cigarettes and common sense
I called in this complaint week ago I have heard nothing back that tells me Speedway does not care about his customers I am really upset about this I will be 64 years old next month I look older than that I go to the speedway on South Washington in Holland two to three times a week I spend $80 to $90 each time I go been doing this for years at least 8 I buy my cigarettes there my gas my soda all the employees there know me I've been going there so long when I come in and go to the register they don't even ask they go to the cigarette rack and ask me how many that shows you they know me I went there last week to buy cigarettes I did not have my ID at that time they would not sell me my cigarettes I had to go somewhere else I still go somewhere else it upset me I understand and ID being required but when you look as old as I do there's no question that I'm old enough and they know me that is bad business and then when I called Speedway to complain about it I didn't get a call back this tells me they don't care about the customer they care about the cash register if they did this to me they do it to a lot of other people too that means losing a lot of money and I know you care about that I am really disappointed in Speedway not only did I not get a response I have to go somewhere I don't enjoy going to buy my cigarettes I really enjoyed Speedway it's a shame I've been here most of my life and sometimes there's a thing called common sense that has to be used I think you should look for good cashiers but also people with good common sense waiting to see this problem will be fixed and maybe someone will respond to this complete
speedy good to go sandwiches
I bought a Ham & Cheese 6"sandwich today. I knew it was going to be a busy day, so after filling my car with gas I went inside to grab something for lunch. I have done this many times in the past and have always been satisfied with the freshness and taste of these sandwiches. However, today I finally get to lunch time and when I open my sandwich and try to open the sandwich to add some mustard I can't. The bun fell apart into the cheese was stuck to the bun, all the ham was folded together on one side of the sandwich. I took a picture and would be happy to send it, if you would like. I had to eat it because I had no time to go out and get anything.
I thought some one should know about this. I was at the Speedway in Xenia, Ohio on the corner of US 68 and Ankeney Mill Rd. I stop here a lot since it is a half a mile from home. I always get friendly service and usually wonderful sandwiches. I hope this was just a fluke and that I can trust that these sandwiches will be good in the future.

Hi i am a valued speedway local customer and i spend alot of money at this location .Store #9663 3204DixieHWY Erlanger KY 41017.I had came in as normal an wanted to purches items out of the cooler and it was warm manag, had told me its out .I said ok i bot warm sodas. THIS was on 6-26-17. Today Thursday 6-29-17 i wanted some food off of the roller grill and sodas and because no one took the food out of broken cooler and put items in the beer cave i now have to go hungry . That is pritty mest up so if possable correct prob lets get the cooler fixed ASAP please.Thank u comtted customer.

Bought a pack of cigarettes at your Kenosha location on 6/8/17 store number 0007465...address 12221 75th street. The 🚬 was stale and was hard to even light correctly. I went back the following day to speak to your Manager Jermaine who obviously did have good customer service skills whatsoever. I tried to example to him that the product that I bought was stale, he stated that he couldn't do anything about it. Wow really...All I wanted was to exchange the product in question for a fresher pack. ..His response was that he could not do it. So now Im stuck with stale 🚬 that I bought from your store that Im not able to use plus on top if that dealing with a Manger who really didn't care about what was the problem .Ive been a customers for over 10yrs and now I will no longer be a customer of your store or gas station . So now that's why Im addressing the to corporate ...That's money that was spent for a product that I was not able to use.!

All I have to my name was 12 dollars in dimes and needed gas to get myself to work and the guy said he wouldn't take it unless it's rolled. And if it's rolled he would have to open it and Country it to make sure it's all there. It's American money since when don't you take money I use you every day 20 dollars a day. He made me feel lime poo. I will never use your gas station again. You should really address his way of treatment of people. That's the speedway on 454 bohemia my 11716. The gentalman then said he doesn't know a phone number for me to call and make a complaint. He had a beard grayish color.

Costumer service in the Berea Ohio cafe is terrible people on the night shift are rude and don't know how to talk to costumers I feel like my order is never right or when I ask a question I'm ignored or given the run-around please take care of this I'm in your store in this town almost every night to get something to eat or drink and I feel like I'm always getting miss treated by one of your cafe employees at night can name names if needed !

Speedway Miller Lane and Benchwood in Dayton Ohio has the worst customer service of any store Ive ever been to. The people working there care more about talking to each other than greeting you with a simple "hello" or "thank you". Its terible. Ive witnessed them arguing with each other while checking people out, gossiping, etc. It would be really nice if the manager on duty (or whoever is responsible) to train these people on friendly customer service. This is a continuing problem as I have been going to this Speedway for years now and nothing changes no matter who is cashing me out.

