Vacation Hub International [VHI] review: cancellation of contract

We are struggling to cancel the contract with vhi for almost a year now. We have sent them numerous emails, bank statements in order for them to see that we cannot afford to carry on with the monthly payments. Our business took a knock of R2.73 million and we received a mail back from them that their board said that we can afford it. Up to now we have not received any information from them just that we must phone them regarding the outstanding payments. We offered them R200.00 a month but no answer from them. We cannot get through to them and as usual they don't answer their phones.
