I purchased tickets to go to ICC cup in a specific section for a reason. Once at the game, the tickets that were transferred were not the same. I have images of both the tickets I received and ones I purchased. This was a special gift for my fiance and it ruined the whole experience. I am very displeased and was mislead into thinking I was spending all this money to give her and her friends a good experience for their first soccer game.
houston astros tickets
I ordered tickets to the Houston Astros on june 28th . The return email said my tickets would be avialable on the 28th, i did receive them so i contacted Vivid seats on the 29th. then i got a notifacation that my tickets were now available. i followed the instructions for receaving my tickets multiple times. I downloaded all the proper apps as requested. We assumed there was some kind of problem and that we were not getting the tickets and made other plans. about an hour befor game time i was still trying to figure out what happened and was on the MLB app and the tickets appered. way too late for us to try and make it to the game (we live 40miles away) I'm sure i will be charged for tickets even though i was not able to use them because of all the problems we had trying to get them. I think i should get a full refund or tickets to another Astros game of my choice.

Drove two hours from Houston, Texas. Arrived and when tickets were tried to be scanned they were not able to scan and came up as invalid. Was sent to ticket office where I was told that tickets were scalped and were not valid. After waiting out in the cold to find this out I got more tickets since we drove all the way from Houston only to come to this event!

Hello, we ordered a parking pass for November 3, and when it was delivered, the pass was for WI football game on Nov. 24, for which we do not have tickets to the game. We were on live chat with LaChelle at 8:52 am on Nov. 3. During that chat we asked that she make sure it was for "today's" game and LaChelle, said yes, this is for the game today (8:53 am). The ticket is the wrong date. How do we get refunded for this ticket, which cost 96.00?

never received my tickets
I ordered 2 tickets to a NHL game on October 13, 2018 for a game on November 3, 2018. I have my receipt and conformation email that I did order them. I still do not have my tickets. I contacted vivid seats and was told the tickets were delivered and accepted. I never received any email about claiming my tickets. I am beyond frustrated with this considering I spent over 300$ on the tickets. I was told they cannot be re transferred to me because they have already been excepted. Not by me they weren't. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have checked my trash, spam, deleted emails and there is nothing sent from anyone about tickets. So I am out 322$. I will be sure to spread the word never to use this company.
I paid for 2 tickets to the 49er and detroit game and got my tickets
I paid for 2 tickets via paypal to the 49ers and Detroit game back in august. Was charged $208.30 order#[protected] to this date I never received my tickets.My wife and I contacted customer service via phone and customer service website. They assured us that we would receive a link for downloading our tickets but the link was never sent. We spent most of Saturday September the 15th on the phone with Vivid Seat customer service and received nothing but empty promises, to add insult to injury we had a hard time escalating our problem to upper management. We eventually purchase more ticket via ticket master to see the game (which we received in 10min I might add). We contacted pay pal and they instructed us to re-contact vivid seat to see if we can resolve this matter.

This was my first experience using Vivid Seats and my absolute last time. I have never been more frustrated by a customer service "team."
Let me start by saying, I purchased tickets on Thursday, September 27th to be overnighted to my mom's house and arrive on Friday, September 28th. Vivid Seats specifically says on their website and via text "All tickets are guaranteed to be delivered in time for your event, and you will receive a tracking number via email once the order has shipped."
I checked the UPS tracking number on Friday around 11:00am and no update was given. It wasn't until I checked around 1:00pm that it said "delivery attempted at 9:24am." No email, no phone call, no text, nothing. UPS ALWAYS leaves a note saying they attempted delivery. Nothing. So, I call UPS Customer Service to track down the package. I'm told they have no idea where the package is! I arrive in town and go to the UPS Customer Center to speak with someone directly. They take my phone number and let me know they will call if they find it during unloading trucks.
I called Vivid Seats Customer to explain the situation. After explaining myself 10 times to 10 different people, I am offered zero help. The event was today, Saturday, September 29th. I was beyond frustrated at the lack of customer service. Each "agent" acted like a robot and kept saying "I'm looking into this for you." I told them that UPS lost my package which is exactly what happened.
I received a call this morning from a UPS representative saying my package was accidentally shipped an HOUR AND A HALF AWAY and was on a 50 foot trailer sitting, waiting to be unloaded on Monday. I call Vivid Seats, again. I ask for the tickets to be reissued and sent via email. They tell me this isn't possible and that I will not be receiving a refund. I was hung up on once by a man. I get through to a "senior customer service representative" who ended up arguing with me over the whole situation.
Do not use Vivid Seats. The "agents" are real people but trained to be robots. They were no help in resolving my issue. You better believe I will be pursuing legal action to get my money back. The combination of Vivid Seats customer service and UPS losing my package (of tickets) pushed me over the edge. THEN, to say that a reissue of the tickets sent to my email was not possible and that I would NOT be receiving a refund brought me here to writing this review.
I went ahead and purchased more tickets so that I could take my family to this event today. I used a different provider for the tickets. I always give people the benefit of the doubt. After frantically attempting to figure out this dilemma, I feel the need to share my experience and warn others away from this "company." There are NUMEROUS similar reviews on all websites regarding Vivid Seats. They sent me an email each time I called asking to complete a customer satisfaction survey. At the end it states, "you are acknowledging that we may edit your review or choose not to post to our website." There you have it. No business would ever let the customers know that they will edit the reviews they receive. I hope you have read this review and hear my plead to not use this "business."
parking pass
Last Sunday after purchasing tickets from vivid seats (which I had a promo code for that was never applied) I purchased a parking pass that said "lot 99" I did some research and it appeared to be legit however we had to meet a stranger to pick up the tickets and then it was not a lot it was a parking garage. Not to mention the price listed on the sign was half what we paid. We were so looking forward to a tailgate experience and being in a parking garage was not in our plans. It was falsely advertised as a parking lot and we never would have purchased it if it indicated it was a garage. We also had another friend purchase the same parking pass and they were highly disappointed. It really ruined our first half of the day and will make me rethink ever purchasing tickets from this site again.

