I am a user of the Tata Indicom USB Modem for the Laptop. I pu rchsed this item approxiametly 1 week ago and received already 2 bills. 5 days after the purchase my internet access was made off and I was told that I had to pay already a bill of 1700 Rupees. The plan that I chose was the 1500 Ruppes plan which they told me would give me unlimited internet access and 5 GB downloading. I took this and paid the bill. 2 days after the again activated my internet access I get now again a next bill to pay again 1047 Ruppes or my connection will again be made off.
I did not use my limit that I doont even have in 2 days.
Are you not ashamed of yourout tselves of cheatin people like this. I know many people complain about this. I will surely sue Tata indicom for this in court and many other people will surely do the same. This is not to take. You have to correct this immediately! What is this Tata Indicom Company only a ###ing bunnch of liars that cheat Indians of their money an d ignore it. This commpany will surely go down if it continues to cheat and ignore their costumers. You make the Indian country really look bad. Be ashamed of yourselves.

Yeah that's true! I had similar experience with airtel. They charge 6/min and the voice tells the menu options very slowly. Moreover if the call gets disconnected, again 6 will be deducted! Nothing can be done about it. So instead of activating on phone, i went to airtel site and got the song no. and sent an sms (which is toll free) and got the hello tune activated.

I’m receiving mobile bill of the number which I’m not holding and never apply for that. Some days back I've applied for a postpaid number which currently I’m holding. But tata indicom personnel have misused documents of my connection and issue another connection. But I never sign any phone application form. I've talked with customer care but they are saying that you need to pay bill.
Because I’m not holding SIM for above number ([protected]) and I never sign any phone application form, so I should not be accountable to pay any bill of this number.
I can say Tata Indicom group is Froude.

I, like a ###, chose Tata Indicom (Bangalore) of all companies, as my Internet Service Provider and have regretted the same since day one! I signed up for their dial-up Internet connection service on the 5th of December. I was told that I would have instant access to the internet from that very day!
However I have never been able to connect to the internet, not even for a minute!I called their customer care staff, who i might as well add, are a complete bunch of idiots. After making numerous calls to them over a period of one month, they finally sense a problem and say they'll have someone come over to my house to fix it. Needless to say, that never happened. I was already fed up by then, yet i made some more calls. Then these ###s tell me that the modem i was given was faulty! This, mind you, is told to me after more than a month! The fools at Tata Indicom didn't even have the courtesy to help me out (after all it was their mistake), instead, ordering me to go to their office on Richmond Road and get another modem.
When i went to that office, they firstly treated me like dirt, making me wait for over 2 hours with absolutely no one willing to help me! then when i tell them I've come to exchange a modem for something that works, they ask me 'Who told you to come here?' ... 'We cannot exchange a modem just like that!'
that got to me and i started yelling, which is what i should have done in the first place. Then they offer me a chair and check out my faulty modem and replace it, telling me that the new one would work by midnight for sure. This was in mid-January. It is now the end of April, yet i have received no service, my internet still does not work and I'm guessing the 'new' modem i got is also faulty! I'm fed up of dealing with these ###s who i think should all be shot!
I obviously refused to pay the bills that piled up over the months for a service that i never received. Religiously, the staff at Tata Indicom call every month to ask me to pay up. They're efficient when they call asking for money, but couldn't care less about whether their customers receive their service or not! Every month, i repeat my problem to them, they say 'OK' and hang up the phone! i was even told in February that my internet connection would be cut! i said go ahead, what connection they were talking about i don't know!
now they send me a letter threatening legal action if i don't pay up!I'm ready and willing to counter charge and sue them for damages!
i would welcome any advice on the same!

Tata Indicom Broadband - Worst Service
I did the biggest mistake of my life taking a Tata Indicom Broadband connection.
The problems started from the very first day I filled up the Application form. I was told that we will get the connection within 10 days of filling the application which never happened. After numerous calls and numerous emails to the customer care, finally got the Broadband Connection after 1.5 months. It worked fine for initial few days. Then the problems began again.
Since 25th April I am unable to connect to the Broadband service. I have been calling them almost everyday since then but to no avail. They don't have any value for other person's time, money and efforts. I am really annoyed by their service. The first level of support always begins from the same point. Despite telling them that it's the old problem I am referring to, they again start taking some values and then when they find the values all right, they transfer the call to the Network Management Team. Then begins the wait. Now either they have shortage of staff or most of the people are facing some or the other problem, we always have to hold for more than 45 minutes atleast before the call gets connected. It is really annoying and frustrating holding the call for so long and listening to the wait music. Once I asked the first level guy to connect to his supervisor, again I was put on hold for 45 minutes and the call never got transferred. It is the worst service I have faced.
Finally on 06th May a field engineer came to my premises and he changed the static IP and did some backend settings and the Internet was up. But only for as long as he was there. Once he left my place, the internet stopped working and my calls and holding the phone started again.
I am very disappointed with something which is associated with such big name like Tata.
I am not sure how to get it rectified and even if it works for me, I am sure there will be many people like me who will keep suffering from such poor service.
I hope this issue is highlighted in the right forum and somebody takes an action on it.

