I went into Subway while shopping in the Wal-Marts during my lunch hour...I ordered a Tuna Salad. They asked what kind of dressing I wanted and I asked for 2 Ranch Dressings. The girl told me that she had placed everything in the bag. When I arrived at work, I was trying to fix my salad and guess what - there was NO RANCH DRESSING...I called the Subway to ask about this and I was told that I could come back and get it. I work 20 minutes away...I could not go back and get my dressing and return to work in time to eat it...when I explained this to the girl - I was asked what I wanted her to do about it...I asked to talk to the manager and was told that he was not in at that time. I have called several times since Friday, July 29th and he does not ever seem to be there. Have you ever had a salad w/o dressing? I am not happy about this and feel that they should return my money.

Today August 1st 2016, I ordered a couple of 12 inch sandwiches online for delivery. It gave me an estimated wait time of 15-20 minutes, so after an hour I called to check up on my order. A young girl that worked their assured me that the sandwiches were done and they were just waiting to be delivered. After another 30 minutes I called back to cancel my order and request a refund, it was the same girl who answered before and she said that the food left 30 minutes prior, I said that's fine but it did not arrive and that i just didn't want the sandwiches anymore. She told me she would contact her manager. 5 minutes later I received a phone call from Desire Sardena and was accused of yelling and cussing at her "girls". I did not yell I most certainly did not cuss, and I do not appreciate being accused of such things.

I ordered a foot long Italian BMT and I found a piece of plastic in it. Although I believe it was only from the lettuce packaging, I was still displeased. I was enjoying my sub and had never had issues with the branch before, but now I am very skeptical and am questioning the quality of food that subway serves. I will be returning to the subway I had purchased the food from to inform them of the mishap.

My husband went to the Subway on 17th Ave and 36thst to purchase us subway sandwiches for diner, he ordered 1 foot long not toasted assorted and one 6 inch assorted, the toasted sub was toasted after everything was put on it .He was charged 23.00 he didn't question it because he asked for extra cheese. when he got home the untoasted foot long was toasted and the 6 inch was a meatball .He went back for two only to be charged again and created at the door by a staff member picking his nose yummmmm how appetizing .I'm don't know what else to do but inform you of this situation, we will not be back.

Okay, since I have not received any response, since relaying my issue with you, I am assuming I am being ignored. I was charged $5.75 for a salad that I did not receive. So, now …which agency should I be complaining to? If this happened to me (Due to your app/franchise) then I am sure there are others like me, that have paid for something they never got…. I have sent you enough information for you to confirm this……consumers don’t deserve this …. Being deceived……I will be continuing this issue, but not with’ subway’
chopped salads
I always go to subway for my salads because I love the fact they are all chopped and this makes it easier to eat and everything is mixed well. I went this week for a salad and the worker rudely told me they don't chop the salads anymore. She wouldn't give me a reason why and was rude in her service. Just for the record, now that these salads are like any salad anywhere else I will not be going to subway for my salad anymore. I can get one just a good and cheaper elsewhere. The fact that they were chopped was their biggest appeal.

Day before the incident Clerk named Karina prepared my usual sandwich with something new called feta cheese after of course I asked her if that was not gonna be any change on the price, well was not any difference or inconvenient mentioned from her at all, as usual I ate an leave the store,
Next day Carla another employee work in my sandwich at the time she ask for the kind of cheese I want, I told her same as I got a day before feta cheese, politely she explained to me pointing at the new sign explaining to me that feta was only for the Mediterranean Collection! at that moment she help me to realize the difference, no problem I said provolone is ok but I mentioned that employees should know about changes or new features because day before Karina mistakenly serve to me with that ingredient for lack of knowledge or not to be trained accordingly I added that this could cause to somebody else confusion, well seconds after from the preparation area this Lady named Saida who I boulive is the manager jump on the conversation with different conclusion telling me that I should know in advance about the cheese, and based on her knowing that my brother works in a Subway a swell I was suppose to be aware already about the feta cheese, how come she knows about my whereabouts, I got upset immediately and raise my voice, I asked her twice for her name in order to open a complaint and she rejected it twice, this time I had enough for previous incident with the same Person (Saida) on previous incident,

I was at the store with a Friend someone that I feel a lot of respect, I invited her into the store and during the preparation Mr Eka respectfully ask me if I was a God believer, I took it right from Him because I usually pray before eating, and again before I answer to him this lady (Saida) respond to Mr Eka that I was an atheist adding few more reasons for my supposedly inclination,
To know that I'm from other country gives no one the reason to make any comment about it, I felt frustrated and humiliated and I didn't say any thing because my friend's presence but day after I went to the store and told Mr Eka about My discomfort I asked him to do something about it, If he did or not is out my Knowledge,
I live few blocks from this store and I love the food is served, from my sincere consideration hope you take this case as a serious matter, If necessary I will escalate this situation to a corporate level.

does not accept any subway coupons
The Subway in Edison, NJ on Inman Avenue inside of Inman Shopping Center had consistently told me they do not accept coupons on the mobile devices that are sent via text message. Now they are telling me they do not accept any Subway coupons. Can this accurate and should I contact Corporate as can a Subway say they do not accept any Subway coupons period?

subway coupons
As I was about to press Redeem on a coupon that I received via text message, which btw I get all the time for some reason and was about to use one for the very first time when the guy at the counter in the store told me we don't do online coupons. I went on to explain that these are daily coupons that subway sends me and it needs to be redeemed in front of the cashier but he kind of ignored me and gave a very rude look as if I was asking it for free. It was kind of embarrassing and I will never go to a Subway again and for the sake of God stop sending people offers in messages if you cannot give them.
Those coupons can only be used at a corporate store. No franchise has to accept them. Just ask if they are a corporate or franchise.

