My experience at the taco Bell on 92ndst between cactus and shea was the worst I have ever had. When I walked in there the lady at the register was rude. She made no contact to say hi how can I help you, she just kinda stood there. I went ahead with my order and advised that I do not want any cheese on the chalupe that i ordered because my friend is allergic to cheese. I told her several times I didn't want cheese on there. I paid for it and she grap the cash from my hands as I was telling her I had change to give to her but she didn't wait and then when I did get the change, she grap that to and she had to count it out what the correct amount was because she hadn't typed it in which took her awhile to do. She didn't give me a # so I would know what # my food was and I never recieved a reciept. So i figured it would come in the bag. When I finally received my order to go, I checked to make sure everything was there and it was but when I got back to work, there was no reciept in the bag, and when my friend opened her chalupe there was cheese in it and because I was on my lunch hour there was no time for me to go back to work so she was not able to eat it, she just threw it away. The other tacos that were ordered were correct with the stuff on them however they did not tast right...there were a little to soggy on the bottom.

I don't usually complain because I am in customer service for a prescription benefit service so I know how it feels to be yelled at, but this was just very poor service and I think that needs to be correct. I have in he past done the over the phone survey and I always rate it good but this was just horrible.

Hello I went to Taco Bell here in Bloomington Indiana on my lunch I was in a hurry to get back to work and when I opened up the bag nothing I ordered was right. The receipt shows what I asked but the oorder in the bag was completely wrong. I'm not on to complain about this kinda thing but this is a little ridiculous.

I just stopped by taco on Ryder's lane nj at 8:15 there are 3 ladies work inside still waiting in front of the register for more than 15 minutes they look at me they never provide any service I found that disrespectful and humiliating I left I was decided to buy 4 order 5 dollars each

ALOHA, I Did not receive all of my receipt so I have no code to enter $500 chance to win the cash giveaway. I have 2 receipts from YOSIE the young lady that completed my order at the drive up window but the top portion of receipt is missing. I would like the opportunity to maybe be a winner.

Ordered 2 x 7-layer burritos through drive through and got home with 2 burrito supremes. My kid HATES onions and tomatoes and sour cream. Had to throw them pour and he had no dinner.

I was at taco bell the workers was rude and it took about 15 minutes to receive y order f i hadn't paid I would have walked out I was very disappointed

I have went to taco bell 3 times within a week and half. I ordered the 5 dollar chalupa box and clearly stated NO BEANS OR AOUR CREAM ON AMY TACOS OR THE BURRITO AS I HAVE A ALLERY TO BOTH ALL 3 TIMES all of my tacos and burrito had sour cream and beans on them. I would like all 3 of my orders to be replaced or a refund.

Friday night/sat morning 10/20-10/21 I waited in the drive through line for 15 minutes behind 1 car. I would have left the line but there is no way out. Once I finally recieved my 5$ cravings box it was ice cold. After an 18 hour day I was so exhausted I just ate it cold. It will be a long time before I go back.

I was ordering at a taco bell in the 12 oaks mall in Novi, Michigan. As the employees were making the food one particular employee felt up a female employee with his hands caressing her hips. I'm not sure if it was harassment but it was very uncomfortable. It happened between the times of 7 and 7:30 eastren time.

Ordered a cheesy burrito at 12:30 pm on 10/12/17. Got home took a bite & all I ate was tortilla. Opened it to only find 4 Small potatoes. That's it. I ended up throwing it away. Such a waste of money and I love taco Bell. This was such a disappointment.

The worst taco bell in Miami...
On 9/1/2018 this taco bell was closed @ 9:15p.m only drive thru and the order took a long time people were complaing on orders
They were telling everybody that the reason was not enough workers? Whatever reason that is

We waited like 15 mimutes just to pay them another 10 for the good that was stale as he'll and old. The food was disgusting and I spent 29.55$ so I expected at least fresh food. I demand a full refund and sore sort of compensation for my time that was wasted at this disgusting restaurants food

I went to the taco bell on Dauphin street is in Mobile around 7 o'clock today I didn't get the manager name because she wasn't wearing a name tag. But her attitude was disgusting for no reason she walked to the register with a attitude and got smart with me through out the whole time I was there. Her staff even apologized for her behavior.

