As a gambler for the past 40 years and gambling at Sun International for past 21 years ever since Sun City opened, I am really UNHAPPY with Time Square casino.
When Derek was still alive and manager at the Carousel that became our casino of choice, so much so Derek booked us into one of the flats with a big cake and all the trimmings for a weedend on our 40th wedding anniversary, ( on the 29th Dec will be our 50th)
Then he was transferd to Carnival City where we met him regularly.(sadly he passed away)
We then became friends with Herman Swart where we enjoy every visit.
Then Silverstar opened and because of the distance we started playing there wow what a nice casino.
When Time Square opened we were very excited as it was near us, we are staying in Hatfield Pretoria.
I am a holder of a Platinum card no. [protected] Acc no.[protected].
I am a non drinker but I love my coffee,
Every time we go to Time Square I order a coffee and every time I have hassles trying to get a coffee on my card.
When you order and pay cash you never see your change.
Now every time I walk into Silverstar I don't even have time to sit down and the staff will come to me and ask if I am ready for my coffee THAT IS SERVICE.
I think their logo was so WELL thoughtout “IT'S NOT THE USUAL”
I am not a millionaire but I do spend a portion of my income at the local casino's.
Please advice me if I am unreasonable with my complaint and I will rather drive to Monty, Gold Reef;Emperors Silverstar etc.
I even tried your staff at the MVG counter, Phillip, Hannah, Refilwe etc no luck.
