TransUnion Account not closed on transunion

I have lost count of how many emails and calls I have sent to Mrprice regarding them to close my account and update my profile with transunion. I spoke to transunion this morning and they confirmed my mrprice account is still open on their side showing I owe R40 and not updated by the credit provider (Mrprice)

I keep getting emails from mrprice saying it will be updated within 24 hours but have been waiting since last year July 2022 till today my account shows as open and its affecting my credit score badly due to Mrprice not updating the profile.

I dont know how to request mrprice to close my account? I have spoken to many people from mrprice who just forward paid upletter and promisie it will be updated on transunion withing 24 hrs but nothing happens. have told them that transunion have said that Mrprice have to update the profile on transunion only mrprice can close it on transunion profile.

TransUnion Credit reporting

For sometime, Trans Union has bern submitting to my lending banks an illegal summation of my creditvrepirt, with my credit report, that libels me and is nort based upon any legotimate reports of creditworthiness from my creditors. Among other rhings, it alleges:

1. "Severe Delinquencies". I have no delinquences.

2. "More unpaid Accouhts than paid". I have no unpaid accounts.

3. "Closed account: PNC Bank." In point of fact, that Flex Visa subsidiary closed ITS DOORS and all accounts with $0 balances in 2020. You've falsified a glib false explanation> harming me.

4. "Too many account reviews." I have 3. All else were commercial marketing soft pulls unauthorized by me, 5 of which were unauthorized issued by Trans Union itself!

This said added summation constitutes MALICIOUS CREDIT LIBEL and violation of the Reporting Act, as there is no creditor respinsible for reporting any of it, it was a fabrication inserted internally at Trans Union.

Kindly remove it all and inform every lender etal you sent it to, with an apology, retraction and advisory that it was sent out in error. Please Include Geico and Honda Finance and do not engage in any further such deception nor WB retaliation nor collusion nor interference of any kind, particularly with my employment, as that would be a criminal felony as I work in the classified defense intelligence agencies at the highest level. Please do so upon receipt. Accept no soft pulls without verifying them with me in writing IN ADVANCE at my email or text SMS, below, first?

Kindly ensure this complaint is routed to those who may fully comply with it.

TransUnion The three items deleted and $1,000 per violation

Today, 12/20/2022, I spoke with Lucy in Consumer Relations and Jim Morea of the Fraud Dept at Transunion regarding hard inquiries on my Transunion Report. I do not have credit from any of the three lenders; Elan Financial; Synchb/Lowes and Certified Credit Rpdt. The first person I encountered when I called was a woman named Lucy. When I told her my situation she initially refused to transfer me to the Fraud Dept and said it would take three days for someone to call me back. After demanding I speak with someone from the Fraud Dept she finally gave me a file number #[protected] and passed me through to Fraud. There my problems only increased as the next Rep, Jim Morea repeatedly said they could not investigate hard inquiries and that I must send a letter of authorization stating I wanted the inquiries deleted. I told him I've sent at least three letters and the items have not been deleted. I then informed him that according to the FCRA Transunion§ 623 - 15 U.S. C. § 1681s-2 The Bureau, shall be required to investigate a dispute concerning the accuracy of the information contained in my report based on my direct request. However, he stated Transunion does not investigate disputes. He then went on to reiterate I must send a letter - which I already did, 3x - stating I wanted the items deleted.

TransUnion Locked Account

Transunion in their wisdom decided to lock my account and did not inform me. I called Transunion 5 times to get my account unlocked. I had to submit my documents two times and was then asked to do it a third time.

Nothing changed from my side. It was Transunion who decided to lock my account and now I must jump through a number of hoops to try and get the account unlocked again.

If this is the level of service I am getting from Transunion, then I am very worried about how my personal information is handled and secured.

Desired outcome: Either unlock my account or close it and destroy my personal information held by Transunion.

TransUnion transunion credit reporting

Transunion has been reporting positive credit with one of my two credit cards as negative impact. Each month when I pay off my balance, Transunion is dropping my score 35/40 points. It has caused over -100 point drop in my credit score in just a couple of months! I've called 6 times and keep getting passed around and dropped. Nobody seems to be able to help me unless I buy a membership, which is criminal. I am seriously considering hiring a civil attorney to file suit.

Desired outcome: Correction and fix it so the other credit agencies understand what has happened and the other scores get corrected also because they're dropping my score in response to Transunion's false reporting.

TransUnion You have 2 places to view a credit score. One is free and the other is a charge site.

