I have ordered 4 packages in them in August 2023.they mentioned 3 of them got delivered in the app but I didn't receive anything .even with my last order also they didn't deliver my package the logistics service have lot of confusion on my address eventhough I mentioned it properly I contacted the ontrac logistics and said my address clearly twice .now again they delivered it to wrong address.and the temu is not refunding my money by saying that they had done the thorough investigation.when i contact ontrac they said they take 2 days to complete my investigation ?I dont kniw who is cheating now? Both the service are cheating the customers and not giving them back their money.i have contacted the temu customer service and had a conversation with them for a an entire day and they refunded me only for 2 orders and they refused to refund on my 3 order and not attending my call as well as my messafe for the next entire day.i have frustrated chatting with them without getting a reply and lost my money with thus worst service.
Desired outcome: Refund for the order and compensation for frustrating me without replying for the entire day.