I AM SUNILS.KULKARNI IM USING TATA INDICOM ([protected])FOR MORE THAN 2YRS.ON3RD MAY2008 I GOT AN SMS FROM TATA INDICOM FROM YOUR AC RS 35/-HAS BEEN DEBITED FOR OPTING AN SMS PACKAGE.I HAD NOT OPTED ANY SMS PACKAGE NITHER ANYONE FROM TATA INDICOM CALLED ME TO SEEK THAT PACKAGE.AFTER CALLING CUSTOMER SUPPORT THEY ASSURED ME TO PAYABACK THE AMOUNT WITHIN 48HRS.UNTILL TODAY 10TH IT HAS NOT BEEN CREDITED.I AM IN TOUCH WITH CUSTOMER SUPPORT REGULARLY NO ONE IS RESPONDING & THEY CUT THE CALL .
MY 2ND COMPLAINT IS I HAVE BEEN DEBITED RS 16/- FOR MAKING AN STD CALL FOR 31SECONDS WHERE ONLY RS 3/-HAS TO DEBITED, FOR THIS CUSTOMER CARE RESPONSE IS I HAVE MADE AN OUTGOING CALL FOR320 SECONDS.

I have a broadband connection with the user name fmm@vsnl.net. I have been facing a funy problem from past more than a month now. I am not able to connect to the net after 6pm everyday. Your people keep contacting me but do nothing in this accord. I call up customer service people almost every other day to complain. All that they do is lodge a complaint and give me a docket number for reference. I waste about 5 to 10 rs each day, just for calling up ur people. please ckeck on this and revert back asap.

I am Post paid customer of Tata Indicom Mobile, I had activated "Do not Disturb" on my mobile (Since Dec 2007). I keep getting calls from lady explaining Tata Indicom Promotional calls after every 4 days. When I tell her that I have activated DND on my mobile, she starts misbehaving. I have very busy schedule during the working days and she is unnecessary troubles.
I am getting calls from [protected] named Preeti. I would recommend, not to buy Tata Indicom since Promotional calls is a nuisance.

I have been a customer of Tata Indicom Broadband for last 2.5 years now. First of all I was having this Connection at my Old house, But than I shifted to new House & requested them to shift my Connection. This people were not ready to shift my Connection but when I applied for new Connection this people came running for it & gave it.
Like its said Necessity is mother of invention. I took a new connection on 13th, april, 2008 & this time its a cable T1 kind of connection without any Router/Modem, I should say direct cable to my Computer. The day from which I took connection problems started. Every 3rd day Internet is not up I have to call [protected] wraith 30 minutes to only hear your issue would be resolve in 24 hours & I bet I have to call them again next day than luckily might get resolved but I promise would work only for 2 days. Little do they realize that I need internet so that my Parents can talk with my sister abroad. They have charged me about Rs.4, 200/- for 6 months. This is worst service I have ever seen in my life. Currently Complaint no is 6013744 which they have been addressing for last 2 days.
Even the phone no of Nodal officer mentioned on site which is - [protected] doesn't work. I have mailed them today & hope to get some response from them. The problem lies in that this service is managed by Tata & ICC which makes it worse.
Its my Humble request to PEOPLE out there not to go for Tata Communications internet as its sheer waste of your money & precious time.

I was alloted TATA landline Ph NO:[protected], in June2008.My phone disconnected without any kind of prior information & when I enquired personallyAt KPHB, Hyderabad Branch, the staff available there told me that your CV has come with -ve, so we have disconnected phone services.But they did not explained me meaning of -ve CV.
May please look into the matter & let me know the exact cause.
I used to belive that TATA Phone services are best But today I am having different opinion & crusing the day I prefered TATA landline services.

