I purchased a gift from here for my stepfather. To be delivered at his house in Colorado I live in Florida. so when I receive the email stating that the shipping label had been made. I noticed that they were sending it to my house so I called immediately. I talked to her really nice lady. She told me that it was their mistake and that she was gonna try to submit an expedition. To try to get it sent to the right place... that someone would call me in the morning. the next morning came and gone no phone call. So when I reached out I was put on the phone...with this one. Lady, who, by the way, was very rude and told me ...that there was no way that this was their fault ...that it had to be an error on my end, which we had already clarified that it was the company's fault. So I asked to just cancel the order and send the money back to my card. Because they told me at this point that there was no way that it would be delivered before Christmas. Then I was told that the only way that I could get a refund on the product is if when I received it at my home that I take and donate it. Then I can receive a refund which would take 5-7 business days I was like What! I have to wait for you to deliver ...take it somewhere to be donated.. then wait for the refund...I didn't understand.
So evidently I'm going to get a gift that I was going to give someone else delivered to my home during Christmas when I won't be there because I'll be in Colorado.. After I got off the phone with that lady. I just called right back. Finally got a really sweet lady. She helped me get the order canceled and found a way for me to order it through their company get it there before Christmas.(Amazon)
But I'm still waiting on the refund. So as for now .. I've paid for this gift twice.
I'm must say... if Satisfaction is a Guarantee... I'm so not satisfied..with the customer service skills of some of your employees and the fact I was told it MUST BE MY FAULT ...what ever happened to ownership of one's job... and the fact that now I've payed over $100 in product and shipping...on something that should have been $50