On 09/19/2022 I was trying to access the free credit score, but accidentally got the charge one. I did go ahead and viewed the score, but that is all! I immediately called and told the man what happened and requested a refund. It wasn't until yesterday (10/23/2022) when I received my bank statement that I found out that I'd been charged! I called to talk to someone, but the lady was very rude, and told me I was already aware that because I had looked at the score, I wasn't getting the money refunded. That was not true! I wouldn't usually be so upset about my money, but I'm on a fixed income and I need every penny to pay my bills!

Desired outcome: I really would like a refund!

TransUnion Providing my information to lenders.

I contacted my current lender to ask about financing a property that I currently own. I mistakenly agreed to have them run my credit report.

Since then, my husband and myself have received at least 30 calls from various lenders.

I did not give Transunion permission to give out my information. They are a credit company not a broker for lenders.

I have contacted them to be removed from any and all list, but they will not provide me written confirmation. I also asked where on their website or anywhere else does it say they have permission to share my information. Again, they will not provide. Since composing this email I have receiver 2 more calls!

Desired outcome: To have Transunion stop this practice of giving out mine or anyone else information. I'm not even sure if it is legal.Remove the recent credit report request from my records. FYII have excellent credit...maybe that's why all the calls

TransUnion Complicity in lies, fraud, false imprisonment, stalking, threats, provides no proof, ignores evidence

In 2020 my ex bank CIBC who I had been with and had around a 820 credit score at the time I notified them of potential breaches they were fully aware of as I’m a fraud and cybersecurity investigator myself and uncovered they had been stealing from staff and clients even at this moment they get away with billions. This aside I had about a 18k debt and I paid more than what was required on top of fraud that they forced on me when they realized I had gone to the VPD regarding this they had me falsely arrested making a felony false statement to police when i went to give evidence as my life was being destroyed instead of helping me 9 [censored]ic officers illegally searched me and arrested me then threw me in confinement for 2 weeks I had less fresh air in 2 weeks than a mass murderer gets in a week and I had already started paying off my entire PLC debt as of Janurary 31 2021 - I was arrested in beginning of Feb 2021. No charges no lawyer no due process just tossed in some gitmo asylum where 2 security guards were sent to assault me in a bathroom stall it’s been a living nightmare I have PTSD and in the end of March 2021/beginning of May 2021 I had paid off over 20,000 including the banks lies and continued locking and blocking of my accounts while on LTD by June 2021 they refused to provide any of my banking statements saying they were “gone” and this has been the on going method of operations for them and their corrupt staff and even their Common Collections Agency had recently told me directly over the phone june 10 2022 10:01 am pst “You owe nothing” and hung up Transunion corroborated this over the phone as well that week saying “you aren’t in collections but have a derogatory remark. i apparently was placed back into false debt for literally the amounts I paid to have the accounts closed to begin with due to the discriminatory remarks the bank client manager had made to me multiple times denying services they offered me and everyone of their clients I was haveing my emails spammed by them. And told them they had destroyed my devices sent fake random letters to coverup the dirt I had on them while I was locked up in 2021 they also broke into my appartment as the deadbolt and frame was kicked in and things were tossed everywhere my 2nd computer worth around 3000$ at the time and all the hard drives backups papers pertaining to my investigations into the banks criminal activity was destroyed or missing this including all my online accounts and emails had been compromised by their releasing of my privacy and medical data which they has stolen and used against me. To this day they still refuse to provide proof of anything I had proof hidden that shows I paid my debts and some plus their on going lies and doctored documents that had no signature of mine on them but were just liability documents saying they were no longer responsible for fraud and I wasn’t a client because I was “violent to staff and customers” when they had instructed i goto my home branch in June for a 5th time in several months - the manager refused to give me any of my documents or proof I still owed anything and on of their plain clothes security guards made unprovoked verbal threats about “taking me outside to kick my a$$” I laughed at him and told him to mind his own business. The bank manager refused to call anyone or provide anything and stated he didn’t even know his manager or head office number yet I had them on my phone already pre googled because I knew he would do this song and dance again. As for Transunion they continue to just send a single sheet of paper saying “we are correct and our investigation shows and the bank says you owe this money.” Its lies i have the proof and provide it they locked me from Ocs site from making changes to my own info as well on top of this and yet Transunion still refuses to do their job along with the bank and show proof of any of this which they continue to just send the same letters and lies - this bank has ruined my life and destroyed my credit along with 150k in damages I could have 100% proven if the police had actually done their jobs instead of ignoring my destroyed mobile devices and documents rather than kidnapping me - they all know in Canada unless you are rich you will never get a lawyer and the few we have along with the judges are likely all corrupt. CIBC is a RICO organization and Transunion, external regulators like the OBSI were instructed and or bribed clearly the FCAC was as they have refused numerous times to investigate this criminal bank i had never missed a single payment was never late or delinquent with them for 10 years - this has all been done out of retaliation and they could easily just tell Transunion I suddenly owe a million dollars and Transunion said I’d owe it (even if it was written on a napkin) because I asked infact they don’t even need to do that they just tell Transunion So and so owes a billion dollars and now you owe that amount regardless of them providing no proof of anything people need to know this and know it well CIBC uses back door exploits in their own systems to steal from clients and staff so they can claim plausible deniability and gain access to peoples accounts in fact I caught them red handed manually removing funds from my checking account directly into cibc and n 2020, sent me an identical credit card to one I already had without asking I was dinged for it all, it was a few grand they have messed with year old transactions previously begrudgingly returned as if it wasn’t their fault yet I’ve worked in the internal side of the industry and have taken oaths I used to find corruption and weed it out, they are blatantly fraudulent and since my case started they have lost another 2 class action lawsuits for similar things - over 2 decades and this is public knowledge anyone can look this up they have lost every singe 2 dozen or so class cases against them and still get away stealing from people and money laundering on a daily basis as they are protected by Trudeau and our corrupt government authorities and officials. Transunion is involved in the coverups as are likely the other credit agencies. Canada financials are a joke and a mass cesspool of fraud I have contacted 72+ lawyer offices media non profits it doesn’t matter no one cares or helps especially someone who is on LTD benefits that I paid into and gave half my life 20 years to this country and protecting people and their families online from issues like mine which is like beyond ironically [censored]ic it’s even at this point I have the proof and provide it when asked yet none of them provide anything. Proof attached including the statements just prior to a month or 2 before th bank made further written physical threats banning me from their branches and ATMS simply gaslighting.

