TomTop Group andoer digital camera

Dear sir/madam,
I brought this andoer digital camera with order no B 17E19X5659-F65H6H last May 18 2017 & it was delivered to my less than a week. The problem is when I charge it there's no light indicator ( in manual it states that when it is on charging the red light are on. And when it fully charge a green light will appear.). And it will only be useable if it on-plug with the power source & a red light appear. I can use it. But when I unplug it it doesn't work. And the red light turns off. Until now I can't use it. I tried to charge it for 12hrs & still every time I unplug it from the power cable it shut down & cant be use. The 1st & 2nd picture shows the front & back of the camera. The 3rd & 4th pictures shows that its usesable due that its plug in with the power source while it shut down when I unplug it.
Please anyone could assist me. Badly needed to use the unit- Mr June Del Rosario

TomTop Group mjx bugs 3 drone has not been shipped, still processing since the 8th of june

Ordered the MJX Bugs 3 drone. Order has been processing since the 8th of this month. No response from e-mails, no response from phone calls, no response from Facebook messenger, no response from live chat. I am completely frustrated as this was a birthday present and that has come and gone. This company has failed in every aspect of customer service I can think of. Truly disappointed and saddened with this process. I want the drone shipped within 24 hours or my money back in 24 hours.

TomTop Group new order processing and dispatch

I have purchased a Skytech TK110HW Wifi FPV Foldable Quadcopter-RTF + Spare battery + Spare guard / landing gear / propeller combo set, Order No. BN17F09G5916-9E0DSZ on 2017-06-09, but until now your website shows the order is still under process.

My repeated mails too have been unanswered.

Please note I have opted for expedited shipping, which states delivery in 7-10 days. Would appreciate your earliest reply and dispatch of my order.

This order was on hold for more than 25 days, initially TomTop ask for shipping charge due over weight $3.5. I agreed and directed payment via PayPal, but still on Hold, then I have sent several mails, but no reply, online chat rarely they attend but no answer and say they wanted to check. Again, yesterday I got a mail saying $3.5 is not sufficient & required $5. What is this? If I pay this, they may tell again to pay$10. I am afraid I lose the money. Beware of this situation,

TomTop Group multiple orders showing 'awaiting payment' and lack of response

Please help! I have sent several emails and left 2 voicemail messages. I also called again today, someone actually picked up and then hung up without saying a word.

So far, as my first purchase with tomtop, I am very unhappy with the lack of customer service!

I ordered the hubsan h501s x4 basic (Tx 2?) fpv transmitter on 1st june, 2017, order no. Bn17f02m0550-t1ss39. So far, since june 3 (5 days getting ready to go into the weekend as of this writing), the status shows the item as "dispatched" with a tracking number for fedex. Every time I have refreshed the fedex tracking page, it just states "label created". I know sometimes carrier's don't update status as often as they should or something doesn't get scanned at a particular waypoint, but I did not even expect that the package was going out within 2 days from reviews i've seen on speed of shipment of tomtop, but i'd just like to know, has it actually left your facilities or not and is this shipment originating from inside or outside the us (I just really would like to try and get at least an idea of when it may arrive so I can at least try to make sure i'm home when the y come - for some reason, fedex has been notorious for not reading instructions as to who in my building to ring if I am not home and signature is required). That's the first issue I need help with.

The second (As I have left in voicemail and wrote in email) is, I had multiple page crashes while I was trying to order the drone and although I was finally able to place the last order successfully, it now shows in my account that I have 3 other unpaid orders of the same item! I do not wish to have anything showing that I have not paid for the item when I have, in the last order. But there is no way for me to cancel those orders. I have made you aware of this in my voicemails and emails but yet, the unpaid items have not been removed from my account. Could someone be kind enough to cancel those erroneous orders so my account will remain in good standing with tomtop?

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

TomTop Group r/c car # 10428-b2

I received my RC car after almost a month after paying for it. I charged it fully immediately, then starting playing with. Within 5 minutes, it will no longer go forward. It steers and goes backwards but no forward. So I revered leads on motor from speed control, and it will only go forward. So, I think it has a bad speed control. I would like you to send me another speed control, or new car since it only worked about 5 minutes! I paid over a hundred dollars for it, so I'd expect it to last a little longer than 5 minutes!

TomTop Group drone

I bought the drone MJX X101 Original on April 7th 2017 on the webpage http://www.tomtop.com/airplane-toys-1173/p-rm4614us.html
I received it 2 weks after (April 25th 2017) in FRANCE (on the city of BORDEAUX).
After three uses during which they had no problems (no crash ...), on May 25th 2017, an engine of the drone stoped without having undergone of impact.
I 'm very sad and disappointed of that !
On top of that, I sent 3 e-mail to after sales service and no answer !
I NEED YOUR SUPPORT PLEASE !

TomTop Group car cd radio dvd player mp-262

After I received the unit I fitted the next weekend as I had to buy a fitting unit and frame as the MP-262 is small than the ford transit cud radio player.

