Have been trying to resolve the removal of the above appliance. Not only did the store admit to their mistake of failure to remove the said item and giving one excuse/story after another and the contract delivery company giving one reason/story why it was not removed promptly and admitting to their mistake which simply means that the store took full advantage of the COVID-19 pandemic situation to make money. Whether the store was a franchise or part of the corporate store, the initial trust that I had developed because of its reputation has been ruined which can never be regained. I was planning to give them additional business, but after this horrible experience will neither do that or recommend the company to anyone. Will also be lodging a complaint with BBB and the President of The Brick (Canada).
Desired outcome: Removal of old dryer as is and hauling it away without leaving on the curb for free without asking stupid questions, bad service attitude quickly.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
