Temu didn’t delivery my order and cannot refund me or resend my package as the Envri, the delivery company, said the package was delivered but I didn’t receive it, they’ve shown me a picture that it was left on the floor in front of my door which is 2 steps away from the sidewalk, they didn't ring the bell or knock the door. When I raise the issue with Temu, they said it isn’t their responsibility for this problem so it’s my loss. It’s like I just gave money to Temu because I end up without my order or refund. Also, lost my time on the customer chat.

Return for refund
i bought few items form temu like i always do , however this time i needed to return 4 of the items i bought and take advantage of there free return policy on one claim .
i have returned the 4 items for refund before ,but never been so hard like this time, it was always smooth transaction
i send the items back to there return address and follow the interaction they have giving me . they confirmed that the items has been returned due to the royal mail tracking service
after coupe of days i received another email stated , that my refund was declined, because items were not received . im still in contact with them trying to figure it out , but they have no proper contact details that the costumer can reach them on , such as phone no. or direct email , the chat service is appalling , they don't understand anything and they just been created to push you a way until you get fed-up and leave
i have already contacted costumer service yesterday for temu , and spoken to there agent for about 1 hour , unfortunately she could not help me . i have attached the receipt copy with the tracking no. on this complain .

Faux stained glass ornament advertised as Lydhana glass.
I have already sent a complaint about this via my phone but had forgotten to include the name ‘Lydhana’ which was used as bait in the publicity.
I purchased 2 items before Christmas to give to my grandchildren. I was horribly deceived, disappointed and disillusioned by the plastic imitations I received which bear little resemblance to the advertised product.
I found a website under the name ‘Lydhana’ with a ‘Contact us’ section which looked promising but this has now disappeared.
I avoid internet shopping as there are so many scams and cons out there and I particularly avoid buying from China because of their appalling human rights abuses; in this case and many others, Temu or whoever pose as handcrafting companies from around the world.
It is disgraceful and unacceptable.

13 divinity board and pendulum set - missing all 13 pendulums!
I ordered a set of 13 Divinity Boards and pendulums as advertise in TEMU! I received my order yesterday and only received the 13 boards and ZERO pendulums! Immediately Started a chat with TEMU that lasted 1:30 hour… in that time, I was asked I don’t know how many time what was wrong with my order and told the customer rep multiple times that I have only placed ONE order and that half my order was missing. I’ve explained that it was Fraudulant behavior to advertise a set and only send the boards. Manuoulating customers to buy something they will not get!
I’ve asked to have the 13 pendulums delivered to me by the original date of delivery - Hanuary 17th-January 22 as advertised and was told that they couldn’t send the pendulums!
I asked for full refund and that I will be keeping the boards as the set was ordered for my event and that I now need to go elsewhere and order 13 pendulums. Refund denied. I contacted TEMU again this morning and this will clearly go NOWHERE. Upsetting experience and 2 hours of my time trying to get what I’ve paid for!
Now I will have to return the 13 boards hoping to get my money back! Please stay away from TEMU! Simply don’t care and I will never buy from them ever again! Very upset that they can get away with false advertisement…. STAY AWAY!

Missing items from parcel
I have a missing set of ear muffin which are logged as out of stock. I have tried several times to get a refund and the staff are rude and repetitive.
I put a review on trust pilot and was told to give temu a 2nd chance, I did and again met with a wall. More false apologies and lies.
I asked for management and was told I cant have that, it should be policy to have escalation procedures which clearly UK law isn't followed with this service.

The problem is the same as a lot of orders at first they send your orders and take money however after they build your trust in them DEC. WE PLACE 3 ORDERS PAID BEFORE I received THEM NOW THEY SENT SOME BUT WERE'S THE OTHER 2? THEN I WAS GOING TO TRY AGAIN SO I HAD STUFF IN ANOTHER 2 ORDERS BUT THEY NEEDED TEMU PAYMENT PLAN WHEN I GOT DONE THEY TOOK $76.? PLUS $479.00 ALSO I CALLED THEM RIGHT AWAY I WANT THOSE ORDERS CANCEL SINCE THEY NEVER DID PAYMENT PLAN I HAD A $700.00 CHARGE ACCOUNT NEVER USED UNTIL THAT DAY. I CALLED TO COMPLAIN AND THEY ARE SAYING THEY DIDN'T RECEIVE THE ORDERS BUT THEY TOOK MONEY FROM MY CHECKING AND ARE NOW REFUSING TO REFUND OR SEND THE MERCHANDISE.

