Travelgenio canceled my flight without authorization. I called them last Sunday for a cancelation of the first leg of my flight, received confirmation that the second leg of my flight was maintained, and today I received an e-mail stating there was a change. I went online to discover that the second leg of my flight had been canceled without my authorization. They said they have no recourse and have refunded me only 20% of my ticket. I had already booked another flight to coincide with the first flight and now I am stuck for that flight cost because I can't get a flight because it is tomorrow.

I booked a ticket to Charlotte, USA from Korea on December 9, 2021, departing on June 14, 2022 and returning on August 24, 2022.

However, due to schedule problems, I have to cancel the ticket, but they have not canceled it yet. Why the hell are you not canceling? It's already been two months.

My 1040 flight was cancelled from Gazipasa, Antalaya to Instanbul on the 25th January 2022. Therefore i couldnt get the connection flight from Istanbul to London Gatwick. You sent me an email saying a refund has been initiated. That was 11 days ago. I have contacted Turkish Airlines to see if you have even contacted them. It would seem like you havent. Where is my £693.39 refund.

I bought tickets to Prague from Stockholm September 15 2021.

The flight was cancelled and a few days ago I was refunded 3.242 SEK.

I booked the tickets from DAMMAM,Saudi Arabia to Dubai, UAE on 4th February,2022.9pm. My Booking ID is [protected] but I haven't received the E Tickets yet. My email i use to book ticket is [protected]@gmail.com

I purchased a flight ticket in October 2021, through the Travelgenio site and completed payment.

The flight was subsequently cancelled by the airline and I was given the option to postpone the flight, which didn't work for me, or request a refund.

I proceeded requesting a refund over the phone with TravelGenio customer service and was told that it would take 12 weeks for refund and there was a charge of around 50 Euros. I was given an ID No.[protected]. Three months have past and I wrote to TravelGenio to inquire as to the status of the refund and received no response.

I have tried calling TravelGenio several times over the past weeks and I am unable to get to a customer service operator to find out what is happening with my ticket refund (calls on hold for excessive period and then time out). Surely, their customer service can respond as to the status? I find this completely unacceptable in this day and age to have a company advertise services, take your money and then ignore you.

We cancelled our ticket from Billund/ Frankfurt&Bangkok 4 feb. And return.

I have not received my tickets. I have tried many times submitting my email addresses to the "My Trip" box on the booking but nothing has been sent.

I was told my tickets may take up to 72 hours, it is now 120 hours since I booked and paid for my tickets.

I was booking the flight tickets from travelgenio from New Delhi, India to Dubai, UAE. The price shown in the checkout was INR 67191/- but when i made the payment using my credit card, i was charged INR 75951.19/-. I don't understand from why this additional amount of almost INR 8800/- got deducted from my account. throughout the process, amount shown to me on website was INR 67191/- and after making the payment it showed me the higher amount which got deducted. I didn't opt for any additional services or offers or packages but still an additional amount of almost INR 8800/- got deducted. Even after making the payment, website is still showing the amount of INR 67191/-. The payment for the order made by me was16:15 (IST).

I cancelled my ticket due to covid. I provided all details of my test report and medical professional note as request by your refund team. But I didn't get any reply after sending all details. Your team is frustrating me . They hang off the phone I tried too much. No response of emails and no solution just excuses. I purchased my ticket with enhanced benefits and meeting all terms and conditions. I send every proof of what's written in your terms and conditions. They are still contradicting their statements and making excuses

I need my refund any way . I am not using your transportation services.

In the begining of Covid-19 pandemia I bought (by Travelgenio) the airline ticket from Warsaw, Poland to Lviv, Ukraine. The flight (LOT Polish Airlines) was canceled due to covid, now I wanted to get the voucher instead from LOT Polish Airlines (it is their practice to offer voucher instead for other future flights). I got the answer that issuing the voucher is not possible, becous you (i.e. Travelgenio) have cancelled this ticket.
But I did not get from you back money paid for this ticket. Or you have payed me back? - but please confirm it: when, what amount, in which way?

I have been trying all morning to contact someone about my trip and I am unable to figure this out. There is not a customer service documented anywhere on your sites. I purchase a ticket for 2/9/22 but the email is showing 10/2/22 and I am very concerned something is wrong. Please let me know who I can contact.
I have tried a ½ dozen times to enter the site and check my reservation and can't get in to check. This is really an awful way to do business. Could you please help me

Please i booked a Dubai ticket for two through your agency on 24th June 2021 which my partner and i were due to travel on the 17th of January 2022 but our flights was cancelled because of the ban on Kenya Airways and my visa expires in few days . For this reason i requested for a refund because the Airline does not know when the ban will be lifted. How soon can i have my money refunded please. I secured a booking to the Seychelles from Travelgenio on the 3 November 2021 for 8 return tickets with Air Seychelles for a trim in April 2022. The tickets were book for the 17th and 30th April, the proof of ticket booking was sent with the correct dates. However, when I checked the booking on the Air Seychelles site, the return flight has been booked for the 28th and not the 30th. Also all the female passengers have been marked as Male, and we are unable to secure our seats on either flight. I have e-mailed and sent notifications to Travelgenio, only to receive automated replies, no contact details are ever given and no feedback is provided. When speaking to Air Seychelles directly, they advise that only Travelgenio can amend the booking.

