On the 3rd of Feb 2016, my right knee was injured whilst at a machine (Grand West Casino), the bottom of the machine shot out and fell onto my right knee. Still to date after numerous Doctors visits and all I am still awaiting a solution. I have lost my informal job due to lack of productivity. My home life is a complete mess as I am not actively working there is no income and the kids are left hampering my wife all day. I was the only bread winner and I am told every week to be patient by Sun International and their legal Underwriter. Sun International please place yourself in my shoes. I have not even received a written apology or any kind of compensation due to your negligence.This is still not addresses even though three months has past. I struggle with my knee. If I am too long on my leg standing my knee pains. I cannot even take the kids for a jog. I have contacted my attorney however to the general public I want them to know how this place can treat a so called Valued Customer.
