Vivid Seats
They sold me 2 tickets to a Boz Scaggs concert in Sarasota on May 4, 2022 that were not the ones I chose. I called, wrote 3 emails, and tried text support. Text is BS as it is automated and does not ever pass you onto an agent when needed.
VividSeats still have not replied to my emails... I finally spoke with 2 different people; first person dropped my call and the second person said sorry nothing we can do.
The support service is the worst, really doesn't exist and in the end, their response was basically nothing we could do.
I opted for the insurance they offered me and asked if they can just cancel the purchase altogether and they said - you contact them directly.
I will never use their services again and am debating whether or not to go directly to insurance to see what this outcome may be but I don't want to give myself a heart attack.
Desired outcome: Give me the row seat I paid for on their web site!
Scam! Map of seats was listed wrong on website!
We bought tickets to a baseball game what was listed as visitor side ended up being home side. The map was wrong! We trusted the site & should not have! They refused to redund the tickers when we realized it was wrong 30 mins after buying them! So upset! False information! Not only do they overpriced and rob people they lie! They told us just to resell the tickets but they can't be resold on any site because of date.

Being a senior on a limited budget & no longer able to work, i'd love to have a refund.
I purchased 2 tickets for $149 in Oct 2021 from Vivid Seats to take my friend to his first Christian concert for his 70th birthday in Feb 2022. A few weeks before the concert, I looked for my tix/bar scan code as they said that is when they would send it. As it wasn't anywhere to be found, I began emailing/calling/asking where it was. They told me to contact TicketMaster which I did, but TicketMaster told me that the tix weren't bought by them & couldn't help me. As I couldn't reach anyone, we decided to go to the concert anyways. Of course, we couldn't get in & were sent to ticket solutions who told me that Vivid Seats was one of many companies who scam people. They sold me 2 tickets for $29 (better seats) & we thoroughly enjoyed Toby Mac/David Crowder/Cochran & Co + Cain in Sacramento @ Golden 1.
I bought the tix w/ my Wells Fargo card so I called them. They sent me to their fraud dept who dismissed my case saying it was too long ago & not really fraud as I authorized the purchase.
I hope people read this & never buy tix from Vivid Seats!
Baseball tickets
I purchased 3 tickets for a Mets/Boston game at Fenway park in September 2021. Me and a few friends were going to be in Boston and I thought it would be nice to see this stadium and see the Mets. The tickets were transferred to me via email, but I didn't download anything and accidentally deleted the email.
I contacted Vivid seats for weeks, they have NO customer service, only email and most of that was automated. I explained I needed them or the seller to resend the tickets. I cannot tell you how long this went on for, I was in Boston now and still now tickets. A day or 2 before the game they emailed me saying the buyer would resend. The day of the game still no tickets. We went to the stadium at about 5pm for a 7pm game. I still had no tickets, we went to customer service at Fenway and were told there are always issues with vivid seats. My only option was to buy new tickets at the park, which I did, and they were better seats and less expensive than what I'd paid to vivid seats. We went to the game and I checked my email again, the tickets were resent about 5 minutes before game started. Too little too late. I contacted vivid seats again, because I wanted a refund. They said nothing of everything that had been going on, only that the tickets were originally sent weeks before and they would not refund.
Desired outcome: I really wanted to be refunded.
Concert tickets
The listed tickets were only $233 each. However Vivid Seats charged $621.90 on my credit card. They did not give a breakdown of charges. They said it is up to seller to charge the market price. This is false advertising and fraud.
Desired outcome: They charged me the listed prices of $466.00

on 2/22/22, i purchased a ticket for the Elton John concert on 3/1 in Brooklyn for $81.60. The order # was [protected]. Admission was by mobile phone . vivid sent me an email on 3/2 saying ticket was ready around 10 a,m. I couldn't print the barcode after trying for 8hours. [protected]@yahoo.com

Purchased four VIP floor tickets to the Twice Concert in Atlanta, GA. Purchased tickets online on Dec 13th, 2021 for event planned for Feb 24th, 2022. Tickets were originally priced $340, but ended up being $523 at check-out with hidden fees (deceptive pricing). Total price was over $2,000.
On the day of the concert, venue officials informed us that tickets purchased from VividSeats could not be corroborated with their internal list and thus we would not be allowed in the venue. Somewhere between 10-40 people were denied entry due to this, including myself. VividSeats telephone/online support refused to escalate our complaint. They refused to discuss with venue officials. And refused to offer a refund. Tour check-in officials reported multiple instances of VividSeats ticket scams at each tour location.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund. I would like VividSeats to be held accountable for these terrible (and likely illegal) business practices. And I would like an internal investigation from the company to prevent this from occurring again.