I was booking the last leg of a trip overseas during the difficult covid restrictions. I would not be able to exit into the country where the transfer airport of was located. This would have been a disaster to show up with no through ticket.

I used travelgenio to find this flight. I paid online and at first it seemed legitimate when I got a confirmation email for the payment. A couple of days later I got an email with an "e-ticket number" a "booking number" and an "airline booking reference"

However, there was no ticket. When I followed the links to the "my trip" page there was trouble loading the first few times. Eventually I got in, but there was no way to print the ticket.

I tried going directly to the airline site to enter those numbers, but it wasn't even the right format. None of them worked.

I did manage to find a phone number for TravelGenio, but the hold lasted more than 40 minutes and ended with a survey asking me how my call went - there was no service.

Then, I read reviews online that all state that this company is a fraud and doesn't give refunds.

Even the refund process is a scam. They ask for your banking information. Of course they should refund it from the card that was used. So, that's a bad sign too.

On Thursday, Nov. 11, 2021 I booked and received a confirmation through Travelgenio for a round trip ticket from Seattle to Mpls with Sun Country Airline. The Travelgenio Booking ID is [protected]. The flight price was $395.32.

The following day, on Friday, November 12, I received notification from Travelgenio that the booking was not confirmed. The email stated that the price of the flight had increased overnight to $559.43. I could either accept the increase and pay the difference or do nothing and "we will cancel the booking and refund the amount paid."

Sixty days later, on January 11, 2022, I sent an email to Travelgenio Customer Service, along with supporting documentation, explaining the situation and inquiring about my refund. They replied the next day by email, and said the ticket is "under the control of the airline and we do not have access to your reservation. Please contact the airline directly."

Even though I believe Travelgenio is responsible - it is their name that appears on my bank statement for the funds withdrawal, I decided to try this. My attempt to locate the flight reservation on the Sun Country website failed because my flight ID #[protected] is from Travelgenio. Sun Country cannot locate my flight because they use a 6 digit reservation code, which I do not have.

So, although Travelgenio made the booking, then unconfirmd the booking the next day, said in writing they would issue a full refund if I did not accept the optional flight they offered, and the name Travelgenio appears with the withdrawal on my bank statement, Travelgenio is now telling me they are not responsible for my refund - that the airline is, but the airline can't look up my flight because I don't have a reservation code to give them because I didn't book the flight directly with Sun Country. I never received an email directly from Sun Country about the flight.

Also, I can't further manage this with Travelgenio because their suggestion to monitor my flight/refund through their "My Trips" link is not displaying my records, the flight, a refund status, or anything at all. It is merely a loop that sends me an email telling me to access this information through "My Trips".

I am desperately wanting my money refunded. I received nothing in return for my payment. No tickets for this flight were issued and the booking status as of November 12th was "not confirmed - fare change". They charged me for a flight they never booked for me.

I booked a return flight with Travelgenio on the 21/11/21 No: LM 0337 Cardiff to Edinburgh on 14/1/22 and Edinburgh to Cardiff on 17/1/22 on Booking reference: 19525141.
The outbound flight was fine, but when I arrived at Edinburgh airport for the return journey I was informed that my flight had been cancelled and all they could offer me was a choice between two flights, Southampton or Exeter. I chose Southampton, and then had to pay for 3 trains plus a bus to get me back to Cardiff airport for my car. I also had a late collection penalty to pay.
The ordeal was extremely stressful, the telephone number I was given for travelgenio was not a UK number, rather based in Spain, [protected], furthermore it has a recorded message in Spanish that I could not understand. The calls were not answered. I note that the UK premium number advertised on this website (Complaints Board) is discontinued.
I there fore drafted an email and translated it into Spanish and tried to send it to Travelgenio BUT I later discovered that it was to a do-not-reply email address. It is very stressful when you are stranded miles from home not being able to speak with your travel agent. I paid good money to you and you have caused me grave hardship

I purchased 2 flight tickets is from Guangzhou to Sydney. (transit in Aukland ) . Departure on 25/12/2021

on my ticket: I will take flight CZ305 ( 23:45 to 15:45 ) from Guanzhou to Auckland then take flight (TN1401 19:00 to 20:35, on 26/12/2021) from Aukland to Sydney.
When I check-in, the airline staff checked with their system, also called and checked with Auckland airport and Sydney airport, THERE WAS NOT THIS FLIGHT-TN1401. IT SHOULD BE WRONG OR CANCELLED
I have prepared all documents required for NZ and AU. they refuse we check-in and board as there was no flight TN1401, we are not allowed to fly to NZ due to NO FLIGHT TN1401, although we have a transit visa.
It is really terrible experience.

now I have to stay in Guangzhou and buy new tickets for me and my wife.

I claim to get a full refund for my 2 tickets.

They are robbers. I'm filing their refund form for the third time. First two times they replied that I should read their... UK FAQ page with dozens of questions about everything, the third time they told that I'm not eligible, with no further information on term and conditions that would contradict to their advertising in time of booking anyway. Typical irresponsible arrogant company.

I have had no response to my attached request.

Our flights, booked through Travelgenio, were canceled by Royal Air Moroc, and we no longer have a need for replacement flights from them. All attempts to notify or communicate with them have failed o produce any result, but I am advised that refunds should be processed through the Travelgenio agency.