With great regret, I have to inform you that I purchased Tata Cordless Walky vide M/s. Krish Teleservices, Jamnagar Retail Invoice No. 049 dated 14 Jun 08.
With my surprise, the instrument got defective within a week's period. So, I landed the same for replacement. However, till writing this message to you, I have received neither fresh/new instrument nor any satisfactory reply. M/s. Krish authorities are giving me time to come after 2 days or 3 days but so far no firm action has been taken. In this regard, Rajkot office has also been contacted but all in vain.
First of all, such dealers spoil reputed name of Tata by showing carelessness and anti customer attitude. Further, I have to use the instrument for my remote located home where no other communication facility exists.
I am sending this complaint for second time and if I will not get satisfactory reply by 22 Jul 08, I will go to consumer forum for which entire responsibilities will be yours.

I came on transfer to Delhi nearly 20 days back. I have taken Tata postpaid connection. I have taken the address proof from office and submitted to them. I have told them that I won't be available at house during day time 9am to 6pm. For one week no body called me for verification and they debarred my services. By that time I have shifted to a different house. And when I approached them, they have told me I have to go to Connaught place for change of address. I went there with great difficulty as I am new this place and submitted the proofs with a fine of Rs100/- and change of number. My phone got activated after two days and worked for one day and after that again the service was de barred for want of address verification. I got calls from address verification persons 2 to 3 times, but nobody turned up at the house and no one crosschecked the address. Simply, they are not bothered to travel a distance and at odd times. Time and again I have told them that I won't be available at home during day time. Even customer care and Tata indicom offices, no body is trying to assist. The service is pathetic and distressing(my mobile no.[protected], not yet activated)

I had purchased Tata Indicom's Plug in Surf Device with ME Economy VData Tariff Plan. However being not satisfied with the services I put in a request to terminate the services in the month of March '08. After that I cleared my dues with the company in the month of April '08. In between I received a call from customer care executives insisting me to switch over to other plans instead, but i declined. After that i received no communication on the matter.
But to my surprise in the month of May, I again received a bill for the same number. When I called up the customer care they said it was a mistake from their part, and it was agreed that I need not pay the bill. What was more surprising was I received bill again in June for the month of May. I took no action on it presuming it to be a mistake again from the company's side.
In the following months, I received several calls from the company's side asking me to clear of the dues. I always clarified the matter to them from my side. I thought the matter was resolved. But to my dismay last week I received a call from a person claiming to be an advocate named Mr. M.L. Goyal from Mobile# +[protected], stating that there is a case against me for non-payment of the dues to Tata Indicom. He threatened to drag me to court for the same.
I explained the matter to him as I had explained it to the Customer Care Executive earlier, but I think they are falling on deaf ears. I have tried to get in touch with customer care on the number +[protected] but there they say as my Tata Indicom No. is no longer valid so I have to call +[protected], which is the number for their Marketing Division and they dont have a clue about how to help me out. I have mailed their Customer Care as well as Nodal Officer, but their replies are still awaited.
My sincere advice to all prospective customers of Tata Indicom; please think again before subscribing to their services because earlier I had only heard that the trust which used to come with the brand name "Tata" is fading away but now I have experienced it.

Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that I had land line No.[protected] at Salem and I surrendered the instrument at Salem on 10.05.08. I was informed that I will get the refund of Rs.500/- within 50 days. So far 120 elapsed. I visited your Salem five roads office 3 times and they promised that the problem will be solved. But to my surprise they have sent your executive to my Salem own house, where I have rented the house, and demanded that I owe my phone bill for Rs.500/- and above and collected my mobile number and contacted me over phone and asked for payment of the outstanding bill.
Where from hell you are charging bill for the phone which was already surrendered.
Is there any logic. Or is it applicable only for Tata indicom.
Even today I talked and informed the details over 121 and I was told that I have to pay my bill for June and July.
I have already told that if I do not get my cheque for Rs.500/- tomorrow, I will not hesitate to approach consumer court and will also publish articles against your company on leading newspapers.

R we calling our parents from abroad to listen the dirty music of Tata Indicom or what?. please try to resolve the problem as sson as possible otherwise i have to look for alternate solution.

I inform u that few days before I prchased a CDMA 1X USB Modem of your company, with full of confidence that ur company will give me a more fast accessing speed. Your Sales Executive told me that it is fast (256KBPS). But now the problem is - Your modem gives me a very poor access speed. It is so unfortunate. Give me some advice by which I can access my net as first as possible.