The service on sibley rd and fort st, in Riverview. is horrible, Never has coffee, old pizza up, never has change for large bills 20 or 50even thou I know they can buy change at the safe.6 times in the row, every time I go there in the afternoon between 4 and 5 pm I can't get my coffee. its the only speedway on my way home from work. iam a speedway customer for a long time. as a construction worker I stop at different speedway 4 times a day. I would appreciate some hot coffee in the afternoon on my way home. the foreign manager at that place seems like he doesn't care.
They aren't a bank and employees cannot get change from the safe, except rolls of coins that is strictly for the cash register.

Went to the Speedway on the corner of West and Allen in Woodhaven, MI. Received a Wildberry Frozen Lemonade that was not filled all the way. When asking the cashier, she responded with an attitude "yeah that's around how much should be in there, what do you want a remake or something?". Her tone was not happy so I, stunned, just said no and quickly left. I don't know why this employee would even serve a cup of drink that was not filled correctly. Manager was standing right there and didn't say anything, as well.

I stopped at the speedway on 8 mile and beechmont ave. on my way to work. One the the men working on my crew tried to buy at pack of Marlboro black cigs when he got carded he did not have an i.d., he proveeded to turn around and ask me to get his cigs to which i commented i cant they are not allowed to do that, the worked agreedwd to this statment. I put my stuff on the counter and asked for a pack of Black and Mild FT's which i did have an id to purchase thw worker told me she could not sell me anything because one of my 5 co-workers with me that day didnt have his id. I expressed the fact that i wasnt buying the same product and that she heard me tell him i couldnt purchase his cigs for him and that it was ridiculous that bc someone who worked with me tried to buy cigs that she wouldnt sell me cigars and i wouldlike a number to call a manager at this time she became very rude stated she was a manager and she wasnt losing her job over my addiction and i wasnt allowed back in her store if i had a problem with it. I asked for her name and the store number which she ignored and started talking to someone else. So i just notes the name on her tag and left. I have never had a speedway employee be as rude and have such an attitude and be as blatently disrepectful as her.
If you had been a mystery shopper, she would have been fired.

I never usually complain about stores because I appreciate the help, but I have to say something about a person in management at your store #7166 Mt Juliet, TN. On one of my very frequent visits to this store, I was waited on a person named Monique. First off she had pissed off look on her face and it seemed like she was mad because she had to ring out a customer. I just assumed she was having a rough day, we all do. But, I come into this store almost on a daily basis and since that day, it is always the same. With the exception of the next visits. Now when I come in sporadically during the day, maybe 2 to 3 times a day, she is at the register, but with the closed sign and on her phone. Sometimes she is talking on it or it seems like texting or browsing. There have been multiple times when there are 5 or more people in line and she doesn't help because she is to occupied by her phone. This is a shame for this store because before I saw this girl, this store didn't have this problem so much. This store has always had excellent service. Mary, Chico, Cindy, Sandy, Patricia, and Char. Can you tell how often I come in. I truly feel that individual is a bad influence on this wonderful store and it's other employees. I will not ship again in this store unless this individual is removed. As a prominent figure in Mt. Juliet, I will spread my opinion to the community.

I on Dec 17 I stopped at the Speedway gas station located on 12700 and Pulaski in Alsip, IL. The clerk must've been a trainee because she did not understand my question she also kept asking me what pump which is very distracting I try to use my credit card I did not want to put in my pin number however the transaction would not go through unless I used my pan in the past I have had problems entering my pin with fraudulent activity occurred the trainee and manager could not or did not know how to bypass the pin usage. When I went to pump my gas after all of the confusion and slow service I was at the wrong pump they charge my credit card $23.51 transaction number 939324 . Then I went back into the station only to discover that they could not figure out how to transfer the $20 to the pump I was at, the manager named Cameron came out of the station and told me that I had to come back in and swipe my card because the $20 in gas was returned to my card because I was on the wrong pump I checked my bank account today Dec. 18 and the transaction was debited out. I did'nt mention it was below 10 degrees . I am very very disappointed in the service I received, I Will Not be stopping at that location again!

