My experience at the taco Bell on 92ndst between cactus and shea was the worst I have ever had. When I walked in there the lady at the register was rude. She made no contact to say hi how can I help you, she just kinda stood there. I went ahead with my order and advised that I do not want any cheese on the chalupe that i ordered because my friend is allergic to cheese. I told her several times I didn't want cheese on there. I paid for it and she grap the cash from my hands as I was telling her I had change to give to her but she didn't wait and then when I did get the change, she grap that to and she had to count it out what the correct amount was because she hadn't typed it in which took her awhile to do. She didn't give me a # so I would know what # my food was and I never recieved a reciept. So i figured it would come in the bag. When I finally received my order to go, I checked to make sure everything was there and it was but when I got back to work, there was no reciept in the bag, and when my friend opened her chalupe there was cheese in it and because I was on my lunch hour there was no time for me to go back to work so she was not able to eat it, she just threw it away. The other tacos that were ordered were correct with the stuff on them however they did not tast right...there were a little to soggy on the bottom.

I don't usually complain because I am in customer service for a prescription benefit service so I know how it feels to be yelled at, but this was just very poor service and I think that needs to be correct. I have in he past done the over the phone survey and I always rate it good but this was just horrible.

This is just ridiculous! Every time I go there it never fails . Either my food is cold sloppy or not how I asked for it !

I was the only car in the drive thru, and it took them 5 minutes to even acknowledge me. Then they informed me that it would be ten minutes before they could take any drive thru orders. That's absolutely ridiculous. Very disappointed with the service and I didn't get any Taco Bell!

I was wondering why you advertised the cravings deal for 5$ an the taco Bell I go to charges 6.39 they said that the price went up they don't have that at 5 bucks you quit doing it at that price.

Taco Bell 031440 drive they person was rude and not very professional she they my money at me and was rude with her coworker that she was training. Her name is aminee . She didn't care how she talked and wasn't very nice at all. This is a good way to lose customers.

my order was not correct am 6 miles away from the nearest taco on valley and Sierra in Fontana got home not all items where in bag missing 2 frito burritos asked if anything was in bag and the young girl said yes. Also they had no Sierra Mist nor Baja blast very dissatisfied with you established

I ordered fresh COOKED POTATOES I did not check before I left I understand that is my fault but I was very clear in ordering now I have a bunch of hard rocks I don't want to return tonight because it is. A good drive from my house this has happened on more than 5 occasions I love the potatoes only when cooked fresh

I just had the worst burrito, no tomatoes, no lettuce, barley any meat, just beans, and was only half full. I called the store and they wanted to replace it, but i live 10 miles from that store. This is not the first bad experience, and i bet it wont be the last, some free coupons would be nice. 6/2/17

Service was very slow they were rude when they finally took order, after several min.of waiting 678 mins.for 6 soft tacos they were filled with mostly lettuce hardly any meat sauce and just a sprinkle of cheese will be long time before I ever return store no.030369...

When my husband and I went to this Taco Bell in Mayfield, Ky, we went to Fill our drinks and ther was meldew on and in the drink overflow where you can empty your cup in and cup covers and straw paper it was pure nastiness.Our cashier walked away from us when we were trying to pay.tables were dirty looked like no one went to clean they were slow.

Place my order I drive tho and pull up to pay and they told me that there system is down so as closing after I ordered and wait mins. So waste my time out my busy life fot not a dam thing...

I went taco bell and the drive thru was very rude and I did not like her tone with me and slamming the door after yelling at me .. which in my case is really unprofessional especially in fast food industry

When taking the order she requested for 4.19 for the tacos I gave her the $10 bill and she threw the change and let it stayed on the ground no apology no nothing. Her attitude pitful.

My boyfriend and I order food and I got the power menu bowl and he asked for it to have no beans and she repeated no meat and he said no I want no beans and she giggled and said okay no beans and when I get home to eat my food there is not meat and a [censored] ton of beans plus hardly no rice I am pregnant and very picky and this pisses me off

Previous visit to Taco Bell resulted in ingredient added that I specifically asked not to be added. Today's visit resulted in almost leaving the store without my complete order being put in my bag. No apology was made and no remorse for the lack of attention. No one else was in te facility so there is NO excuse ...

At around 9:20pm on 4/27/17 we went to Taco bell and the front doors were locked despite the dine-it time to be closed at 10:00 and no one would open the doors.

I wanted a beef burrito and was told they no longer offer them. But I could order a supreme, pay more, and eliminate the tomato, lettuce and sour cream!
Are you serious!? This is customer service? I will never go to a Taco Smell again.

And now I get a message my complain is too short, what a joke

the food was not crunchy but soggy an not much meat but had plenty tomatoes chopped an asked for hot sauce did not get it the drinks where fine carrollton ga. 1690hwy27 s 30117. they need retraining had to ask for napkins that should be a given. eating out isnt worth the money ill just eat at home cant trust reasturants anymore .

Got a S. Burrito at TB on High St in Jackson, MS and was big times disappointed. Yah, it's was big but had little steak. Should have called potato burrito as it was mostly potatoes. TV ads very deceptive. If what I got is up to your standard, it's not worth a third of the list price!

I ordered three burritos.. And it took me an hour in the drive way before i ever got my food. I called to complain and spoke with the manager and she didnt seem to give a crap.

I went to Taco Bell and ordered a Taco Salad. It was nothing but a pile of lettuce and there was no beef. Also no steak in Boss Nachos. This is not the first time this has happened.

Didnt get pinto and cheese, tostado, hot sauce. 3 apple pies were cold (old). Paid 17.00 for a dinner that was cold and missing items. Second time this has happened. Asked worker are you sure everything was there. She said yes... Toco bell industrial pkwy union city ca

After waiting 8+ minutes at the counter trying to place an order, this employee was extremely rude and told me if i didn't like it, i could leave. I am a paying customer and i deserve to be treated fairly

Don't know how old these tacos are, but they're sticking to the wrapper. I would think if a person spent over $15. 00 they would get FRESH food. Maybe they guy was too busy playing around to notice he was serving stale food.

Upon calling store location and expressing my distaste for the soaked thru shells to the point just lettuce amd cheese. Manager did offer any worlaroind but rather made excuse for the soggy meat. Piss poor!

Why doesn't Taco Bell sell chili? this is my favorite Mexican dish. Love it plain. Love it on my hot dogs. Love it with chips. I can only imagine what your people in the kitchen could come up with.

We order the 10 pack meal, so we got 5 crunchy tacos, and 5 bean burritos. Anyway the bean burrito was very watery and it was just plain watery bean and tortilla wrap had more of that to. Lately Taco Bell is getting sloppy with their order and they way they prepare it. They need to improve on their food service and make our moneys worth.

Taco bell on airline highway never has anything in stock. They are ways messing people's orders up . The service is ok . But they just never get anything right

I go here all the time and never hve issues. Today was horrible. Soggy food. Been sitting all day bc it was sticking to the inside of the taco holder or wrapped. Missing ingredients.

I have been to the Rushville store at least 10 times in the last 3 months and my order is constantly wrong and I'm tired of having to drive back to that store, wasting my own gas, to pick up the order again and again!
