. All other employees are always courteous and friendly. Maby it is just the one worker. Maby she needs a course on customer satifaction. I also have a degree in food service managagement. All around this was very disturbing to be called a thief around other people and showing the young woman my medical problem. I really do not know what to do or ask about this prolbem, it is a problem.

This past saturday, I think october 21st. I went into your store around 6:30 a. M. The attendant was counting her till so I politely waited. When finished she looked up at me and said, do you want something. I said 2 green packs camel crush. She walked up and down the cigs turns and says which ones they all have green. I said I would go to kangaroo where they knew what they were saying. She cussed and run her mouth to me and the customer behind me all tbe way out the store. I was reall upset at her behavior. While walking to my car I slipped on a plaztic lid and slid to my car door on my knees. Injurying my right knee. The parking lot was trashed. I have had two knee surgeries and jusdt received injections in the injured knee. I have pictures of everything and im going to have to make a dr appt for my busted knee. I was so humilated and very loyal customer.

The service attendant was very rude at the Hendersonville, TN store on Wednesday October 18th. I went into the store and purchased a bag of chips and gas. I went to pump the gas i realized that I didn’t tell him premium, so I went back in and asked for premium. The guy instantly got a attitude and said you didn’t ask for that. I told him that he didn’t ask which grade I wanted. He told me it isn’t his job to ask. Then stated shouldn’t have been on the phone. He then told me I needed to wait with a attitude and continued to be rude and disrespectful to me, by moving slow deliberately. All of this was while other customers were in front of him. I am a faithful consumer at this location. It is conveniently located near my house. I would like to continue to stop here but I will not if the staff are rude and disrespectful this is a business and everyone should be professional and respectful.

Your Kimball Michigan range Rd store needs to fire the manager. His name is Andrew. He is very rude, and makes inappropriate comments about women need to be barefoot and pregnant. Plus I came in for coffee which none was made I asked him to make some and he out right refused saying he does not make coffee and I ended up making it. He is smug rude and reflects poorly on your company. I'm not the only person complaining .

On Saturday October 7, 2017, we stopped at the Speedway to pickup coffee and breakfast sandwiches on our way to West Virginia. The coffee counter was dirty, the sandwich were not labeled right and service very slow. We did not like the time waste because of slow service. On our next trip we will not be stopping at this speedway. Also for 8. am there way not a select of breakfast sandwiches. It was a bad way for a vacation to start.
