Walmart review: Complain about the injury hit by walmart employee

My name is Gana. i am 79 yrs old woman. On Monday JUly 8th i was shopping at the Walmart store in Currants Drive Edmonton. I was looking at some swimsuit all i now was i was screaming and fell on the floor. It all happened in a fraction of a second. I was hit by the Walmart employee pushing the big buggy with all the boxes. The buggy pushed me to fall on the ground. Could not move with severe pain on my hip thighs and legs. Ambulance was called was taken to the hospital and stayed there for 8 hrs and no doctors to see me yet. They it will another 4 more hrs to see the doctor. I could not stay there anymore.Severe pain i called my son to pick me up. I could not walk wear my clothes. or sit and lie down, So much pain. My car was in the parking lot of Walmart. My husband is 86 yrs old. He doesn't drive anymore. My son has take the Uber and bring my car. They didn't take any action filling the form. Not even an apology. I have been trying to contact the manager since morning they are not picking up the phone at all.
