i bought few items form temu like i always do , however this time i needed to return 4 of the items i bought and take advantage of there free return policy on one claim .
i have returned the 4 items for refund before ,but never been so hard like this time, it was always smooth transaction
i send the items back to there return address and follow the interaction they have giving me . they confirmed that the items has been returned due to the royal mail tracking service
after coupe of days i received another email stated , that my refund was declined, because items were not received . im still in contact with them trying to figure it out , but they have no proper contact details that the costumer can reach them on , such as phone no. or direct email , the chat service is appalling , they don't understand anything and they just been created to push you a way until you get fed-up and leave
i have already contacted costumer service yesterday for temu , and spoken to there agent for about 1 hour , unfortunately she could not help me . i have attached the receipt copy with the tracking no. on this complain .
