I am a UVC loyalist. I have been a member since 2015 and have upgraded many times over the years. In 2023 I upgraded to impressions and out of nowhere l received an email saying that properties that were sold to me for 1 for 1 are now being changed to 2 for 1.

The companies past practice has been for existing members to be grandfathered into the original terms when changes are made for new members. After l have paid an additional 50k in June 2023, I’m being told the benefits that l purchased have lost 50% of its value six months later. Every member that l speak with are fighting mad about this new change, but we don’t know what to do. I love my membership and for the first time l feel like I’ve been cheated.

I want the contract that l purchased to be honored or l want to let the world know that even when you spend over 150k with this company, they can change the value of your purchase without warning. No matter the recourse, someone has to speak out!
