On Aug 19/19 I went through the drive thru at 3049 Jefferson Drive, Brockville, ON and ordered an extra large steeped tea with 2 milk and 3 sweetener and a large steeped tea with 2 milk and 3 sugar. Upon reaching the window after waiting approx. 15 mins in line and taking my money for both drinks ordered, I was told by staff that there was not enough steeped tea for my extra large. I paid for the large and drove to another Tim Hortons in town to get my tea.
On Aug 19/19 I went through the drive through at 2379 Parkdale Avenue, Brockville, ON around 6 pm. I ordered an extra large steeped tea with 2 milk and 3 sweetener and a large steeped tea with 2 milk 3 sugar and a small chocolate chill. The person taking my order did not speak English very well. When I got up to the window and after I paid, I spoke out my window at staff member and questioned that both cups were steeped tea and I was told "yes, yes". Upon pulling out and onto road my daughter noticed that the large steeped tea was actually coffee. So I then drove up to the next Tim Hortons on my way home at 3049 Jefferson Drive, Brockville, ON and parked my car. I took my large coffee into the staff member at the counter where I was asked if I went through the drive through there. I explained that I had just within the last 10 mins purchased at the Tim Hortons down the road and was unable to turn around due to traffic and lay out of this Tim Hortons and just wanted to have my drink remade. This staff member looked at me as if to say, you didn't purchase this here. She then proceeded to correct my drink and not once during our interaction was there an apology made.
On Aug 20/19 I went thru the drive thru at 77 William St, Brockville, ON around 8 pm. Placed my order as above for 2 steeped teas and when I got to the window paid for my drinks. The staff member at the window passed out the large drink which was in fact a coffee...again! Then when asked if the extra large was tea I was informed that it was coffee as well. I asked why coffee was made when I asked for tea and staff member told me " I didn't hear you say that" the drive thru window was closed and hollering within the store proceeded to the effect of "these were supposed to be tea" when staff member came back to the window it was "here is one and here is the other" as she passed out the drinks. Again, no apology!
So as you can see we drink a decent amount of Tim Hortons at least two a day times two drinks is a substantial amount of money being spent. These occurrences are only a small representation of the service, attitude and incompetence that is being delivered by your staff. On many more occasions I have arrived home to have what is marked as steeped tea be coffee, or the steeped tea that is received is old and bitter. There have also been numerous times when I order my drinks as noted above and will wait 5 to 10 minutes in line at drive thru to get to window and have staff ask if I want bagged tea as they do not have enough steeped tea. NO! I DO NOT WANT BAGGED TEA! If I wanted bagged tea I would have asked for it. I used to work at Tim Horton's and I know that it takes just over 5 minutes to brew a full pot of steeped tea.
I am writing to let you know how dissatisfied I am at the customer service that is being provided and the quality of product leaving your stores. If people asked for refunds or compensation every time there was an issue your company would go bankrupt. I feel the best resolution to this for me is to boycott Tim Hortons for the next while and to tell all the people that I know of how poor the service and product are becoming.

I had to wait for 42 minutes while they took a long time with five customers that were standing at the cashier for half an hour. They had one cashier on duty. I had to wait 42 minutes just to buy a cup of coffee. There was only 1 cashier on duty because they said it wasn't busy enough to open another cashier. They took an extremely long time with 5 customers and they said there was a big order and it took half an hour to process their order. I also find that the prices of Tie Hortons coffee are too expensive and they too much for coffee. a medium coffee is $1.80 and an extra large coffee is $2.25
rewards card
I have had the rewards card since it launched. I thought it was a points program so. To my surprise when I used it yesterday August 19th 2019 the cashier told me my next one was free. I'm surprised because I have been paying for my coffee everyday! And have never gotten a free coffee. I work Monday to Friday sometimes even Saturday and Sunday. Do the employee not know this. I'm annoyed that for months I've missed out on the whole point of having the card.

I have been to this franchise (Cochrane) two days in a row and their rewards program is down. So I would've had free coffee this morning and again I can't get it. Why bring a system into effect that is flawed. I understand technology, but not giving me least a receipt to get the rewards credit for 2 days days is wrong. It's your error. I want my rewards.

I have gone to the tim hortons here in ingersoll 3 times and have been ripped off for my points due to the fact that the hiree was not experienced enough to scan my card. I would like to get my points added to my card and i am starting to get upset about this. I received the bill for one of the purchase I made so I should be able to get my points for it. This is a continuous situation with tim hortons here in ingersoll. Can you please help me? Please call me any time. I would like to have m 3 points renewed. Also when I purchased this coffee, the lid was not put on properly and it had spilled all over my leg.