Ticket never received and they wouldn't refund me
On January 20th I purchased 1 ticket to see Pretty Woman from Vivid Seats for $193 shortly before the start of the show. I received the confirmation that the purchase went though and that the ticket would be transferred to me via Ticketmaster by the seller and that I would receive an email. That email never came and the show was starting in about 45 minutes. I contacted customer service via chat to let them know. I gave them a second email to try to send the tickets to and nothing again was received. They have me a unique Ticketmaster URL to try and that showed no tickets in my account for the show (I took a screenshot). I asked for a refund as by now the show was set to start in 10 minutes. They would not and said the ticket had been transferred. I told them again there was no email for the transfer in my inbox, my spam or the secondary email I had sent and asked for a refund and to cancel the transaction. They would not. I called customer service the next day and Street an hour on the phone was told the same that the ticket had been transferred. I told them that it never was and they need to contact the seller as this person never sent the ticket to me and I felt like they had stolen $193 from me and they were not honoring their 100% guarantee and why they couldn't just cancel and refund the transaction when I asked the night before, before the show started. I told them I would give them full access to my Ticketmaster account so they could see for themselves that no ticket was transferred, they said they could not. So I asked to see a copy of the transfer of the ticket from the sellers account to me and they said they could not share that. I find it very questionable that they could not share proof of transfer with me. This is absolutely fraud and theft on Vivid Seats account and they need to be held accountable for taking my money and then receiving nothing in return.

My wife had the same problem. After 4 days of phone calls the tickets showed up. They tried the same scam - said YOU have to phone Ticketmaster’s and work it out. My deal is if I bought thru you - you are ultimate one in charge of delivering the product
Refund refused for a cancelled event
I purchased tickets for the Big Ten Mens Basketball Tournament in Indianapolis on 3/13/20 and 3/14/20. The event was cancelled due to the pandemic. Initially I was asked if I wanted a refund or a credit. I immediately requested a refund, which was not granted. Later a class action lawsuit against VividSeats was initiated, and rightfully so. Recently a credit to my account has been communicated to me which I find completely unacceptable. I repeatedly have been requesting a cash refund for the credit amount but it is not granted, nor are my requests even responded to.
Desired outcome: I want a cash refund for my credit amount due to the cancelled event.
Nutcracker tickets
I bought 4 near front row tickets to take my granddaughter to see the Nutcracker in Minneapolis and paid over $600 for those tickets. When we arrived, they were in the back row of the main floor. I emailed them and asked for $190 refund and they have not responded. NEVER order tickets through Vivid, they are a rip off and could care less what your interests are!
Delivery of tickets
Vivid seats is allowing a seller to first post a date of estimated shipping for the day after the event. Then allows the seller to change the date to the day of the event. Meaning the purchaser ( me ) is supposed to drive 4 hrs to the event without receiving my ticket in advance. I will never use vivid seats ever again.

Ticket sales during covid/no refund
We were sold tickets for 438.00 dollars for Michaels Buble concert that was postponed, we tried to cancel and sell our tickets because with the plandemic you can't schedule that far in advance, Needless to say customer service sucks... by the time they screwed around and got precious M.B. to àctually schedule one of us had Covid and the other had cancer NO REFUND...
Desired outcome: All of our trips / concerts were refunded except with these people.
Ticket refund
I purchased 8 tickets to The Band's Visit in Portland, Or, for January 8. I have asked for a refund or a credit due to the huge Covid outbreak in Portland. I am 68 and it is very unsafe to go to the theatre. I cannot sell the tickets as no one are buying tickets due to Covid. I would expect Vivid Seats to do the right thing and refund or credit my account, but they will not. I have spent all week speaking to many different customer service agents. this is an ongoing issue since May of 2021. They keep promising tickets but have never sent to us. They keep telling us that they DO NOT offer refunds and that we are welcome to sell the tickets but you cannot sell what you don't have. We have reported to the state fraud department and will never never never buy from them again...BUYER BEWARE!

I never received my tickets
I ordered hockey tickets for Colorado Avalanche vs Detroit Red Wings. Hours before the game I contacted Vivid Seats because I never received my tickets. They sent me one email (spam folder) for my parking pass. The Customer Service agent at the venue looked up my seats and said nothing was ever transferred. I am out $586.00. Vivid Seats customer service is "chat" or email. I did receive a text message from them and I googled the phone number and was told it is an invalid number. Total scam.
Game was relocated due to hurricane out of state, having difficulty get refund for tickets.
I purchased football tickets to Oklahoma-Tulane to be played on 9/4/21 in New Orleans (order number [protected]). A hurricane hit Louisiana that week, causing New Orleans unable to host the game. It was moved to Norman, OK. I was unable to go because it was moved. Vividseats said game was being rescheduled, and hang on to tickets. It was not being rescheduled because it being played out of state, same time date and time. While both schools, and media sources said it was relocated, Vividseats said they don't have the official word if the game location changed, and can't issue refund. They said if I couldn't go I should try to sell the tickets to someone else. The game took place in Norman OK, the score was 40-35 Oklahoma. Vividseats sent me an email on the night of 9/4 telling me to hang on to. y tickets because it was being rescheduled.

Not able to sell my college tickets that is linked to Vivid Seats
I spend more than an hour to sell my college football tickets through Vivid Seats. Most of the time I give up trying to sell that cost me money and adds frustration. I gave a 2 Star because many years ago they had customer service. Wishing for the good old times.