On 12/17/2023 my package from Temu was delivered to an abandoned apartment. A note was placed on the apartment unit boated up window asking any delivery driver not to place the package there. Temu refused to take responsibility for my stolen package and blames the carrier UniUni. A bad blame game is what I call it. A picture can tell the truth and they refuse to believe that putting a package where no one lives is a free give away almost anywhere. They make billions and don't care at all about the customer.

False advertisement
On December 1st I made an order and paid for it this order was delivered on December 11th by DHL their Courier fraudulently signed my signature on that package and when I went on to the porch as he left I noticed that the package was ripped wide open with almost everything missing of the 17 items I received too which were two dresses naturally I reported it I got a refund but for the wrong amount they refunded me for the two dresses that I did receive instead of the 15 items I did not on the website it states that should something of this nature occur that there would be a refund in full so that is my problem with this company false advertisement I have let them know that I will be taking legal measures I don't want to but I will because the fact that my signature was put on that package alone is crazy in addition to that he damaged the package and did not report it my security system can prove all of my claims I just need someone else to access it because I don't know how but it was definitely hooked up with internet supporting it

Missing package
My order did not arrive to me. I didn’t receive my order. I contacted the courier as per Temu who confirmed I did not receive the order and for Temu to contact them to file a claim as per there contract and they should refund me. Temu do not want to know and keep stating my parcel was delivered even though I haven’t received it and the shipping company confirm the same.

Merry Christmas decoration
To whom it may concern am sick to death of recieving parcels what are damaged, I’ve not got money to throw away, I ordered boots which box was absolutely battered, I ordered Christmas items which are broken, I ordered multiple items which have been thrown in the bin because they were damaged, some sort of compensation need sorting please otherwise I will go to trading standards, I also suffer with depression and anxiety which is already bad due to the run up to Christmas plus other problems of my own and I’ve also got a maladaptive personality disorder aswell so things aren’t good for me at the minute, due to what I’ve just read about yous ignoring people’s complaints isn’t good so I took a picture as proof to say yous have not sorted other people’s complaints out, I don’t think trading standards would be happy

I order $110 worth of products from temu. It says the package was delivered but it was not. I had multiple representatives hang up on me and refuse a refund or to reship the items. I even sent them proof that I did not receive the package and they continue to refuse a refund. It has been a week now. I am still without my items or my money back. I contacted requesting information on a few parcels as there was no update on tracking, I was given the option of cancel and refund which I accepted ad they were Xmas gifts and I was under the impression they would not arrive onetime. I was then connected to Abu kashef, who refused to answer my questions as I was upset I had been led to cancel my order for no reason as o had found out it would infact arrive onetime. The refund was put on my account as credit, I asked that it be returned to my bank as I no longer wish to purchase from temu again, he then pretended to be a bot and not help me, then I said I wanted to put in a complaint he suddenly said he apologises I was talking to a bot which I clearly wasn't he then said he would help me but I was talking to his colleague before who was afraid to give me the Info I requested, which all I wanted to know was the complaints procedure. I called him out on his lie and he still refused to give me the complaints procedure. I am extreangry that I was treated like an idiot and lied to when I order from temu nearly every week. I've now lost out on several christmas gifts for my children aswel as all the money I paid for it all. Its disgusting to treat a customer like this. I am contacting my bank and reporting a scam as there is no way a legitimate company would treat customers like this. I am contacting trading standards also

A refund I never received

I have not received the parcel worth almost £67 and they are not making a refund
I order 3 product from temu worth £67.44 on 21st oct 2023. I got an email regarding parcel being delivered on 30th October. When I tried to contact them several time (atleast 7-8) on their customer support the asked me same details and didn’t solve the issue. One of their support staff said contact delivery partner which according to me is not something which is my job. Even though I tried to contact Ervi the delivery partner where I wasn’t able to contact anyone but in their FAQs they said to contact the seller. I took a screenshot of the same and sent that to temu on which they said they have delivered the parcel and cannot assit me any further on refund or re shipment which is quite rude.
