Raise the issue with the bank or the credit card provider. Explain to them the fact that the contract has not been fulfilled. Make sure that you collect everything that will make your case stronger. If necessary, you can move the issue a step further and file a complaint to appropriate consumer protection agencies or legal entities.
I have the same issue. Sam no longer works there. same situation with me. I have contacted the BBB, Consumer affairs, attorney general and a local news station who also cannot make contact with them. The only way to go about this is to file a small claims lawsuit which is my next move. We should all file a class action lawsuit against them. I am currently looking for the credit card information to file fraud against the company as well.
