I am not sure rules said payment has to be made before sending? I have an address she deleted all my messages and receipt I have proof. Please check girl name as raimondalk please cancel her membership or make her pay for the coat. Please let me know regarding buyer payment order?

Please, never order from them. The main reason is that most of the items are garbage, poor quality. There are a lot of website like this if you know what I mean. Why do we need another one, that also has a very terrible customer support and no protection for both: buyers and sellers.

I began listing on Vinted. I am a boutique owner, and some of my listings are my boutique items. I received an email that one listing was removed because "photo is from internet." They did not reach out to me before removing photo to ASK for proof that the photo was mine. They just assumed it wasn't and deleted the listing. I'm deleting my account.

vinted issue refunds to buyers damaging goods
Today Vinted have given £60 back to the buyer who bought my NEW boots sent in PERFECT condition. The buyer has damaged the boots and shown Vinted who have given her a full refund as she stated they were not as described. Apparently anyone can buy something, ruin it, then get it returned as it was not as described in the listing. Vinted have stated she will receive all her money back as long as I receive the item within 5 days. They will not give me the opportunity to prove they were sent in perfect condition and will not allow me to speak to anyone on the phone. Vinted will not show me the evidence she used which is apparently a video and nor will they cooperate in any way to help me with a criminal damage complaint. This company are not interested in supporting buyers against fraud. DO NOT PLACE ANY ITEMS OF VALUE TO SELL ON THIS SITE

I was supposed to get a package delivered on October 20th 2017. It never came. The USPS tracking said it was in my town, at my post office. October 20th is the last update on my package, that's the last update, saying it's in my town. Its now October 30th 2017 and no one has helped me. Vinted has done nothing but redirect me to other people who don't help and redirect me again. I got upset and called them out on it and then... silence. They were messaging me back pretty fast and then I told them I'm tired of not being helped and being redirected and I need actual help and then they stopped messaging me back. I want my package, I want them to pay me back for their professionalism. This has been a complete [censor] storm and I'm over it.
I sold a pair of prada boots and when sending it they haven’t they’re point of release updated so the receiver could never retire the parcel, but what’s worst is that now they won’t send it back to me either, I’ve been tirelessly writing to get either my money or my parcel and they always take DAYS to give me the same answer, you have to be patient, etc. This infuriating considering they even make you pay extra money for insurance and they’re not even able to held accountable for THEIR mistakes, since none of this would Ever happened if they would have their system updated.
cannot get a hold of a live person to handle issue
I am an ex-vintie and am completely appalled by the unprofessional messages that were sent to me that never answered any of my questions regarding the items I purchased from seller ckar32.
First of all all of this is extremely petty, I purchased a palette and 2 shirts from this seller and because she didn't package her product correctly the palette was damaged upon my receipt. I then told her I was returning the palette and when I finally looked at the shirts one of the shirts was also damaged or it was messed up on the bottom and she did not state this in her images or list in the description. I then told her I was going to return the palette and 1 shirt. She was obviously upset since she messaged and she stated she wouldn't honor the return. I said it was ok I wasn't going to argue but I was sending it back anyways. I was then told after she received the product that I wasn't going to get my refund until I returned the entire bundle so I shipped the other shirt back even though I sent several messages to your department to assist me in paying for the shirt as there was no way for me to find where to pay for that 1 shirt. So I mailed it back to the seller. And last night I was told my account was blocked... For what reason... At this point all I want is my refund for the palette she poorly packaged and 1 shirt. That is all... I never want to buy/sell from this site again. The representatives assisting me were of no help at all. Can someone please call me and clear this up asap. Thank you, lisi [protected]

You will probably want to return them but unfortunately, it won't be so easy to do. They simply have no customer service and your issues will always stay yours. Nobody will help.
According to their policies, the shipping back is not for free, but even if you do everything, don't think they will refund or replace.

non payment for sale
I never received payment for a piece that I sold weeks ago. I contacted vinted twice inquiring about the status of my payment but never received a response. I received an automatic email response after my first email inquiry that my issue had been resolved but I still never received payment. What is going on? They do not respond to emails at all.
I then received an email that I had sold another piece and the shortly after, that the buyer had changed their mind. The piece disappeared from the website. When I emailed vinted to repost the piece, I never received a response. The piece is still not reposted.
$500 in fraudulent charges
Hi I'm contacting ya'll about a Huge fraudulent charge for 500+ dollars. Now Ive already filled a fraud claim with my bank but I want to know if it was an accident or if it was actually fraud. postage and packaging price
Hi I was wondering if you can help me? This category isn't on vinted help page so every query option I have written on, i haven't got a helpful response back. When I try to buy an item it doesn't give me a price option it automatically adds £1 to the sellers P&P stated price. It does this every time I buy which is a lot of extra £1's and is getting annoying. I have tried deleting the app & trying different things. The only thing that works is asking the seller to lower the item price by £1 or reset P&P. The seller is always confused by this and sometimes ignores my request. Please can you help or put me in contact with someone who can Please. I would buy so much more if this wasn't the case.