I finally was excited to take my disabled boss to see the Eagles..! I purchased the tickets the first hour the tickets went on sale..! Could of chose any source to buy tickets from..! I picked Vivid Seats thinking they were reputable.
Well, to my surprise when I thought I was purchasing 470$ a piece for two tickets, which cost me 1210.84 I was shocked but thought, " hey its the Eagles", Once in a lifetime Especially for my disabled boss and friend, as this was her dream!
Well, when I finally printed the tickets out, the day of the concert, and I see they are only 225.94 a ticket?
I went, what? Why did I pay 1210.84 ?
Called, after realizing the tickets said Ticketmaster? Confused again, till the Ticketmaster guy explained, after trying to get ahold of Vivid seats and couldn't get through or talk to a person.? Again frustrated and disappointed..I literally got scammed..!
I shouldn't of had to pay so much and want to know why?

blue man group tickets not received
i purchased two tickets for my daughter and son in law to go and see the blue man group in las vegas on the 28th September 2017 and paid via pay pal with the transaction id being 16728794kh659260v. The seller information was [protected]. We paid 270.97 and have heard NOTHING back. I have sent two e-mail asking where the tickets are and have not heard anything back. it is my first experience of using the site and am very dissapointed. My daughter is flying out to Las Vegas tomorrow morning, please sort this out.

Ticket order [protected] purchased on Aug 31st was never transferred to me. My purchase was a 4:00 Sept 1st baseball NYY vs Det in NY. I live in NJ was supposed to receive xfer email within 24hrs. I call Vivid 3x on Sat. Did not get xfer email till 3:24pm on Sat. Could not attend game and they refuse me a refund. Screen shots below show initial receipt of purchase confirmation and the actual time they sent me the tickets. Horrible customer service experience was lied to by 2 reps, spent a cumulative time frame of 3hrs trying to get my tickets. To top it off today i had a SR Customer Care rep tell me it's not their concern about my travel arrangements. As long as they sent the tickets No matter if I would be late for the game, or if it didnt meet either their 24hr turnaround time or 1hr before the event time frame that they advertise I got the tickets and should have went to the game. Somebody tell me who pays gas, tolls, and travels to an event with no tickets in their hand that they purchased. I want a full refund for my 3 tickets or comp tickets to another game. I was totally refused my request and will never purchase from Vivid again and I'm looking into corporate complaints.

I purchased a ticket for U2 last night and the venue told me ticket was no good and refused my entry into the show so I had to buy another ticket because when I called vivid sets to see what problem was I was basically on hold for 20 minutes and I couldn't wait any longer because the show was abut to start. I have used Vivid Seats before and didn't have an issue and I am really hoping this doesn't become a bigger issue .So I would kindly like a refund. Thanks you

April 11, 2018. Purchased a single ticket for a Celtics game. Bought around 6:15. They sent a link and i went in asap. Said I needed a password so I had to so I hit forgot password and they said they would send a link and did not come. I did this several times and nothing. So then I walk over to the game and had one the the employee try to help me but we weren't getting anywhere even with one of your customer service people. I was so frustrated so asked for a supervisor and she was rude and did not help at all. She actually said it was too late. I paid a high fee to you for these tickets and this is not fair. I have cancer and may have been by last chance to see a Celtics game. Your people need to be able to handle a situation like this and should have gotten me in to seat at the game. Very disappointed.