TransUnion Incorrect information ruined chances of keeping home

I have proved several different ways and also was in a bankruptcy and paid in full every penny I owed. I was never late nor did I ever miss payments. My mortgage company was purchased by another mortgage company after they went bankrupt. I continued my payments and then paid off everything as always in a timely manner and my bankruptcy helped me prevent going into serious debt and reorganize my finances. I paid off all debt and then sold my house AFTER the bankruptcy was fullfilled. Ever item listed on all credit reporting was addressed individually with each service and proven if there was a dispute. No matter who I called, no matter what I showed, no matter I completed my bankruptcy TransUnion refused to change anything. They would leave me waiting on hold for long periods of time and no mater what I provided it has remained the same and has not changed even when if nothing else things should have fallen off when they didnt believe me. Because of this information they keep providing I did not qualify for homes I tried to purchase. The other credit services have researched and found my proof to be accurate. TransUnion made me almost become homeless to be right.

Desired outcome: They cant fix the damage in the past they have done by thinking every other credit service was wrong but them. They can fix the future by researching and finding out why they are so different then the other credit services.

TransUnion Permanently lift the stupid, senseless freeze that only complicates things!

June, 7th, t-mobile said I qualify for internet through the affordable connectivity act. Everything was going fine until they ran a credit check and transunion would not allow them access because of a crdit freeze on my account. T-mobile said I would just need to contact them and have the freeze lifted. Easier said than done because those racist jerks refused to lift it because I could not give them some damn pin. This covid 19 has forced me to return to a state I had thoroughly because of all the racist games they play and so even if I did at one time got this stupid senseless pin it has long been misplaced because of the forced relocation that could have been easily solved if I had gotten the covid relief loan I was eligible for. But another even more racist and hostile credit bureau (experian) saw to it that I nenevr get thet lona that could have saved my practice and my home that I am forced to do a deed in lieu! And now I cannot even get something as simple yet important as internet so I don't have to burn gas going to places that have free wifi! I am sick of being judged by something as inhumane as credit scores and such and wish these damn federally backed agencies would just fgo way and let people buy whatever they want if they have the means to do so at reasonable prices! I think these thugs just exist to keep working class citizens from reaching their full potential and this corrupt government only make matters worse by enabling them!

Desired outcome: PERMANENTLY LIFT ANY FREEZE ESPECIALLY AFTER WHAT HAD HAPPENED TO ADD IT HAS LONG BEEN RESOLVED. IN FACT, A FREEZE SHOULD AUTOMATICALLY BE LIFTED AFTER 3 MONTHS UNLESS THE OWNER OF HIS/HER ACCOUNT STATES OTHERWISE!

