After being assured by the Vivid Seats representative I spoke with over the telephone that the two tickets I was about to order were for both sessions (4/6/24 & 4/8/24) of the 2024 ncaa men's final four, I, on March 11, 2024, ordered and paid $893.30 for those two tickets. We got into the 4/6/24 Semifinal with no problem but couldn't get into the 4/8/24 Finals because the tickets were registered in someone else's name according to the ticket resolution specialist we talked to. He said to go to the ticket window next to his because there were tickets available for purchase. Fortunately, we got to see the Finals because we were able to buy tickets for $201.60 each. I've made three attempts to get reimbursed ($446.65) for the half of the tickets vivid seats didn't deliver to us. First, online through an email from vivid seats asking how the trip went; secondly, by doing it over the phone though a customer service agent who said there were no refunds and who was very evasive in that he wouldn't let me talk to the person who made that decision and thirdly by certified mail three times and regular mail once none of which were acknowledged by vivid seat.
