When i sat in this sofa in the showroom it was comfortable but when i ordered it and had it in my home it is very uncomfortable. No one has sat on it except me for a few times and its so uncomfortable i cannot sit or lay down on it. I tried calling and calling the store but their phone service is horrible and it took weeks til i reach someone who finally answered. i I would like to get a refund and return it for a more comfortable sofa and they plain out said no. There is nothing on the invoice that they give you that says anything about a return policy. the sofa is brand new never been used. I am going to file a complaint with the ministry of consumer affairs. I feel as a customer who has spent a good dollar there that they are being very unfair. I purchased this sofa on July 7 and it was delivered on July 11. I didnt realize i could return it til i was told by a friend to call and file a complaint. I am a very unhappy customer and would like the problem rectified. I paid $1146.00 and i am more than willing to pay more to get a new one if thats the case.
I have tried calling and calling on the phone and all you get is to call back. All representatives are busy. Their phone service is horrible. When I finally got through i waited on the line for a half hour and then called back. My time is valuable as well.
They absolutely refuse to take the sofa back for me to purchase one that is more comfortable .
Desired outcome: I would like to return this sofa and get a more comfortable one even if its more money.
