Web Order The young man, Server: AT010, brought our order to the parking spot, #16. When he gave me the drinks, I mentioned that I ordered Lemonade with Blue Crush and Unsweetened Tea. Both were hot and the lemonade was not flavored. His remark was, "Oh well, that's not my department. Have a good day." Then he turned and walked away. I noticed on the back...

Texas Roadhouse Bad experience

Dear Jeff Kanski;

Where to begin? Arrived at your location 06/10/2023 at 6:40 pm having already added my name to the wait list. Place was very crowded. Sat down at table 124 at around 7:25 pm. While waiting, we were standing facing the kitchen, we could not help notice the amount of trash and food stacked high on the floor and under the prep tables for every customer to see if they looked that way. We sat at our table in the center of the room on the right side of the restaurant. While waiting for our server whose name I may not be spelling right, Makala, who did an excellent job taking care of us, we had a chance to take a look at our table and the ones on each side of us that were vacant at the time. All three tables were littered with trash and food on the floor. Not very appetizing to look at before ordering. Would you not agree? I have photos of those tables. Could it be the busser working the tables is throwing the food on the floor? He is. No one should be taken to a table until it is as clean as when you opened the doors that morning. We had eaten at this location Friday night and all went well. Tonight however was a different story. Asked for a large filet and was told there was non. Asked for a porterhouse and found out from one of your managers that you have not served a porterhouse in that restaurant for months. Time to take a magic marker and blot that item off the menu. I ended up with a 16 oz ribeye, which was very good. We had to wait for napkins and silverware. Ran out. Had to wait for butter for the rolls, ran out I guess. There was a young man who brought my wife a Caesar salad and reached out as far as he could from the table and put it at the far corner of the table and walked off. My wife had to extend her arm out to grab the bowl. This same server after I ordered the brownie sundae, he delivered it by sliding it on the table with no ice cream or chocolate drizzle or a fork or spoon to eat it with. Our server apologized and made it the proper way.

High volume or low, all restaurants should make there guest feel like they are the only ones in the building. They expect a clean kitchen, an immaculate dinning area and great food. Plus, condiments on the table should be at least half full not like the ketchup container at our table which had about a squirt left in it. If an establishment cannot maintain theses items, it should close up shop.

One other thing. Is it only me that thinks those advertising signs hanging over peoples head is a bit tacky? If it is for another reason, please let me know. If you could send me your email I will forward you a couple of pictures. We are from Florida but will be the this area for about a year longer.

Thanks for reading. Thought you would want to know.

Have a blessed day.

Chris and Vanessa

Texas Roadhouse Food

Let me 1st say... I, like a lot of folks...go ahead and pay. leave and regret...especially when the service is impeccable and one of the people in our party knew and had requested the college student waitress that served us. i tipped her $40. for her service, she was so wonderful!

The food was the issue. and with social media etc... quite often I'm seeing things go on in the kitchens, especially when a plate comes back to the cooks and honestly, i did not want that to be on mind either. the loaded potatoes came out cold, nothing melted on them despite us asking if mashed potatoes would be hot. The ribs were not charred to perfection... charred to dryness and toughness which was noticed only after I got home as I did not eat them there after eating so much bread before the food arrived and sampling my son's and husband's dishes (smothered chicken/delicious, and beef tps /tough). wait was extremely long but they were indeed a bit crowded at the end of lunch service. I'd ordered the slab of ribs , and upon inspection you could tell it was not a whole, same slab, not a whole slab at all! but definitely the ribs that were dryed out as my grandson, the person we were out celebrating with, ordered the chicken and ribs...he commented his ribs were tender but chicken was dried out.

The salmon was divine..the word given by the person who ordered it and my son stated his smothered chicken was delicious which I tasted of and agreed. The 2 that ordered the beef tip dinners both agreed they were tough despite the recommendation of these lunch specials. Texas Roadhouse/ TR has been our families go2 for years... celebrations and for me even when dining alone. There have been hiccups along the way but nothing to this degree. I think my desire to continue to love TR is also partly why I choose to try to just swallow this experience...of recent, I’m wanting to get my youth group ministry group a go2 restaurant and have thought to TR. but it keeps nagging me and I need to put forth this complain as we are so often encouraged to do at eating establishments. were actually going to state of Ky and a celebration there is to occur and once again it's being assumed it will be at TR.