money owed to myself
I contacted the Vinted Support team via the app back on 17th August 2017 regarding some jogging bottoms I purchased which had defects which weren't mentioned in the description. The support team then messaged me back to say that they had contacted the seller and that I was to return the item within 5 days & provide proof of my postage and then they would reimburse myself. I then posted the jogging bottoms back to the seller the following day and as requested and uploaded proof of the postage. I have since sent a further 7 messages to the support team to find out what is going on and they have read the message and not replied. I have spoken with the seller and she has confirmed she has received the jogging bottoms back but I am yet to receive my money. For a so say 'support' team, the service is despicable & I can confirm once I finally give this problem resolved, I will no longer be using Vinted to purchase any items.

I would like to submit a complaint against Vinted.com, a site where you can buy and sell secondhand clothing and accessories. I love the concept of a marketplace that facilitates reusing pre-loved items. However, their customer service is very disappointing. I purchased three sets of earrings from a seller on July 18th. I received an email from Vinted that the items had been delivered this past Friday, July 21st. However, I never received the items, although the tracking information says that they were delivered to my zip code (my exact address is not listed on the tracking information). These things happen - sellers make mistakes when addressing packages, or they get lost or misdelivered. However, I do expect the business to reimburse me if anything goes wrong; this is part of good customer service and helps to build trust with customers. I messaged Vinted customer support on Monday, June 24th saying that I never received my order. They responded today, July 26th, saying that because it had been more than two days since the package was supposedly delivered, that they couldn't help me and to contact my local post office or resolve the dispute directly with the seller. I don't think this is an appropriate response, and it ensures that Vinted's services are too risky for me to use again. I need to trust that when I hand over money I will receive something back for it, and that did not happen in this case. Vinted essentially stole money from me, and I'm not happy about it.

I have sold and delivered several items of clothing on the Vinted website. For quite sometime Funds are not being transferred from my Vinted account to my bank account due to insufficient funding being available . The amount owed to me is $78. I have attempted to contact Vinted support to no avail. Please help me recover the money owed to me or point me in the right direction. Thank you.

I've been ripped off by vinted! I trusted that I would always be paid just as long as the customer received their item and was satisfied with their order. I was wrong! I estimate that they owe me approximately $100 and the only way to contact them is through email. So I tried fixing the issue through emailing customer service and all it has been is a huge headache. I will no longer sell through vinted! They need to pay up or at least have a contact pho e number.

Please talk to your seller about the situation and then decide which solution works best for you:
➢Your seller can refund you without you returning the bundle back. If they agree to do that, simply reply to this message with a screenshot of the message confirming that.
➢ Your seller can reimburse you for those damaged/not as described items outside the Vinted, for example through PayPal. Once they refund you for them, we can release your payment for the seller.
➢You can return the whole bundle back in order to receive a full refund. If that is your decision, you will have to provide us with the return tracking number and a copy of the receipt within 5 days.
Here are some ways you can return the package:
➢ You can purchase the return shipping label online at USPS.com.
➢ You can get the shipping label at your post office, **don't forget to ship the package with tracking.**
Currently, we don't have the ability to reimburse buyers for purchases made outside our payment system -- including shipping labels -- so that's why we refund your "original" shipping cost instead. If you'd like to return the item for a full refund, you don't need to wait for your seller's approval.
As soon as I receive a photo of your receipt showing the tracking number and the tracking shows it has been scanned, I'll issue a refund.

Sold 2 very rare vintage pieces and was never given my money by vinted eve though i recieved a 5 star review from both customers. This company is highly fraudulent. Ive had nothinh but issues getting paid and its not the buyers its the company. They refuse to speak to me on the phone to resolve and attemted to get me t sell my clothes saying i owed them money. Ordered some stuff from Vinted in the past and loved the site! Recently I wanted to order some items but I could not log into my account. When I contacted Vinted customer service they said that my account was blocked! I asked for some explanation but they did not reply. No one ever explained what happened, they just blocked me and that's all! I never did anything wrong and in my opinion there was reason for blocking me! I'm very disappointed with Vinted!
terrible quality item
I have ordered a pair of beautiful heels from a seller on www.vinted.com. The seller provided me several pictures and shoes looked brand new and the price was also great. When I received the shoes I was shocked! Quality was very poor and shoes looked terrible! The seller actually used old photos when they were still new. What a scam! One shoe had no heel at all! Tried to contact the seller but there was no response, then I decided to ask Vinted for help, but they did not reply either and provided no help! Don't buy from this site, it is dangerous for buyer and their wallets!