While my daughter and I were perusing for tickets March 1st, 2018 to an upcoming concert 5 months from now in July 2018 - we inadvertently purchased tickets while trying to determine total ticket price for our budget and when the next screen popped up we owed over 400 over what tickets would cost- in fact their ticket price was already 150 more than the ticket price of 89.95 and the seats are not anything special. Strange because the tickets had not even been released yet! It state somewhere on the site that there would a fee on top of the ticket price, but we had no opportunity to know what that was before actual purchase. I immediately contacted, VividSeats, Paypal and my credit card to halt this transaction without recourse or success. It hadn't been charged to the card, and had time to reject but the Capital one card would not stop it for some reason. There needs to be a law that in online purchases there is a grace period of at least 1 hour before processing-
I have sent formal complaint to Paypal but they are only disputing the extra charges, it is the entire purchase that was a mistake.
Hi Linda. Appreciated hearing from you. Even though it may have been a mistake on your part, the transaction was still approved by you. Ticket sales are non- refundable, but it sounds as if you have enough time to sell the tickets yourself.

I purchased theater tickets the day of the performance and never received them! I had to call customer service 4 separate times over the course of the 4 hours leading up to the play and was continually told that my tickets should arrive within the next 30 minutes - 1 hour. Finally, 1 hour before the start time I was told that I should have just received my tickets as it showed up as sent on the company's end. Well I never received anything! To make matters worse it has been 2 weeks and now the company is refusing to issue me a refund. Horrible horrible customer service and a downright scam. Do yourself a favor and steer clear.

failure to deliver mlb playoff tickets
In September I purchased 2 playoff tickets ($597) to attend the Boston Red Sox, Home Game Two, at Fenway Park. Vivid Seats requires payment in full when tickets for an event are ordered on their website. The sale isn't final until the Seller accepts your order confirming your choice of seats, date and method of ticket delivery. The game was scheduled for Oct. 6 at 1:00 pm and I would receive my tickets by email on or before Oct. 4, at least 2 days in advance. But October 4th came and went without any word about my tickets from Vivid Seats. I called Customer Service the morning of Oct. 5 to inquire why I hadn't received my tickets as promised? I was told that there had been a problem, but it was resolved and my tickets would be emailed to me within the next 10 minutes. I waited patiently all day, frequently checking my email to see if the tickets had finally arrived, but by the end of the day when I still hadn't
received them, I called Customer Service again. I answered all the automated questions regarding my personal info, event name and date and tickets order number. Unlike my morning phone call, I was never connected with a live person in the Customer Service Department. I continued calling throughout the evening and well into the next day and was unable to speak to anyone about the real possibility of missing going to the game because I never received the tickets. Each time I called, after entering my Order Number, the call ended, every single time that happened. I knew it wasn't an accident I was being hung up on, nor was it a glitch in their system. Someone, somehow, somewhere, sometime in the last month since I had ordered and paid for my tickets, had screwed up! And nobody at Vivid Seats wanted to talk to me about what had happened. Long story, short..I didn't receive the tickets in time to go to the game. When I did receive them, after the fact, they had the wrong date and time of the game printed on them and were missing the barcode that was to be scanned for entry into Fenway Park. Vivid Seats sucks, don't waste your time or money, buy your tickets from the actual true vendor for the event you want to attend. I wish I had!

will not refund while stubhub is
I bought 2 tickets from Vivid Seats to Route 91 in Vegas this year and after the tragic events of that night, Stub Hub emailed my friend and immediately reimbursed her for her tickets along with a very sentimental note ( she did not even ask for reimbursement). I did an online chat with Vivid Seats to ask if they were doing the same as Stub Hub and this is the response :

...While I understand it is not in their policy, I am sure it wasnt in Stub Hubs policy as well on “what to do after customers who bought tickets to a concert through you were shot at In an open field”, but they defered from their policy realizing this was a good thing to do for their customers who were there that night. I will not be using Vivid Seats again as their policies obviously trump humanity. Maybe they need to rewrite their policiies now or at least recognize that policies are not set in stone and sometimes, just sometimes there is a right thing to do. Stub Hub obviously is way ahead of the curve on this one. My thoughts and prayers go out to the victims of that night, and I am proud to be a resident of Las Vegas and watch our community come together and offer love and support to those affected
by such a sensless act.

I bought resale tickets from Vivid Seats but never got the email on how to retrieve the tickets. The order number I printed receipt then went to their web site logged in with my Order number [protected]. The site said there is no active orders but the phone automated message said the tickets were sent. There is no way to track any movement of the tickets and they leave customers like me frustrated they can't find their tickets.
They refused to refund
I bought several tickets for me and friends for the game and never received them.
I started being worried, so I thought that maybe I would call them and they will send the tickets.
Contacted them three days before the game, they assured me that there was nothing to worry about and that they would email the tickets soon. 2 more days had passed. No sign of tickets. One day before the game. So we didn't go anywhere because of your stupid employees and money was spent for nothing. You refused to refund as the event was held. I ordered 2 tickets to Allison Kraus concert for Sept. 24. My credit card was charged $287.81. The tickets arrived today and the total for 2 tix was 116.70. What's up with this? Who got the $171.11 difference? I will be contacting the NC attorney general's office.
Starting chatting with Vivid Seats and then was told that they were super busy and I could send an email. I called the [protected] and received a recording saying that all sales were final and there were no refunds credits to be had.
This is truly highway robbery!