TransUnion Cannot talk to a live person at TransUnion

I needed immediate access to freeze/unfreeze my credit file and was not able to log in on the TransUnion website. All of the sudden my log in information does not work. I tried Forgot My Login info and it tells me my username is something other than my chosen username that I have been using forever.

I tried the chat method to get help and no one ever answered. I called TransUnion customer service phone number(s) but had no option to actually talk to someone. Finally I talked with a lady in another country and told me to contact the USA. She gave me the same phone I had been using before. The same number I've always used before that worked.

What is going on? I need answers now. This is a serious situation!

Desired outcome: I want someone to contact me about my account and help me log into my account asap!!

TransUnion Transunion Credit Bureau

5/26/2022 - My credit score was in the 700's. I applied and was granted a Mastercard. Just for this ONE action my credit score ONLY with Transunion decreased 9 points! Experian NOR Equifax lowered my score by ONE point due to this approved new credit card. When I logged into my Transunion account to view my credit account, I could NOT get to ANY of my information because Transunion wanted me to sign up for their $24.95 per month credit monitoring service BEFORE I could view ANY of my report!

TransUnion Credit suppression

I'm in the process of trying to buy a home during the pandemic and this agency has been nothing but a pain and a hinderance. Not only is their log in process impossible they have you jump through a ton of hoops before they provide you with a number to call. Once you call, you realize they have outsourced their call center due to all the noise you always hear in the background and other tell tale signs of which I will not delve into. It's a great feeling knowing I'm giving out my social security number to a person who is loosely employed by the agency to verify my identity. I hope that doesn't come back to bite. Anyway, come to find out that my loan office cannot pull my credit report from Transunion due to an unauthorized suppression of my credit done by the agency. Now I'm having to wait three business days in the craziest time of the market (houses go under contract within 24 hours right now). The other part that angers me is how often they try an push their credit monitoring service on you. It is very obvious that Transunion is primarily focused on profit first, accurate credit reporting second if at all.

Desired outcome: Transunion have a quicker desuppression protocol for people and to stop pushing their unwanted credit monitoring service. Also, to stop outsourcing their call centers.

TransUnion Certified Letter

I mailed a certified letter with multiple inquires from the same company and inquires that did not pertain to me and all I got was a (clearing my throat) letter stating that they would remain on my credit for 2 years.. REALLY! so why even bother sending anything.. Hard inquires hurt credit scores.. So, can someone please look into this and get back with me. Below is a screen shot from credit Karma.

TransUnion Won't provide free report, deceitful practices to encourage monthly service.

You call and they tell you how to access info online. Website refuses request and gives you errors. Finally I got the representative to verify me verbally and they conveniently have omitted info from my address and I have to login to update it. Hello! I can't login. Only option is to mail them but its obvious I was verified verbally so why stop there and revert me to the chicken and the egg procedure. They are on purpose doing this to discourage calls and get people to sign up for the monthly service. Last year I signed up thinking credit card info was for verification but in fact I signed up for their monthly service without realizing (FREE?incorrect). Deceitful practices here I don't even feel comfortable that they have my non-accessible personal information. I was told they would transfer me to the service department but simply disconnect the line. The representative is obviously timed they just want to end the call ASAP.

TransUnion Credit score

Hello,

My issue is how you are calculating credit scores, I recently refinanced my home mortgage to obtain a lower rate. In doing so, my Transunion credit score fell by 57 points due to,

1- closing a home loan,

2- lowering my balance by $124,424.

3- a remark added to my account which I cannot even see what is says.

This is also being investigated by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau due to the outrageous changes you have made to my credit score. Not to mention each time I pay my balances down, you lower my credit score even though that shows I am financially stable and not a risk to lenders.

Desired outcome: Stop playing games with my credit so someone can charge me a higher rate and put my score back to what it should be. I had a score of 801 in Nov. of 2021 but then after paying down balances and refinancing, you made my score a 730.

TransUnion credit report account

i tried to get my credit report the web site would not verify me. I called for 2 days feb 14 th and 15 th giving my personal info multiple times. i kept geting transfred.

I explained i want to file a dispute. i tried again on feb 15 th, i again i gave my info to numeroud people.

i was told to create again giving my personal info. i had to give. credit card and the limit. that Made me feel unsafe.

The emailed password never came. my email is working.

i can't get to the bottom of this. customer servie is maze of peole don't speak English.

