I flew Japan Airlines from USA to BKK then Thai Airways to CNX for a rest period before continuing to India. I was charged at BKK $20.63 US dollar for overweight baggage. I flew back early from Chiang Mai due to my brother dying in USA so I flew CNX back to BKK and was charged $86.86 USD for my baggage which weighed less. Very shocking surprise.

I am now returning to your country via Japan Airlines then Thai Airways to India.

It is a very unkind practice to punish International travelers who stop to rest in beautiful Thailand that use your airways to continue a trip to other destinations.

My flights were BKK to CNX 08/23/23 WE*110 KAVLWY seat 44C TG 110.

Return flight CNX to BKK 08/29/23

My new flight to India via Thai Airways is on Oct. 3, 2023 Flight # TG323 W3SL47 7:35 A.M. Seat 52A

I did not expect to be treated like a second class citizen in your country because I fly economy class. In a world that claims it wants equality for all how can you charge USD 20.00 one way and USD 86.86 back the other way on a RT ticket on luggage that weighed less on the return trip?

Nippon Airlines noted the damage on my luggage from Thai Airways.

Desired outcome: Explain why two prices for luggage on my round trip ticket BKK to CNX and I want a refund.Why was my zippers broken?I watched from the airplane window the rough treatment of passenger baggage.