A few days later I put some mp3 songs on a sub and after player 3 songs it turned is self off, so I tried again and the same result. I put it down to the sub stick so I tried a other stick and the same happened. Then I tried a cud and it seemed to work fine up until song 16, On taking out the cud it felt very hot. I put it down to the cud and tried a other a few days later but the same happened after about half hour of playing. thing is not right and so I removed the unit MP-262 from my ford transit 2012 model as I feel the radio could cause a fire.

Can you please advise me what to do and can I have a new unit or a other model as I have no trust in the unit I have at the moment.. The packaging was not damaged If I need to pay a bit more for a better model I'm willing to do that. Thank you.

TomTop Group I want my money back!!

I have purchased a phone from TomTop and it arrived with cracked screen. When I contacted TomTop they kindly offered me a replacement and I agreed. I wanted to get a refund, but their rep said that it was impossible, so the only possible thing for me was a replacement. I sent the phone back and they promised to ship another one as soon as possible. Weeks passed and I received a notification stating that I will be getting a refund.
I contacted them to find out what was going on and they said that my phone was no longer in stock. Okay, I agreed, because that was even better. It is now 5 weeks since then and still nothing! I recently tried to contact them but was ignored! Total scam!

TomTop Group credit card refund

I wanted to get a refund for an item I ordered through TomTop.com. At first I was excited to received my item but the day after I ordered it, I was asked to send a picture of my credit card(both sides) showing the first four and last 4 numbers of my card. I found this suspicious and emailed them to cancel my order instead and get a refund. It's been more than 48 hours and I have not yet received any reply. I'd hate to file a chargeback with my bank since it's such a long process in my end.

OMG! TOM TOP TECH - SOMEONE GOT A HOLD OF MY SONS CREDIT CARD NUMBER AND ORDERED AN ITEM FROM TOM TOP TECH. IT WAS $998.99 THEY HAVE REFUSED TO REFUND US THE MONEY. WE HAVE THE ITEM AT OUR HOUSE AND WE HAVE CALLED THEM AT LEAST 3 TIMES AND TALKED WITH BRIAN... HE KEEPS TELLING ME THE SAME THING. HE SAYS THAT HE IS SENDING AN EMAIL TO THE WAREHOUSE IN CHINA. THEY ARE SUPPOSD TO SEND US THE LABEL TO SEND IT BACK TO GET A REFUND. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE JUNE 2017. CAN ANYOME HELP! SIGNED THIS IS MY SONS COLLEGE MONEY

My mothers credit card which is also connected to mine card(via paypal) was stolen in the last 5 days
Now i see this order in my name since i got the email and i was like what...
So i want to make a refund on this product and the money was already paid.
So you can keep the product and it would be great that i get my.money back !

TomTop Group order

I bought a dress and a bag from TomTop and received only back.
First of all I want to complain about not receiving my dress, and the second thing is that my bag arrived in a terrible condition.
I contacted TomTop and asked for a full refund. They said that I can get a refund only after they get everything back. And since half of my order was missing I couldn't apply for a refund!
I tried to explain that I didn't receive the dress but they were sure that both items were sent to me! That was definitely a scam and there was nothing I could do.

I ordered a Fidget spinner over a month ago, product said it would be here in 10-20 business days and it is past that now. Could have got this for a bit more but a lot faster but thought I'd try this site. TomTop Group keep wanting more money for delivery

I bought 6 WiFi controlled Robots from them on 2017/05/12. According to the shipping it will take 3 - 6 business days to get to South Africa. Order Number: RAN17E12M3124-0L4WV6

Payment was done and confirmed same day. Order was only processed on 2017/05/18, 4 Business days later. On the same day I received a mail from Taylor stating that i am in a remote part for DHL, I live in the east of Johannesburg, so clearly a blatant lie. He said I have to pay an additional $52 for DHL to deliver to my address. Reluctantly I paid this.

On 2017/05/20 I received another mail from Taylor stating that DHL can only deliver 2 of the Robots in 1 package and I would have to pay an additional cost for the other 4.

Why did they not inform us of all the costs the first time?

I would like this to be shipped today, and if not I will reverse the payments made thus far as I am not paying more than I already have.

I have attached the screenshot of my product below. I would want to know the delivery of the product as soon as possible. I would want to know the date of it's delivery. It's the Fujifilm Instax 8 sling . Two in number. The order was placed on 17.05.2017.the order status just shows dispatched. It doesn't show on when it will reach me. I want a reply ASAP

TomTop Group drones

I Bought a DJI phantom 3 standard drone on 18/05/2017 through tomtop.com .

As the payment of Rs 31524.53 was made and after few hours i got a mail a that the product cannot be shipped, as India's coustom have forbidden it.

I mailed them back as to what about the refund procedure. It has been two days but there is no reply.
Please help me in this issue.

i hope to get refunded as soon as possible because I have to order new ccw and cw motors for phantom 3.
How long i have to wait to get my money back?
