To whom it may concern:
I am really very frustrated regarding a 43 inches 4K tv that my daughter purchased in February 2020. The TV just went 'BLACK' and never came back to the original state. My daughter and I went back forth with the brick with issue although/ there was no warranty the TV should still be working. I have three other Samsung TV bought at the same Brick store and I have no problem with any of them.
Samsung offered to replaced the TV, I have reached out to the Brick regarding a box to have it ship out in, but again the Brick has shown NO compassion to our problem, by telling me that they don't have a box, the sale rep I spoke with didn't asked when I needed she just say she didn't have any boxes. I asked to speak with the manager, I was told that the manager may not returned by call. I was very annoyed hearing that respond which has now prompt me to write this complaint.
