Territory Ahead websitemail order and customer service

all email inquiries are rejected.

item i order apparently is back ordered until March 2025!
i was not informed

..."Hello, TA staff,

Please be aware that I received only half of the order.
The Rope Thread Windowpane Shirt (MS T3511 NAV LG) was not included.
Apparently, it has not even shipped, although my order was placed ten days ago.

I have not been sent any information as to the status of this item.
Is it no longer available? Is it shipping soon? Am I to be due/offered a refund?

Once again, the customer service at TA is unacceptably bad.

Please advise.

Territory Ahead The Territory Ahead doesn't honor requests to stop sending their mail catalog

The Territory Ahead's catalogs started coming in the mail after my first purchase, in the 2010s.

For years, I've asked onliine and by phone to be removed from the mailing list.

In the final two instances before I gave up trying, phone agents to whom I explained my past failures earnestly promised to help, but now, years later, the catalogs keep coming, four to six times a year.

Territory Ahead Item: Del Mar Espadrille by SeaVees

I ordered these shoes prior to May 30, 2022, and they refunded my money due to the item not being in stock. After seeing the item reappear in the Catalog I reorder the item. I kept calling to check for tracking of delivery, every week it was a different delay excuse. Today I called expecting to hear my shoes was in transit. Only to be hit with another excuse. Excuse after excuses is all I've heard. Today I've been assured my refund will be expedite very quickly. I've also requested to be removed from your unrealistic catalog. I will not recommend Territoryahead to any one! !Who has an online Business and only received 3 Pairs of shoes?

What a waste of time.

Desired outcome: I would have love to received the shoes but it seem to be unrealistic.

DO NOT SHOP WITH TA. One word best describes TA, LOSERS as I am walking away from their poorly run business after many years of doing business with them. TA somehow thinks it is acceptable to hold on to your refund dollars for in excess of 1 MONTH, I do not accept this from any online clothier in spite of liking their product line. The excuse I received from a supposed supervisor after my 3rd call as to why they hadn't processed my return was that they have had many returns of late, really, deal with it because in case you weren't aware of the fact returns are part of the game

Territory Ahead Mission Cargo Pant

Just received the catalog and called to order. Told that item out of stock and unavailable. So, switched colors and was quoted an excessive shipping cost to San Francisco. $16 for $140 pr pants. And on another issue, I returned an item which was then lost in transit by UPS. After much phone consultations, Territory Ahead only refunded me about 75% of the $140 purchase price.

Desired outcome: Full refund of earlier item and a more accurate catalog of what's available

Territory Ahead Returns

I returned an item that was too large a size and was told it was seasonal so cold not be exchanged for a smaller size. They would give me a refund. One month after they received the item back no word from them. I waited another three weeks brfore calling and was told, again, to expect a refund and an email confirming that. Ten days later no refund, no email.
The stuff is not inexpensive and if I am going to pay "artisanal" prices I need competent customer service.

Territory Ahead puebla sunset seersucker stripe shirt color maize #143688

I ordered several items online. I expected all 3 items in one package but instead received 2..the order form showed that the missing item was on back order..i waited and then called about the status of the missing item. I was told it was to be shipped separately. I called few days later and received the same response. Finally called April 29 and was told it no longer is available. Last night I reciecved an email stating this too. Why wasn't I told in the beginning instead of being lied to? If this is how the employees do business I have to hesitate in doing further transactions with this company..this action or series of contradictory actions demonstrates a lack of integrity. I cannot trust such a company. I wanted to continue doing business but my trust has been broken. Too bad because I really like the products but at this point I have to refrain from buying online. I even wonder if an empkoyee took that shirt from my order. Did that happen? Hope not but I'm sure you'd be thinking that possibility. Mark [censored]ez

Territory Ahead denim pants - look like jeans but have pockets like chinos.

Ordered 3 pair of these denim chinos. When received, there was tag on each pair that described that the dying process requires you to wash the pants before wearing them. So I did. Then, I tried them on. Fit just fine. But, when I went to urinate the first time, I found that the zipper at full open didn't allow me to urinate without taking down the pants. I then contacted Territory ahead by phone and was told that, once the pants had been washed or worn, they were not returnable. I argued the point and the customer service person gave me the URL of the company that could handle this. I contacted the company (which handles multiple companies complaints) and never heard from them again. I've been a customer of Territory Ahead for decades and, unfortunately, this will be the last time I'll deal with them.

Territory Ahead they stopped responding

I ordered a custom leather jacket from Territory Ahead. After I got it, the leather dried and cracked because the leather was defective. The company said they would replace it, but they subsequently stopped responding to my emails when I tried to get them to replace it.

This company will not stop sending me emails trying to sell their products. I have "unsubscribed" with no success. I have called them with no success and I have complained to their BBB who said they did not respond to the complaint. How do I stop these arrogant folk?
