I have been with straight talk for many years, i think that their service is pretty good, customer service is not the greatest, my problem is that they have been turning off my service recently, before the 30 days are up, i purchased Minutes from them on dec. 20th through paypal, and they turned off my service today the 15th, 5 days early, I tried to contact them online, to get this problem resolved, but they had me wait, saying that i was 149 in the queue, then after 30 mins. the automatic thing came on again, and asked me how they could help, i thought that i was talking to a person, instead, i was ignored, and put in 248th place, still Not resolved, this is Not the first time that straight talk has shorted me on days. I will try again later to see if this can be resolved.
Desired outcome: to have my service turned back on and have reminders sent at least 7 days ahead of time, occasionally they do send reminders, when i need to purchase more minutes.