I was using tata indicom USB modem with internet connection for more than 2 years. It was moderate and manageable to connect my office network ( VPN) and run applications. Though there were few billing issues i compromised on the performance of the internet connection. As the days passed on, i heard of a new connection for corporate employees from TATA INDICOM in my company . When i enquired about the plan, they mentioned it is PLAN 800 applicable for coporate employees only . Also the plan has a unlimited internet ( download /upload) in it. So i decided to change my existing plan which was JUMBO 650 ( not really sure about the name) and got new coporate unlimited plan ( which is Rs.800) .
The bad day started from there on, yes ... the internet speed was completely nasty as i could not even work on basic internet stuffs ( like opening websites, emails etc. When i tried to connet to my office network through a VPN connection i found it was not even getting through the VPN authentication . I felt very bad on the performance and dailed to customer care. But the customer didnt understand the issue properly and they keep saying it is a normal speed for all customers.
The reason why i chose TATA INDICOM was, the stability ( it will not disconnect often ) and the speed though it's although moderate level.
But now, i should take my words back . Yes ... it has a very bad stability and very bad speed . Overall, i dont recommend to any of my friends to go for TATA INDICOM connection.
So, guys, please beware that BSNL is far better compared to these private internet service providers.

------Tata Indicom broadband - worst services in the world-----
My wireless broadband connection was installed on 17th Feb 2009. AND I HAVE NOT BROWSED CONTINOUSLY FOR MORE THAN 20 MINS SINCE THEN. THERE IS A FREQUENT DISCONNECTTION PROBELM WITH MY CONNECTION. I logged complaint many times but there were no actions taken.
I paid Rs 2124/- to install the connection and now the worst part is that "My account" is showing Rs 1268/- amount as outstanding balance.
Bill was generated on 21st Feb 09. In just four days they charged me 1268/- amount again.
I AM TOTALLY FED UP WITH THE SERVICES OF THE TATA BROADBAND.

Yeah that's true! I had similar experience with airtel. They charge 6/min and the voice tells the menu options very slowly. Moreover if the call gets disconnected, again 6 will be deducted! Nothing can be done about it. So instead of activating on phone, i went to airtel site and got the song no. and sent an sms (which is toll free) and got the hello tune activated.
Iam receving unwanted messages from mobile no. [protected] and disconnecting line when trying to find the person sent message
I’m receiving mobile bill of the number which I’m not holding and never apply for that. Some days back I've applied for a postpaid number which currently I’m holding. But tata indicom personnel have misused documents of my connection and issue another connection. But I never sign any phone application form. I've talked with customer care but they are saying that you need to pay bill.
Because I’m not holding SIM for above number ([protected]) and I never sign any phone application form, so I should not be accountable to pay any bill of this number.
I can say Tata Indicom group is Froude.

I, like a ###, chose Tata Indicom (Bangalore) of all companies, as my Internet Service Provider and have regretted the same since day one! I signed up for their dial-up Internet connection service on the 5th of December. I was told that I would have instant access to the internet from that very day!
However I have never been able to connect to the internet, not even for a minute!I called their customer care staff, who i might as well add, are a complete bunch of idiots. After making numerous calls to them over a period of one month, they finally sense a problem and say they'll have someone come over to my house to fix it. Needless to say, that never happened. I was already fed up by then, yet i made some more calls. Then these ###s tell me that the modem i was given was faulty! This, mind you, is told to me after more than a month! The fools at Tata Indicom didn't even have the courtesy to help me out (after all it was their mistake), instead, ordering me to go to their office on Richmond Road and get another modem.
When i went to that office, they firstly treated me like dirt, making me wait for over 2 hours with absolutely no one willing to help me! then when i tell them I've come to exchange a modem for something that works, they ask me 'Who told you to come here?' ... 'We cannot exchange a modem just like that!'
that got to me and i started yelling, which is what i should have done in the first place. Then they offer me a chair and check out my faulty modem and replace it, telling me that the new one would work by midnight for sure. This was in mid-January. It is now the end of April, yet i have received no service, my internet still does not work and I'm guessing the 'new' modem i got is also faulty! I'm fed up of dealing with these ###s who i think should all be shot!
I obviously refused to pay the bills that piled up over the months for a service that i never received. Religiously, the staff at Tata Indicom call every month to ask me to pay up. They're efficient when they call asking for money, but couldn't care less about whether their customers receive their service or not! Every month, i repeat my problem to them, they say 'OK' and hang up the phone! i was even told in February that my internet connection would be cut! i said go ahead, what connection they were talking about i don't know!
now they send me a letter threatening legal action if i don't pay up!I'm ready and willing to counter charge and sue them for damages!
i would welcome any advice on the same!