My name is Michael Rizzuto from Toms River N.J., I walked in Silverton Speedway this morning and the Manager over there told me they are going to look through other applications, and not to mind you I took initiative on numerous occasions to follow up for 2 weeks coming there to see the statuses for me, and not hiring not hiring all the time ... And respected everything and walked out ... Today angered me because now they passed my application and discarded it ... He was rude and I got rude back ... Not to mind you got so many addicts in that place and dirty place and a drunk gas attendant and a manager that has no clue how to handle his store ... It's pathetic...
cashier swearing at me a customer using the f word repeatedly
I went into a local Speedway tonight to gas up and purchase some cigarettes. I told the girl behind the counter what brand I wanted, gave her the $1 Off Rewards Coupon, and how much gas I wanted on which pump. First she could not find the right brand cigarettes, told me they were out. Then her manager found them right away. She ran me up and when charge was already ready to be signed she picks up the coupon I had given her first thing and says is this yours? I told her yes and when she could not zero out the charge she wanted me to go to another register so she could ring me again telling me her manager would clear it out later. The charge was over $82 so I told her no I want it credited back now that I was not going to let her ring me twice without before the first charge was cleared off. Then because she was too stupid to even be able to do her job properly she started yelling at me that she would give me the "F" ing dollar and to get the "F" out of the store. I told her to never use that type of language to me, that it was her mistake in the first place and took the dollar and left.
This is the store location and her name is Asha, this happened at 8 PM on 8/18/2016 and if it the only thing I do tomorrow I am going to make sure that rude, uncouth, ignorant young women loses her job. Her manager a young, short guy just stood there and did not even tell her to stop it. Avoid this Speedway unless you want to have the worst customer service in your life and have some ignorant person screaming the "F" word at you.

contaminated gas
I am writing in reference to a gas issue involving my 2013 Toyota Rav 4.
On 4/8/16 my car had approximately ½ tank of unleaded fuel. At your station located at 2426 Jerusalem Avenue, North Bellmore NY I purchased 8.3 gallons of unleaded gas.
(Receipt attached).
No additional gas was purchased after the above fill. Several days later I observed that the car engine sputtered on several occasions. On Thursday, 414/16 the problem became worse to the point the car would start and immediately stall. The car was towed to my Toyota dealer. They diagnosed the problem as diesel fuel in the tank.
At no time did I put diesel fuel in my tank. I have a corporate card with your company and the subject station is the only place I purchase fuel. Additionally, the fuel nozzle for diesel is larger than the nozzle for unleaded; therefore, it will not fill in my fuel fill tube.

I returned to the subject station on 4/15/16 and questioned the manager as to the possibly that the unleaded tank was filled with diesel. He denied that this had occurred.
Unfortunately after conferring with the service manager at Penn Toyota, the conclusion that this had occurred was the only possible reason diesel fuel had entered my tank.
I have sent a fax, 2 emails and a return receipt letter to Speedway regarding this issue. As of todays date there has been no response from Speedway

I was in the Marion, Ohio store today on Bellfountaine Ave. I order 2 subs, and an order of breadsticks. I just wanted to inform you of my experience there today. First let me start by saying that I frequent Speedway quite often, normally on a daily basis. Today's experience with the appearance of this in particular employee absolutely disgusted me. If I had not already paid for my subs and breadsticks, I would have walked out after seeing the gal who prepared my food. Even after paying, I was still tempted to walk out, that's how bad it was! I cannot believe the GM of that store even allowed this gal to work! When she turned towards me where I could see her, her neck was COVERED in hickeys! Not one or two, but several. Everywhere. My young daughter even asked me if something bad had happened to her. I didn't even know what to say in return. I was appalled by her appearance with working in the food department. I must tell you Speedway management lost my respect today by allowing this girl to work looking the way she did. I only hope you forward this message to the appropriate authority, and or the manager of this store.

I was at the wilco hess on shenandoah ave in front royal va went in to get my beer like usual got to counter and employee stan in formed me the beer was no longer5.99 now 8.19 and i told him the tag on shelf said 5.99 he immediately had an attitude proceded to rip sticker from shelf he did sell the beer to me at 5.99 but a very unpleasant experience and i have done retail for 30 years that is not the way you deal with public not my fault if he is having a bad day but i noticed he is very friendly to women but not to men i think he is in wrong line of work

My name is Anthony Aguilar I am a committed costumer I spend at lest three or four thousand dollars at this location every mounth for three years now. I see people come and go but ive never been treated like this over and over again. IM so mad I forgot her name but she is white short and wears glasses. Ok now down to what happened, I had came into the store on Thursday 09-03-2015 at 5:30a.m. I was hungry they where out of the breckfest sandwiches that I love. they where, nt out the cook just dnt make them yet. I had asked the manager lady if she would go in the back and let the cook know I'm waiting.I dnt mind waiting she went on to say its going to be a while, I said I will wait, she said again its going to be a while. Know this isn't the first time I waited so I know how long it should take. Ok the manager dnt go back and tell the cook after she told me for the thierd time its going to be a while.She went on to say why dnt you go over to the cooler and get what you want and heat it up in the microwave. That was the last straw look I got mad and left. Now if I wanted an unfresh breckfest sandwich I would have got one how disrespectful is that to suggestive sale a product like that when knowing I want a fresh sandwich. I'm sorry to complain this isn't the only time this lady has treated me like a piece of poop. It just took this long to get me mad enough to complain. She also treats all the employees like that too there is no respect please get someone els to manag that location, what happened to Ashley or Tracey I had no prob with those managers.
