I purchased furniture 13th Oct 2018 with Invoice Number 10138H2NTFO.
I purchased warranty by paying CAD 419.99 extra for 3years of warranty.
I complained about the sofa genuine leather and chair leather and coffee table issues. after 15 days and so much follow up they sent a guy for assessment on 7th Oct 2021, after that I waited till 15-20 days and tried to get the status, they did not reply, after so many calls and followup I got call connected with the branch and some one said you are not eligible for warranty repair as the photo looks like it is because of usage and time (3 years), I said I purchased a warranty for 3 years, and I complained within the time for warranty claim, then they said, they can not do anything and claim will not be honored. Finally I started giving my review on social media and tried to contact they twitter and facebook page, so far they just said you will receive call from branch to discuss, but no luck and I have not received a single call / email from them, I have record of the complain I made and communicated with Twitter handle.
Desired outcome: No reply status update from company so far even after so many followup with twitter handle.
Thanks for your reply, i am waiting since aprox. 2 months, and no one did contact yet.
