I've been to spur countless times buying the burger special as advertised as a take out as I'm a owner of one of the stores in the mall more than a couple of weeks ago my husband and I decided to sit down and have it and the waiter said they cannot do a sit down we understood and took it as a take out last week we got told we can sit down however we need to order a drink with it anyway we sat down as happy customers today I go there asking for 2 specials and I get told again it's a take out special not in store so why am I getting this undecided services besides that I called for the manager her name is ruwaydah and the waiter approaches her and she shrugs him off shakes her head not knowing I'm looking straight at her she she sighs at what she needs to see too as she was happily chatting away to other people so basically got distracted for a lame problem I felt that was actually such a unprofessional way of dealing with a issue at hand after I ask her Since when is this rule is in place she tells me more than a month the waiter tells me just last week they implementdd it so there's clearly undecided minds at this branch! After this she gets the operational manager who strongly agrees with her and projects his voice not even hearing that it was okay last week and this week a sudden rule comes back
That's pathetic and unprofessional especially to spur after I said I will email head office and complain about this terrible service they said go right ahead I honestly feel not wanting to even set foot back in spur especially because of the way both operations manager and manager dealt with this !
What pissed me more is my 15 month daughter ran ahead of me and the beeper went off to notify someone a kid is running out of the Resturant and nobody even bothered checking why or what child has passed by it was like a whatever kinda issue totally totally bad for such a big nams as spur! god protect someone could have carried out my child and a beeper wouldn't even bother them that's how unprofessional their manAger teaches them!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