Desired outcome: Honestly, I'd appreciate gift card compensation. I should've spoken up. I thought I could just "take it". I'd initially tried submitting on my phone days after visit but it was rejected. Then I got ill and went into hospital for 2 wks.

Saturday May 27th at the Fairborn Ohio location I ordered Herb crusted chicken as I always do. The chicken had gristle and small amounts of fat on it. My baked potato was medium warm but not warm enough to melt the butter. I squeezed the potato opening it more hoping the bottom was warm enough to melt the butter. It did not. I kept eating bits of...

We went on Mothers Day 2023. Before we went (around 1:30ish) we called to get on wait list. We informed them we needed a table for 10 people. We were told they couldn't do that until 8:30 that night? WHAT! That wasn't happening. They got the "manager" and she proceeded to tell us they couldn't do 10 seats together, but could do a table of 6, two tables of...

On May 5, 2023 at 2:44pm my husband and I took his sister to Texas Roadhouse in Avon, Indiana for lunch. She is battling stage 4 cancer and suffers from tremendous headaches. I kindly asked the server Hailey to turn the music down slightly to make our lunch more enjoyable. She said she didn't think she could but would ask. The music was extremely loud and...

Texas Roadhouse Steak undercooked

I don’t have my receipt but it was a carry out order for the 8oz Fillet & a sirloin steak, a dozen rolls and cinnamon butter. It was at the store in Elizabethtown Ky 42701. My complaint is about the fillet I ordered medium well. It was rare. And actually you could tell the grill person was chopping it with the spatula while cooking to speed it up because I could see down into my steak before I ever cut into it. I took a picture of it and I would love to send it to you. Sadly this was a replacement order from food at the same location 3 months ago. We used to love eating here.

Desired outcome: Food replacement

I placed an online order on 4623. When I got home I did not have my sweet potato with my meal. I was told they could refund me for the sweet potatoe or I could come back and pick up my sweet potato. This is the third time I have had a problem with my on line order. This not acceptable. Bailey was the manager on duty for that day. I feel I should have been...

To whom it may concern, I am a worker for Roadhouse, Springfield. Recently I was written up and set home early, having an effect on my money and my time. On 4-27-23 as I'm sure corporate is already aware of my roadhouse had a fundraiser with the local police stations. Which I have nothing against, especially when it is for a great cause. Texas Roadhouse Meal and service

On Friday April 7th we went to Texas Road house for dinner. We had to wait about 45 mins. with a reservation. There were 4 of us. I had the medallion dinner. Ordered them medium rare, they were burnt and very dry. Husband ordered the Sirloin medium rare and his was very well done and dry, could hardly cut it. The other two people said theirs was passable. Daughter and I ordered each a margarita with salt on rim and both came with sugar on them. We got our rolls when our meal was all most done, which we didn't eat much of it. I know they were very busy. 3 times we asked for water got that when we were about to leave. I spent over $100.00 plus a tip. The food should be eatable. We usually went there 2 times a month or more. Very disappointed. The waitress left the bill and I looked at it with my eyes wide open, the bill was only $70.00. got the waitress and told her the bill wasn't mine. I was honest and told her, she took it out of my hand and not even a Thank-you. It would be nice to be a little compensated for the 2 very bad meals. Thank-you for listening. I get gift cards for all occasions for your establishment

That is what I used plus $50.00 for remaining with my credit card.

Desired outcome: Return reply please, and compensation if possible.

