My name is Emmanuel and I had a key cut at a kiosk of your store 3009 in Westbrook, Calgary. Somehow the cut key did not come out the same. I i informed the staff at the time and was told to take it home and try it out first.
I went home tried it and it didn't work so I went back to store for a refund. I was at the customer services counter and requested a refund from a person who later identified herself as the store manager. She bluntly told me that she will not provide me with a refund that the service was provided by the kiosk and had nothing to do with Walmart, period. A little more explanation will be very helpful. I believe a customer is not always right but do have the right for a reasonable explanation as to why and how the services provided is not satisfactory and a conscientious attempt to resolve the issue. I must say that the manager (her name is KATRINA which I found out later from a staff member) is rude, unresourceful, unconscientious and simply incompetent at her work.
If a manager can treated the customer in that way just imagine the interaction between her staffs and all the Walmart customers.
I am very interested in hearing what the Walmart customer services department has to say about this incident .

Desired outcome: I would first and utmost to hear what and how Walmart customer services will address this issueI would also love to hear back from that store manager as to how she feels about that incident and what's her plan moving forward.