Today I ordered a Crunchwrap supreme from Taco Bell. When I took the Crunchwrap out of its wrapper, it had a clump of hair stuck to it. I was disgusted.

They are very discrimination on deaf ppl they won’t take orders at window.. I don’t have any problem with other Taco Bell .. it’s in Springfield, Tn, I don’t appreciate it!

I used to work for Taco Bell until corporate decideds to let me go for 1 time i did a no call no show and they won't even let me have my job back. But theee was plenty of people there who did that more then me and they still have there job her name was Sheryl she is very ignorant

I purchased a meal box on 9/24/2017 approximately 5:30 p.m. and when i tried to text my code i was notified that my code was not valid, or had already been used. At this point, there are all kinds of legalities being breached. My code was 2YSKAKRP6X68 and i even put 2Y5KAKRP6X68 IN CASE THE S was indeed a 5.. Same issue. There has been foul play.

We ordered lunch from this taco bell and waited over 30 minutes. The tacos came out horrible with barely any meat inside. Very disappointed in taco bell

The quality of maxican pizza was worst it's taste was bitter and chalupa as well as pizza were soggy which you can't eat with your hands and they were tasteless.

This a a faily new Taco Bell in Quincy FL. I ordered the # 8, 3 tacos and a drink. The tacos had very little filling. It came up to 1" in the shell (see photo). Looks like a giant taco shell however, this is a regular taco with very little ingredients.

They rude with customer they need to learn how to talk with customer and how to pack food even manager is same way to. Who's ever was at window she even ask me how are u doing and thank u and she even didn't offer me for witch sauce u want so pls do something for that they always like that . I add pictures on bottom too so u can see

I ordered a shredded chicken burrito and was about half way through eating it and a chicken bone stabbed me in the roof of my mouth, I took it out and have it and even took pictures of it, I understand we are humans and make mistakes but something like this could have been fatal

We ordered Mexican pizza with beans instead beef . It was in my receipt also . Instead one of the crew mess up the order mix up with other Oder . Eating meat is against our religion . We strictly follow the religion. We need compensation from Taco Bell

At the Ridgecrest Ca store, I ordered a number 3 combo. They told me they were out of large cups and gave me a Medium drink. When I asked about the price...they still charged me for a large drink. Not sure why they didn't order enough large cups, but to change me full price for their mistake is BS

Ordered a #3 Combo, 3 Taco Supremes and a Dr. Pepper large.
There was no so-called meat in all of the Tacos and the drink was brown soda water. I felt I was totally ripped off of my 7.02.

We ordered 8 tacos at the Finneytown location and they told us that they will not handle big orders. When we questioned this we were met with a rude response of "well you can go somewhere else." This is highly unprofessional as well as inapropriate and i will not be going to taco bell again

I purchased almost 25.00 worth of food the food was all thrown in the bag all over forgot the burrito. The picture below isn't the garbage this is how I got the food. Every time I go something is wrong I pay for steak I get beef I ask for no tomato's I get them. It wasn't even busy when we went this is horrible how they gave a customer their food.

I ordered a Doritos cheesy gordita crunch and all it had was meat and cheese. I'll probably never go back. They always take forever and constantly get my order wrong. I am extremely pissed I paid a ten dollar order just to have meat and cheese. Not even half of what all should be on it. This is sad.

Stopped in at 2:30 in the afternoon on August 25th very dirty tables could not find a clean one to sit at and there was no one there floors were disgusting

We went to this Taco Bell HOPING we could try the new potato wrap. And of course they were closed. What's new. I think these people make their own hours. It's really annoying and inconvenient! I was very disappointed. Every time I come to this Taco Bell I have a problem. Please fix this or lose business!

I ordered 5 bean burrito at 100 Cambridge side place Cambridge MA on 2 august 2017
I didn't got any order as when I reach there it was closed and then I called customer service 3 times and they told me will give my money back but I didn't got anything and no emails

I really love taco bell and I go there very often. For the last couple of times I've been there I have not received hardly any meat in my hard shell tacos. I did not complain but now I'm tired of paying for tacos with no meat. Someone needs to correct this.

I had went to the Taco Bell drive on Wanamaker and we ordered some food each me and my friend. After we ate the food we got super sick after and ended up puking a lot so I'd do something about that I'd just think I'd let you know, no one wants food poisoning.