Texas Roadhouse 2- 6oz filets steamed veggies and salad

Please know this is not the first complaint I have had at the Athens, Ohio location. After waiting over an hour for our steaks to come out. We got barely warm over cooked steaks with Burnt onions and green peppers on top and no mushrooms or shrimp. The steamed veggies were all carrots but maybe 1 piece of broccoli and we’re barely warm. We paid for our drinks and left the food. It’s very disappointing because to get another steak it’s an hour drive in any direction. Every time we think we will try again it is something else. On Mother’s Day last year we walked out after seeing several table that came in after us get food and we didn’t. I still have not seen those free meals that the female manager promised my mom. My Dad had never walked out of any restaurant until that day. I just don’t understand why this is so hard.

Desired outcome: Need to work with this staff and get better results… i see the same staff every time and nothing changes. I honestly don’t know what to say. I just will not go back. I want a restaurant that gives me what I’m paying for.

Texas Roadhouse Customer Service

My boyfriend decided to eat lunch/ dinner at Texas Roadhouse in Sioux Falls, SD.

We arrived, two “high school” girls were at the counter- why 2?, I have NO clue.

I asked them if there were any tables, I said 2 in my party. They said- it will be 15-20 minutes.

Didn’t take my name, nothing.

Very rude- standing there gossiping than helping customers.

Finally a boy came over to where I was- asked why the name of my party was. I told him, he said 20-25mins.

Gave me a hand held black thing.

It started vibrating finally and lights going off- I took it back to the girls- the one in the far left grabs it as she reaches over the other one, rolls her eyes and says I got it.

All the while people came in behind us and were seated in a timely fashion.

I don’t recommend eating there.

There song- where service with a smile. That’s false advertisement. They do not do that.

Desired outcome: Written apology from both girls.

Texas Roadhouse Dine in service

Good evening Texas Roadhouse, I am writing you regarding my terrible experience My 2 sons and my granddaughter came there to enjoy dinner for my 9 year old granddaughter birthday. Our waitress Lakenya was slow others that came in after us were served before we got our food we had all most a 35 minute wait for our food which was understandable I know Sunday's are busy. My salad was bought out wrong it was replaced our waitress slacked coming to the table seem to be irritated. we got ready to check out i was given the wrong receipt, I also had a coupon for a free appetizer. Well I had a 25.00 gift card from online for Texas Road House. my 25,00 gift card got screwed up and 7.84 tip was added to my receipt in which I didn't authorize. I talked to a manager she didn't seem to impressed about getting my bill right which totaled 42.10 minus the appetizer which left a balance of 35.70 Sarabeth Grossmann #332 the manager said she was going to call corporate knowing your office wasn't open at 8:30pm on a Sunday night. she left to call and it took around 15mins for her to come back. Sarabeth kept trying to scan my gift card until it didn't work anymore. My son and I were ready to check out at 8:30 pm I was not able to leave the restaurant until almost 9:30pm. waiting on the manager. Sarabeth Grossman said she would call me tomorrow 3/20/23. I am hoping Texas Roadhouse will straighten this issue out I had a gift card I wasn't able to use because of Texas roadhouse. My sons and I and my granddaughter came to enjoyed her birthday dinner and it ended up in a total mishap. I am asking Texas Roadhouse to straighten this matter out and contact me at the information below.

Thank you

Texas Roadhouse Food was not hot or done

I attended Texas Roadhouse on 12 Mall Street in Springfield Ma AND our baked potatoes or bread was not done so we sent it back. Then I called over the manager Beth to complain and she took it as if we wanted free food. I am a Nursing Manager and I east here every Sunday. The point is your food is not cheap and the way she handled the matter is very poorly! I did not like the way she brushed us off about the situation stating we are the only ones complaining about the potatoes or the bread. I said to her I sent it back because it was not done! I was not calling her to speak about everybody else I was calling her to speak out us! I was paying for my table food not the restaurants food! I felt it was handles very poorly and she did not act like she cared! I give customer service every day in the hospitals! Why can't I get great customer service in a restaurant such as yours! You speak with this BETH and you inform her that every Black person is not trying to get something for nothing! We are professionals too! Its not right and I did not like it!

Desired outcome: The Manager did nothing