Public awareness is one issue and regulatory actions are the other relevent issues. It would be worthwhile if Trai oulines what actions they had/have so far taken against TataIndicom
Tata Indicom Broadband - Worst Service
I did the biggest mistake of my life taking a Tata Indicom Broadband connection.
The problems started from the very first day I filled up the Application form. I was told that we will get the connection within 10 days of filling the application which never happened. After numerous calls and numerous emails to the customer care, finally got the Broadband Connection after 1.5 months. It worked fine for initial few days. Then the problems began again.
Since 25th April I am unable to connect to the Broadband service. I have been calling them almost everyday since then but to no avail. They don't have any value for other person's time, money and efforts. I am really annoyed by their service. The first level of support always begins from the same point. Despite telling them that it's the old problem I am referring to, they again start taking some values and then when they find the values all right, they transfer the call to the Network Management Team. Then begins the wait. Now either they have shortage of staff or most of the people are facing some or the other problem, we always have to hold for more than 45 minutes atleast before the call gets connected. It is really annoying and frustrating holding the call for so long and listening to the wait music. Once I asked the first level guy to connect to his supervisor, again I was put on hold for 45 minutes and the call never got transferred. It is the worst service I have faced.
Finally on 06th May a field engineer came to my premises and he changed the static IP and did some backend settings and the Internet was up. But only for as long as he was there. Once he left my place, the internet stopped working and my calls and holding the phone started again.
I am very disappointed with something which is associated with such big name like Tata.
I am not sure how to get it rectified and even if it works for me, I am sure there will be many people like me who will keep suffering from such poor service.
I hope this issue is highlighted in the right forum and somebody takes an action on it.

I have a broadband connection with the user name fmm@vsnl.net. I have been facing a funy problem from past more than a month now. I am not able to connect to the net after 6pm everyday. Your people keep contacting me but do nothing in this accord. I call up customer service people almost every other day to complain. All that they do is lodge a complaint and give me a docket number for reference. I waste about 5 to 10 rs each day, just for calling up ur people. please ckeck on this and revert back asap.
I am Post paid customer of Tata Indicom Mobile, I had activated "Do not Disturb" on my mobile (Since Dec 2007). I keep getting calls from lady explaining Tata Indicom Promotional calls after every 4 days. When I tell her that I have activated DND on my mobile, she starts misbehaving. I have very busy schedule during the working days and she is unnecessary troubles.
I am getting calls from [protected] named Preeti. I would recommend, not to buy Tata Indicom since Promotional calls is a nuisance.
I have been a customer of Tata Indicom Broadband for last 2.5 years now. First of all I was having this Connection at my Old house, But than I shifted to new House & requested them to shift my Connection. This people were not ready to shift my Connection but when I applied for new Connection this people came running for it & gave it.
Like its said Necessity is mother of invention. I took a new connection on 13th, april, 2008 & this time its a cable T1 kind of connection without any Router/Modem, I should say direct cable to my Computer. The day from which I took connection problems started. Every 3rd day Internet is not up I have to call [protected] wraith 30 minutes to only hear your issue would be resolve in 24 hours & I bet I have to call them again next day than luckily might get resolved but I promise would work only for 2 days. Little do they realize that I need internet so that my Parents can talk with my sister abroad. They have charged me about Rs.4, 200/- for 6 months. This is worst service I have ever seen in my life. Currently Complaint no is 6013744 which they have been addressing for last 2 days.
Even the phone no of Nodal officer mentioned on site which is - [protected] doesn't work. I have mailed them today & hope to get some response from them. The problem lies in that this service is managed by Tata & ICC which makes it worse.
Its my Humble request to PEOPLE out there not to go for Tata Communications internet as its sheer waste of your money & precious time.

I was alloted TATA landline Ph NO:[protected], in June2008.My phone disconnected without any kind of prior information & when I enquired personallyAt KPHB, Hyderabad Branch, the staff available there told me that your CV has come with -ve, so we have disconnected phone services.But they did not explained me meaning of -ve CV.
May please look into the matter & let me know the exact cause.
I used to belive that TATA Phone services are best But today I am having different opinion & crusing the day I prefered TATA landline services.
Frequent disconnection posing a great threat to me as I have to surf net regulary with large time period.This is surely not done.

