I placed my order on 13Jun23 on the Stylevana website, and just checked my order history status on 12Sep23 and my order is still in "Processing" stage. I have submitted multiple emails - at least 4 times to the Stylevana customer support email, but did not receive any response.

I have ordered from them before last year in 2022 and I managed to receive my order albeit it took close to 2 months to receive my order. So I thought this time would be no different. However it has been 3 months now, and still nothing.

Before ordering, I made sure that the items were "in-stock", therefore I see no reason for the package to take so long. I was not able to check the status of my items in my order history page as well, as it keeps coming up with an error message "An error occurred while getting data. Please try again in a moment, or contact support for assistance". I did contact customer support, but never got a response! My order was worth $172.16, and not a small sum. I am totally done with this website, and never ordering from them ever again.

Desired outcome: Please refund.
