This is to inform that I had purchased a Tissot watch from Helios SEAWOODS as per bill no 24HLTW100002301 on dated 05.11.23
The quartz watch is slowing down in time within one month of purchase
I have submitted the same to store under booking reference no. is JOCMUNH00001027, to check the current status, please visit https://csis.titan.in/p/JOStatus and enter Job order number - Titan
I hereby wish to state that I will only accept replacement of this watch and will not take the same watch after repairing as the same is a watch with major manufacturing defect.
If replacement is not possible then please please refund the amount paid by me to for the watch as per bill attached as this is a simple case of Deficiency in Service as per Indian Consumer Protection Act.
I have been wrongfully charged this amount and I deny to pay the same to in lieu of the substandard material offered to me.
