I phoned head office this morning to enquire about Grand West Hotel as I can not find it on your bookings page.
I was greeted with "hello, can I help you?"
I asked if it was Sun International.
"yes"
I put forward my enquiry.
"You can phone reservations number..."
I hung up.

Jo...I would have expected a much more professional interaction
