Tekkie Town review: I wanted to refund a layby at tekkie town at the Somerset East branch.

To whom it may concern
My name is Tamzyn May. Yesterday I made a layby, LAY BUY NO. 249-LBY101602, the layby was to the amount of R1 499.85 and I paid an R800 towards the layby. The amount due is R699.85. The store I visited is Tekkie town in Somerset East in the Eastern Cape. Today I returned trying to refund a R300 of the R800 I have already paid and to leave the 2 T-shirts that I initially took. The manager and the sales reps told me that this was not possible but according to Layby Contract Conditions number 4 which states that: "This agreement may be terminated by the purchaser at any time prior to the expiry date, whereby Tekkie Town will refund the money already paid in full." I would like the money back immediately as I would like to make an online purchase with that money. I am appalled that I cannot receive my money back and that your staff goes against company policy. I would appreciate it if the matter is sorted out asap.
