Turkish Airline is one of the best airlines in the world today and and i dont know where the problem is coming from, but i know my luggage would be brought to me.

I am Dr Nabeel Bani Hani From Jordan, I was used Turkish line From Amman to Istanbul on the flight number 813 in 19 June 2011, then I travelled from Istanbul to Izmir on the flight number 2320 to ABD-Adnan Mender Airport, When I reach Izmir I took wrongly baggage the same characterization of mine and when I reached the International Agriculture Research and Training Center to participate in the Course on Sustainable Management of Soil and Water Resources. I surprise that baggage is not mine then I told the responsible person in the Training Center to back me to the airport and fill a claim about that mistake. When I reached the airport I filled a claim about that and the employee told me that I can keep the other baggage even another person who may be also took my baggage wrongly make a claim for that but till now no one come and fill claim for this baggage. I was kept the baggage at administration office of training center. Also, I asked employee in the office of information and losses to found the address of the person who own this baggage. After the employee search she only found name of that person without any address or phone number. In the same time we found another name with phone number hang on the baggage and course coordinator (Aylin Cilik) called that person who told her that he has no idea about this baggage (I do not know his name and phone number put on the baggage?).
Please help me to know, what is the right way I can follow to get back my baggage because all my needs are present in this baggage? Also, I believe that employees in Turkish airline can found that person through his Identification number or through his passport number because till now he not come and fill claim about his baggage.

Please give your answer as soon as possible about compensation for my lost baggage and my luggage also what can I do with baggage I took wrongly.
I took your flight TK 637 on January 10 2012 from Istanbul to Tripoli, after a stop over in Zurich with Swiss Airlines, also part of you Star Alliance.
After the flight attendant insisted to take my hand luggage, containing all the stuff i DO NOT wish to loose, i delivered it to herafter she promised I would collect it in Libya. I made sure my luggage arrived to Istanbul thru their tracking system.
However, once therein Ataturk Airport, I asked your agent Ali on gate 217 to make sure my hand lugagge was on the plane, because i am diabetic, and i need my medication with me no matter what. He was very rude, asked me to go back to my place, and said15 minutes my luggage was on the plane, which of course turned out to be a lie. Of my 2 suitcases, I only received one.
Not only the lugagge was lost, it did not show up in any of your researches. Your office in Tripoli airport turned out to be unefficiant, and they said they had no guaranty that my luggage, containing a very expensive camera, my clothing and medication, would be safe and sound.
I therefore hold you responsible for my health condition, and maintain the right to file for a legal complaint should my suitcase be lost. The only tag i have is LX384358, given in Zurikh for the luggage to go to Istabul then Tripoli. It is a medium sized brown luggage with a purple belt.
I cannot believe your were called the best European Airline. So far, all the 4 flights i made ended up with either lost, or broken luggage. This is not serious, and your agents need to learn to be polite and efficient

I remember on 21 Dec 2011, what Thy disk staff on India said to me(... even if you make complaints against to us, they (THY) would not care and response !...) .
My bag lost carry a very expansive things, and they were deliberately forced don't carried on my cabin, and pay over weight then lost that bag.
when will doing the insurance processing.?

Hi my name is Mohammed I had a problem too with TK recently September 15'2013, first my luggages were opened, but didn't check it, because I had a long long trip (13 hours -Istanbul-Houston).arriving home surprised first item a bottle of perfume (yves saint Laurent 200ml) second item was a leather belt Cerruti 1881 both items are original!? I now that isn't an answer but maybe it helps, check your luggages at the airport
My flight was cancelled on the 17th of oct at 3. 50am and my self and my husband had to wait for first flight in the morning to Istanbul . The girl at check in was unpleasant and passed us on to another lady, this lady who, s name is Nurcan Canbaz was lovely and helpful and a great asset and credit to your company . I have a heart problem and this lady took charge of the baggage and made it less stress for my husband and myself . Well done and thank you to Nurcan Canbaz .
My flight from Frankfurt am Mainz, Germany, on the 16th of December, 2013, to Douala, Cameroon. left me completely naked, a very sad
and frustrating experience from Turkish Airline Office in Douala Cameroon. With all three boxes that i checked in with, i have not been able to get just one. Turkiish Airline is fast becoming a dump for missing luggages.
Well they will have to settle that in court.

During luggage changes from one aircraft to the other, in Ataturk Airport my luggage is opened, turned upside down with missings from personal things such as perfume, electronic accessories (handset, USB Memory stick, etc.)
No supervision on Ataturk staff where carrier Peoples are stealing from luggage's...
Shame on You, Istanbul culture...
