I purchased bulk cups (AU) for the first time on your site, but for some reason I never received any correspondence from TEMU, apart from the Australia Post shipping notification from the AUSPOST app telling me that it was on its way, and when it was delivered. I have the Items, so no complaint there.
I have tried all online methods of receiving a tax invoice, but it doesn't recognize any of my details put in the fields provided. I will enter the details below with all the information I have and hopefully you can find it and send me the Invoice.