Food and Beverage Orders via drive thru
Hi there.. I am an active contributor to your husiness for many years as most Canadians and Canadian Residents. I particulary go to the tim hortons located at 1000 Victoria Street North in Kitchener ontario. i spend approx $6-$9 daily on my food and beverage order as i work nearby and this is the closest to me. I have always gone through drive through and have had issues with my order but as most people never said anything and just ate or drank what im given as i cannot drive back to have my 1.85 tea fixed. I had evasive surgery last year and cannot drink cream. It makes me violently ill and at times i have been given creamer in my coffee. I frist of all never order coffee. I am a steeped tea drinker. I constantly have my tea messed up and my beyond burger one time had a cold patty with all the toppings put on the bread so by the time i opened to eat it.. the whole burger was saugy and could not be eaten. I am so very dissapointed. The few times i have complained. I am given a free coffee voucher and apologized to. Please fix ur drive thru process. I feel my order is being compromised bc the staff needs to meet certain drive thru times. Please dont be a business tht forsakes cusomer service and quality to be a coffee giant that is just fast. Did not receive reward
I made a purchase for my coffee with my Tim's card on my phone (Tim's app). I was expecting the app to recognize that I'm paying through my app and give me my reward. However after the transaction went through I did not see the reward. After talking with the staff person I learnt that if I wanted the reward I was supposed to scan another code on the Tim's app before scanning the code to make the purchase. Is this really my fault or just poorly designed app or poorly trained staff? I would like my reward please and thank you.

I am using tim rewards app for buying coffee. It automatically load money from my master card. Oneday suddenly my phone restarted and didnot allow me to login to the app. I lost 2 rewards coffee and balnce of 3.89 cad. I followed up with customet care..lodge a complain but no answer. The customer service is horrible at the Walmart tims in steinbach, Mb. The products are not filled up - they gossip with each other and they are so rude when we order our stuff. I have been a Tim Horton Kcup fan for many years .. I would drive out of my way to purchase KCups .. recently Price Chopper carries the cups .. I recently purchased a box and inside two were broke open and coffee grinds all over the box and on the other cups .. I've never had this happen over the years of purchasing such product .. It started off asking if the can make 2 dozen fresh muffins. The girl kept looking in counter . 2 times I asked her. I said can you have them make it. Then it clicked in what I was asking for. I figured she must have been new. My niece ask for a melt but can you make the melt with bread that has no seeds. I told her she is allergic to it. She just ask girl to use bread with no seed. Did not say she was allergic and to wipe down pre area or anything. She started to have a allergic reaction and we found seeds in sandwich. I'm not very happy. If someone says they have allergies at least tell the person who is preparing it so that they take the minute to wipe down area. Bad communication skills.

i have been drinking your coffee for years, but honestly i am getting prepared to switch. These new lids are a complete disaster.
They leak, out of 5 i have at least 3 that leak.
The extra plastic is allowing the coffee to cool faster, i end up microwaving the coffee 1/2 way through i did not do that before.
As well, maybe becuase i dislike the lids, i feel i taste the pastic when i drink the coffee.

beyond meat
I have noticed that your Belgian Waffle Sandwich no longer appears to differentiate between real meat and ground up peas, water, salt and artificial flavour and colouring aka Beyond Meat. After decades of demanding full disclosure, consumers were finally relatively confident in knowing what is in their food. This "meat?" substitute being slipped into your burgers and "sausages" is a huge step backwards. Beyond Meat is really not that much different than the ingredients found in Beyond dog food .. . For all we know this stuff could be a carciogen. The amount of salt is alarming. I'm going to McDonalds.

employees dealing with customers
All the staff in this Tim Hortons location are rude. They need to be trained more on customer service. They would never say sorry if they commit mistake and would shout at customers if customers made mistake even if the customer already have apologized. Looks like the employees were not trained well in dealing with people.
One time I was ordering a sandwich.
Me: Hi, i'd like to order a Ham Melt.
Cashier: Ok what kind? (High pitch voice and she was looking at me like I dont know what I'm saying)
Me: Ham melt
Cashier: yeah! What kind of milk?! (She was already shouting at me)
Me: (what is she talking about? I looked at her confused)
Cashier: you said half milk! What kind of half milk?! (Shouting again)
Me: I want a sandwich (looking at her with my voice flat)
As a customer, i felt like she made me look like an idiot. My voice was clear, my pronunciation was clear the i wanted a "HAM MELT" which she should know because it is part of their menu but she shouted at me during the order taking.
Note: she had a hard time looking for the sandwich in the screen. She is not a new employee because i have seen her since the winter semester until this summer semester.
Another incident, the company have their rewards card which we scAn every order to gain a free coffee, donut or muffin.
I was ordering one time and scanned my rewards card while an employee is punching in my order (different employee from above)
In other branched it is ok to scan the card while the staff is punching in the orders. But in this branch, I dont know what is wrong with their till but if i scan the card while an order is being punched in their screen stops or lags for a second, i'm not sure.
I admit that it is my mistake to scan my card without her telling me, but she doesn't have to shout at me and then talk to other employees about me like i am not in front of them.
I apologized during that time but she did not even say its ok or she did not even smile.
Lastly, they are so slow. I know that it is always busy because of the flock of students ordering but in other tim hortons, customers doesn't have to wait 20 minutes in line to be able to order.

This is what I found in my wrap not expected something like that. It's even hard to recognize something wrong as it is a wrap and everything is squeezed in between. See that tomato is getting rotten (that big black spot) luckily I saw that. I am seeing this with my eyes and it looks gross. Atleast these kind of veggies should be given extra attention because they are usually enclosed in a wrap with sauces. Not happy at all
