This company has completely went down hill! I have been with them for over 15 years and this last 2 years they have been terrible! just like now they shut my phone off with out warning and when I called they claimed it is because my sim I have been using is no longer compatible with their new networks! which they are suppose to warn us of such things when we have paid! so I just say fine send me a new sims which they made me pay for!, then I tell them I want to have it activated with my same number and to a new phone I got which they sell the exact same phone! then they tell me that that phone will not work on their network lmaoo! saying it is a CDMA only lol which is also false! even walmart who is a partner of theirs has it showing as both Samsung Galaxy A13 5G A136U 64GB GSM/CDMA! So they are just trying to sc## people over and make them buy only their phones! it is BS so after 15 years I will be going to another carrier!

dang the same thing just happened to me , my phone just stopped working 3 days ago. But when I called in to tech support they had me clean my sim card with a cloth
My phone still don't work after 3 days of calling in to tech support. I dont understand this company and how they are still in business

We have been calling for 3 days now! No data whatsoever! Just refilled the phone! Thank goodness it isn’t on auto refill! After spending 3 days waiting around on straight talk, they always end the day with having me hang up and waiting 30 minutes to turn my phone off and on to see if it’s working which naturally it never is! Do they realize my TIME is also MONEY! I’ve spent 3 days and now on my 4th day battling straight talk. They are costing me MONEY!