TransUnion Wanting charge me to get in my own report

I always had a problem with them and experian I told them to call me before any body try to access my credit report, but now I have loans I never applied for cars in my name not mine someone using a business account through never ask for homes and home insurance I never once did. Letting someone start business airports and banks all by using personal information and this all happened affter froze all 3 of credits Beauruas I wanna press charges and take them both to court!

TransUnion Transunion is not considerate of the people that are being frauded

They - texas auto/north, transunion, american credit acceptance

Vehicle purchase scam - from texas auto and my credit and hers was ruined from the rebuilding stage to the impossible and transunion was no help when trying to get into my credit account to see what and how many diffrent things where being applied or attempted to purchase that our information was sent to texas auto not knowing that they was scamming until after I started asking very sever questions about they transaction and requesting verificationinfo from what was being relayed as the hold up for our documents to be signed after discovering both dealerships was they same people.
Starting from 08-18-2021 until 10-01-2021

I have multiple reports on my credit from the same transaction on the same date from the same people who scammed me as if I was approved of a vehicle and then the approval changed and I have gotten over 2 dozen inquiries from all different finance companies weeks after being told I was not approved only to find out that I was approved and now I have an automobile on my credit but its dated after the fact of the inquires that are pilled up on my credit report to the instint that I have frozen transunion credit from allowing anymore inquiries to be added to my report. They are all from texas auto and texas auto north being the issuer and america credit acceptance who told me that the loan was approved from the start then I approached texas auto and even reported them and transunion still allowed the inquiried from over 14 different finance companies after the date of the approval to continuosly pile up on my credit and they are being done to try and cover them self now my account is locked and they are saying that I am not entering the correct info to access the site to disput the inquiries on my report.

I was also using yahoo as my main email account not knowing it has been a data breach and I am getting all kinds of letters and calls and inquiries from places and I cannot access transunion to even get my report and the customer service agent was so rude and would not assist me at all.

They have sent mulitple inquiries after being told that I was going to report the company. (texas auto)

I was told in underwriting I was approved on th 18 of august 2021 for an infiniti (american credit acceptance

I was told from texas auto north that they needed more information and the statement with the banking information as in the account number and alll after they had been sent the information several times and then they changed the email address time after time and then asked for my debit card to put a 500 dollar hold on just because they said I was securing the vehicle and then they told me all three vehicles that I was interested in was sold then stuck with one that was agreed upon and then after four days told me credit acceptance declined it but credit acceptance said other wise. Then on the 23rd of august I was contacted but I was unaware it was the same sisiter company texas auto north and my information such as my mothers mary cunningham was requested again and sent and then the trail went cold and I reported them to texas bbb and the dmv and no response and started and haved recieved may 50 inuiries but all dated from those two dates the 23rd and the 18th of august after weeks of no contact to texas auto.

I contacted american credit acceptance in spartanburg s.C. After getting an email from the underwriting apartment and all our information including account numbers of our i'd email address bank statements an mailing and physical address laid out in the air that it was an approval and that was on [protected]. Then I told america credit acceptance agent the situation, they told me that it was only an approval that could be used with texas auto and to reach out to them and when done so they was told not to run my credit again it was already approval and they where given the approval number and they never would give me an approval amount or any information other than I could not get any other dealer to sell a vehicle to me upon that approval but texas auto so that is when the flag was up and I started my search to whom am I being scammed by and what have they done with me and mary my mothers information and when attempted to access transunion then all sudden I am locked out the account and sent numerous emails and made calls and then I finally had to just freeze the account and now my credit and my mothers is so far screwed upon possibility to get a vehicle until its not funny and this is on the soul of transunion, texas auto, and texas auto north, and america credit acceptance whom are allowing the company to scam and defend them and have super super rude cutomer service agents.

It will not let me upload all the documentation and photos that I have for a lot of the inquiries with the date time and company name that allowed this scam and destructiveness that has been allowed and are not duplicated that have destroyed every choice from having a shot at a vehicle and there help credit wise.

Desired outcome: I want my credit adjusted and my account unlocked and email address changed and I want to be confirmed that I am being associated with the real agency before I send in all my proof please.

TransUnion Online fraud with my credit card an unauthorized loan with td auto finance is active on my account.

I would like to confirm you that I have not applied for any loan in past two years.
I am not aware of what's this issue is?
Can you confirm who had given you authorization to linked loan with my account without concerning me.?
I haven't received any email/call/any text from your side regarding this. This is the serious issue with my privacy. I am not sure if my money is secured with scotia bank anymore.
In light of this, I urge you to remove this Loan from my account and provide your confirmation that this has been done.
