Return policy if the worst! I purchased about $350.00 worth of items for a pre-wedding party at my home. I wanted to return some utensils, napkins, etc. well within 30 days of purchase. I found out they only offer you a portion of what you paid to return, or a credit with their company. Plus, I had to pay for shipping. So to return 4 packs of forks, 4 packs of plastic knives, 1 pack of napkins I would receive $23.98 but had to ship back at a cost of $21.49! And only 1 order # can go in each box! Do not use this company...products are ok, but use Amazon!

I ordered a 3 tired cupcake tray, it was delivered last Friday, the pole was missing so I emailed Table Cloth Factory and received an almost immediate response from Diane requesting photo of what I received. On Saturday I received an email from Richard asking if I wanted the pole sent, I said yes. On Monday I received notice that it was being shipped. Today I received the pole. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with their customer service and quick response. I will definitely order from them again.Thanks to all I have my tray. Thanks again

Always love my products from Tablecloth Factory. The tablecloths are always true to description and the material is always quality plus. These tablecloths are for a wedding planned for February so I won't actually use them until next year but I have ordered the same item for previous events and they are beautiful and drape perfect on the tables. They clean well and will be used many times over. The shipping time for purchases can never be complained about. It is fast delivery and packaged very well. I have used this company for many years and I have no complaints.

I love to decorate my dining room table for every special occasion...holidays, birthdays, family get togethers, etc. Therefore, I need a big variety of colors. I have purchased quite a few tablecloths from Tablecloths Factory and have been very satisfied! I know I can find what I want at a price that is great. And now I can attest to their great customer service. I wanted to order a tablecloth to match some new halloween decor of mine. I didn't received the tablecloth after a reasonable amount of time. Messaged the company, they looked into it, found it was lost in transit, and sent me another one ASAP. So, I can (and have!) highly recommend buying from Tablecloths Factory!

Worst customer service and worst products ever. I ordered 22 packs of cups (wine glasses and tumblers) for our wedding, the first three packs I opened were different degrees of cracked/broken - and overall cheap quality. I reached out to customer service three times - with being given the runaround, and charged shipping until I go through each pack to see 'how broken" the cups are. Needless to say, take your money elsewhere, and you will be much more satisfied. Hours on the chat and the phone have led to me shipping the items back on my own dime, as this seems like a company that tries to refuse refunds until you give up trying. Good luck - but I would go to the Dollar Tree before here.

I have purchased items from table linens to real touch silk roses and am VERY pleased with the quality and price of everything. This company was easy to work with and impressive in calling me personally to double check that my credit card purchase was valid. I gave a different shipping address than the credit card billing address so they promptly called to verify that this was correct. This verification did not slow the delivery process of my order and was greatly appreciated. I would recommend Tableclothfactory.com to anyone who is needing the type items they sell. The variety of Gold Metallic Fall Leaf Vinyl Placemats 18" worked very well with the Bollywood themed Fundraiser dinner for the senior center. We used a variety of your vibrantly colored 54" square table toppers and colored napkins on top of floor length 120" white and black round cloths. The gold metallic placemats were part of the center pieces. The brightly colored cloths, napkins and centerpieces were what we had hoped for. The local quilting group had donated some small quilts, so they added an extra special touch to the table settings. I have not been disappointed in any of the things I have bought from your company. You descriptions have been accurate. I've told lots of people about your reliable company.

I have used Tablesclothsfactory.com many times and they have yet to disappoint! Their prices are great compared to other sources, their shipping is prompt for in-stock items, and one item that I knew would be delayed still arrived earlier than I expected. Shipping costs are reasonable, too, if you don't meet the threshold for free shipping. The quality is always excellent. I have shared this source with many of my friends. At our women's event at church Sat night I had several ladies ask me where I got my spandex chair covers and table cloths, chair sashes, as well as my organza overlays. I'm wary of buying anything else from TableClothsFactory.com, and would not recommend them. The item I ordered was nowhere near the correct size, even though the label on it indicated the size I had ordered. To resolve the problem, I tried contacting them through their online chat system, which repeatedly counted me down in the waiting queue, and would then reset back to a higher number. I waited 45 minutes, and nobody in customer service connected. So I sent an email to their customer service email address, and they did not respond to that either. In looking back over the reviews on their site (and even some of them posted here), many of the reviews seem suspiciously "generic" and not very well statistically distributed, as though they might not all have been posted by real customers.

I wanted to leave this review on TableClothsFactory.com but it did not let me: -one of the bowls was dusty, the others were fine -you get what you pay for- for the price, i'd say it's a hard maybe -expect plastic obviously, but pretty plastic -shipped on time Now, why I'm here is: the website won't allow me to leave a review on their products. At first, I thought it was because they only allowed 5 star reviews. When I tried that, it still didn't work. When I checked the other 3 reviews left on the same product, it was people with no user pictures, generic names, and 1 sentence or 1 word reviews (which were 5/5 stars of course). They were labelled 'verified reviewers'. Yet, I cannot view their profiles or previous reviews. In summary, the company/website has fake reviews and faulty products. Please Avoid.

This company falsely advertised one of the products that I ordered and then to remedy wanted to give me a store credit for $7.20. I spent $42 with this company and was completely dissatisfied with my entire order. If the product was advertised correctly, I never would have ordered from them and they offered apologies and tried to blame it on screen resolution not showing the colors accurately. They have made an offer to only refund the cost of the inaccurately described merchandise but I want a complete refund and want to return the items. The products have not been opened. Because they refuse to allow me to return the order, I have to discard the merchandise and buy something else from another company thus giving my money away. This company will not refund your money if you are unhappy so beware of your purchase!