On 5/10/2016 I was at a subway in Wal-Mart I ordered a medium pop that was fine but then the manager (a young kid) asked if I wanted CHERRY THIES I said no thinking he was joking I said I wanted a blond, bruenet, and a red head he cocked a attitude saying he didn't appreciate me using that language in his store I appoligized for it and left I turned in a report to subway and just got off the phone after a report was filed with the police department I think the need to look at there employee yes I know it is wrong for what I said but opened it with can I get you cherry thies but anyhow I just won't ever go to subway again thanks to all for reading

I left feedback to "Tell Subway" on the internet (supposedly anonymously). Instead of addressing my feedback by return email, the owner of the franchise figured it was me and approached me when I came into the store and went on to make a scene in front of everyone and refused a free cookie as stated in the "Tell Subway" promotion.
No Bread, No Bowls!!
Earlier this evening after 8pm we (Me & My sister ) stopped in to get a bite to eat, I felt nervous & jitters . we were coming from a business appointment the last time I had eaten was around noon. The young girl behind the counter had a n unpleasant tone and said there was no bread to make sandwiches so like the others I walked over to the Dunkin Donuts line and stood next to my sister she was getting donuts & coffee. I needed something more filling so I went back over to the subway area and asked for a salad and the unpleasant young girl said they're out of bowls... I was experiencing a headache feeling faint, so I asked please I need to put something on my stomach may I have slice of turkey she gave me 4 slices of ham she threw them in 3 sheets of sandwich wrap paper and charged me $4.58 I said for this amount may I have cheese in her unpleasant tone she threw 1/2 slice on the paper wrap . because of this horrible experience I will tell all of my friends, nieces, nephews & coworkers Don't go to Subways! They don't know how to treat customers! She should have closed down or been willing to satisfy each customer I wish I had told her behind something's because a few on the D&D line was hoping the black woman would, but no this Nubian woman will tell all don't spend your $$ with Subway's ! Use subway locator and tried calling almost all subway restaurant for enquire about delivery... Didn't get any proper reply... Most calls goes unanswered and some were not able to understand english.. Get someone who speaks and understand english to answer the call. Probably get one customer service no. The 2nd person who put the condiments on my sandwich was interesting. A person should be able to tell the difference between a 2-3 year olds voice and a person well over age 50. The person who put the condiments on my sandwich first coughed and almost put her gloved hand half up to her mouth when she coughed then proceeded to make my sandwich. WTF. This is so inappropriate. Disgusting. And seriously NOT funny. I hardly ever go to any subway. I will definitely NOT go to that subway again. Possibly not any subway.

They pay you by the hours on the schedule not the hours you clock in for. The store closes at 11 o'clock that's what you get paid till but you still have to count the money, count the bread, put away the food, clean the cold bin, and others things . I was at the catoosa ok. Subway with a friend we placed our orders. Kim was working on my two sandwiches when she ask the girl in the back to get the Drive-through . So she took the drive- through so order . As she was making there order she leans in to get something to put on the sandwich . She had long blond hair in a ponytail her hair landed right on top of my sandwich as she leaned over . I said your hair was just on top of my sandwich and at that time she looked at Kim and said was it . I said way are you asking her for I seen it she didn't . So Kim says you don't have to be so rude mam . I said I wasn't being rude and at that moment Kim puts down my second sandwich that she was starting to work on go over picks up the sandwich that the hair was on and says to me Jesus Christ man I was going to make you another one anyway wads it up into a ball slamed it into the trashcan . Then she started just slinging thing on both my sandwiches as though she couldn't get me out of there fast enough . As I was paying for our orders I said I wasn't trying to be rude . Kim flung her hands into the air and said it's done it's over don't want to hear anymore about it . I said I didn't like the girl looking at her like is she telling the truth . Wrote up my step son for what they said he wasnt doing but yet when it was his call in shift he would call and manager would say dont need you remind you the management that wrote him up her soon to be mother in law is her boss but when proof was shown that he called in when he was to they said he didnt call in so I as him step mom asked how they could do that she then called her soon to be mother in law and had her come to the subway in boone on south story street which then they called district manager who came to my car screaming in the parking lot i called the owner to complain about his employees and in return he banned me from his stores in boone iowa and ames iowa. The owner is ok with what his district manager to now a non customer

I visited subway today in the chelmsley wood branch the three members of staff were very rude saying comments under the breath and also one member of staff was prodding the food while it was being prepared by one of the staff they were all unhelpful I thought I would treat my niece to lunch in there even after paying and sitting down the staff were staring at us I was never once rude to any of them and it wasa horrible experience I will never set foot in there again and from what I saw they are.like it withall custumers who came in I considered saying.forget the order because of the rudeness and also hygeine was a disgrace I have never witnessed anything as bad as this in my whole.life I work in retail and ifi had treated ppl like that I wouldnt have a job.
The customer service is horrible, the workers need to go back to training and learn how to listen to customers. The manager on staff do not care about the customers and refused to handle issues with the employees. I will never go to this store again, EVER!
Why is it that subways sandwiches do not match their advertisments. It is very disappointing to go to a subway and receive a sandwich that has only about a third of the toppings as soon on their ads.
Bad customer service with the employee and spoke to a person who says he the manager and ask the employees the manager they wouldnt let me know and the service was i yelled by the employee and the employee should be wrote up for bad customer service! And the owner should well trained again on how to speak to the customer when taking a call!

in less than 2 months this store was out of italian rolls 3 times and out of onions and black olives twice. this was only when I went. who knows how many other times this happened to other people who went to this location.i mean, this is a sandwich shop, right?