With great regret, I have to inform you that I purchased Tata Cordless Walky vide M/s. Krish Teleservices, Jamnagar Retail Invoice No. 049 dated 14 Jun 08.
With my surprise, the instrument got defective within a week's period. So, I landed the same for replacement. However, till writing this message to you, I have received neither fresh/new instrument nor any satisfactory reply. M/s. Krish authorities are giving me time to come after 2 days or 3 days but so far no firm action has been taken. In this regard, Rajkot office has also been contacted but all in vain.
First of all, such dealers spoil reputed name of Tata by showing carelessness and anti customer attitude. Further, I have to use the instrument for my remote located home where no other communication facility exists.

I came on transfer to Delhi nearly 20 days back. I have taken Tata postpaid connection. I have taken the address proof from office and submitted to them. I have told them that I won't be available at house during day time 9am to 6pm. For one week no body called me for verification and they debarred my services. By that time I have shifted to a different house. And when I approached them, they have told me I have to go to Connaught place for change of address. I went there with great difficulty as I am new this place and submitted the proofs with a fine of Rs100/- and change of number. My phone got activated after two days and worked for one day and after that again the service was de barred for want of address verification. I got calls from address verification persons 2 to 3 times, but nobody turned up at the house and no one crosschecked the address. Simply, they are not bothered to travel a distance and at odd times. Time and again I have told them that I won't be available at home during day time. Even customer care and Tata indicom offices, no body is trying to assist. The service is pathetic and distressing(my mobile no.[protected], not yet activated)
I had purchased Tata Indicom's Plug in Surf Device with ME Economy VData Tariff Plan. However being not satisfied with the services I put in a request to terminate the services in the month of March '08. After that I cleared my dues with the company in the month of April '08. In between I received a call from customer care executives insisting me to switch over to other plans instead, but i declined. After that i received no communication on the matter.
But to my surprise in the month of May, I again received a bill for the same number. When I called up the customer care they said it was a mistake from their part, and it was agreed that I need not pay the bill. What was more surprising was I received bill again in June for the month of May. I took no action on it presuming it to be a mistake again from the company's side.
In the following months, I received several calls from the company's side asking me to clear of the dues. I always clarified the matter to them from my side. I thought the matter was resolved. But to my dismay last week I received a call from a person claiming to be an advocate named Mr. M.L. Goyal from Mobile# +[protected], stating that there is a case against me for non-payment of the dues to Tata Indicom. He threatened to drag me to court for the same.
I explained the matter to him as I had explained it to the Customer Care Executive earlier, but I think they are falling on deaf ears. I have tried to get in touch with customer care on the number +[protected] but there they say as my Tata Indicom No. is no longer valid so I have to call +[protected], which is the number for their Marketing Division and they dont have a clue about how to help me out. I have mailed their Customer Care as well as Nodal Officer, but their replies are still awaited.
My sincere advice to all prospective customers of Tata Indicom; please think again before subscribing to their services because earlier I had only heard that the trust which used to come with the brand name "Tata" is fading away but now I have experienced it.

This is to bring to your kind notice that I had land line No.[protected] at Salem and I surrendered the instrument at Salem on 10.05.08. I was informed that I will get the refund of Rs.500/- within 50 days. So far 120 elapsed. I visited your Salem five roads office 3 times and they promised that the problem will be solved. But to my surprise they have sent your executive to my Salem own house, where I have rented the house, and demanded that I owe my phone bill for Rs.500/- and above and collected my mobile number and contacted me over phone and asked for payment of the outstanding bill.
Where from hell you are charging bill for the phone which was already surrendered.
Is there any logic. Or is it applicable only for Tata indicom.
Even today I talked and informed the details over 121 and I was told that I have to pay my bill for June and July.
I have already told that if I do not get my cheque for Rs.500/- tomorrow, I will not hesitate to approach consumer court and will also publish articles against your company on leading newspapers.

I was using tata indicom USB modem with internet connection for more than 2 years. It was moderate and manageable to connect my office network ( VPN) and run applications. Though there were few billing issues i compromised on the performance of the internet connection. As the days passed on, i heard of a new connection for corporate employees from TATA INDICOM in my company . When i enquired about the plan, they mentioned it is PLAN 800 applicable for coporate employees only . Also the plan has a unlimited internet ( download /upload) in it. So i decided to change my existing plan which was JUMBO 650 ( not really sure about the name) and got new coporate unlimited plan ( which is Rs.800) .
