Hi, I'm reaching out to you today as I'm extremely frustrated with walmart. I myself have been a loyal customer for many years. After my last experience I don't want to shop here anymore.
My mother in law recently passed away few weeks before she passed she bought my daughter a bunch of Calico Critters doll house accessories online. She didn't keep her receipt and had help doing the order at the seniors home she was in.
Unfortunately my daughter has all of the calico critters she had ordered,so we took them back to the Walmart here in Edmonton and I was there for almost 2 hours trying to get a in store credit for the calico critters. They won't allow that because they need my mother in laws email and phone number so they can look up the order. We do not have the information and trying to find that out Is impossible.
I called customer support where I was on hold for over a hour. Which the supervisor and the manager had both told me there is nothing they can do, and to mail a letter to head office in California. I'm upset with the lack of customer service I have received and the total disregard for my mother in laws.passing. We are only requesting a store credit but to be quite honest we would just like the money back.
